Update: Are there really those who would pay $280 for a sweat top? Same fabrics, same type, same quality or better is on average $45-$70. …and should sweat tops ever be more than that? What the h’ is going on. I miss Sears Canada. Two weeks ago posting: Yes and no. Most prices are ridiculously high for the specific items.

I bought two Polo T-shirts and two jackets On 25 September, 2022 but the cashier forgot to remove the things they used to track( a white small ball). I did wash and dry and checked, there was hole made by that things. I feel like wasting my money buying something in a store where I was getting extremely poor service. I would never buy anything on this store and will never recommend anyone.

Love it, except my bill shows 2 same tops duplicated, I hope they can fix it for me, because it's a final sale item. I don't need to buy and wear the same top, hope they are reasonable enough to let me return it.

I was impressed by the Sales Rep, Richard Yoo at the furniture department and his manager, (sorry I don't now her name), for the efforts they both put in on a day when everyone would just love to go home to get ready to celebrate. Literally the last hour before closing the year, they patiently helped me with the purchase I have made, in spite of the amount of details and struggle with the system. Thank you so much! Wonderful customer service! Great staff are polite and patient. I lost all my ids there months ago and had to replace them all. I had been worrying about who’s gotten them and make use of them illegally. Last week I got them mailed back to by The Bay. I really appreciate that. I have to thank their customer service!!! Really have eased my mind. Thanks again.

My online order was canceled due to an error in their system, without any notification. After 2 weeks I called to see why I dont get my order and spending an hour on the phone, they refused to honor the price and promo code I used for the purchase. Consequently, I had to cancel the order. As a result of their lack of appreciation, I will also cancel my NEO Mastercard and stop doing business with them. It is not surprising to see this negative review, it was not my first bad experience with this company and I am done with them! best of luck with keep losing your valued customers!

was pretty disappointed when I went to purchase an Item . Was not available at Scarborough but was advised that there were still 2 available at Markville and 5 at Fairview . Drove to Markville only to be told that they were not working . Drove to Fairview the next day a. On record they should have had 5 available but no one could find them . I waisted my time . What is happening to the BAY !!!

Had a wonderful experience at The Bay recently. Hadn't shopped there in a while due to online shopping being more of "a thing" these days but the customer service was exemplary and reminded me that in store shopping provides a different level of experience. Thank you "The Bay" ❤️

Not really a fan of this location. I went to go look for a perfume and the ladies who were working there looked like they didn’t want to be there. Not helpful. Usually when I go and spend hundreds of dollars I would expect them to give me some samples so I could be incentivized to purchase more perfume. This place really cheaped out. This on top of the sub-par customer service didn’t do well for my experience here. Better luck elsewhere.

2023 August 3★ Located within the Fairview mall, this anchor store provides an iconic Canadian shopping experience. Lots of different products from clothing, perfumes, housewares, bedding and even furniture. Sale items can be a decent value.

The store had a wide range of products, but the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and cluttered. The customer service was lacking as well, with unenthusiastic and unhelpful staff members. I had difficulty finding assistance when needed, and when I did manage to get someone's attention, they seemed more interested in rushing through the interaction than providing genuine assistance. The prices were also higher compared to other retailers in the area, making it hard to justify the overall shopping experience. Unfortunately, I left the store feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future.

Very good experience. Came to buy a Men's Chain in jewelry Dept. They were friendly and helpful got exactly what I wanted @ 65% off. I then decided to check out the Buffalo Jeans and got a pair on sale for a decent price. I wish I'd had more time to spend (low on clothes) but it was a good place to shop. I will go back in the near future.

You can find good deals for clothes there if they are in their discount season. The kitchenware is usually expensive.

The only reason I give The Bay 5 stars is because of Canadian History. I'm not a fan of all The Bay store layout. Unless you have 3 hours to spend on shopping for 1 item.

I went to the perfume section with my friends. Great collection and great service by Monica. She did an awesome work and her communication was just too good. Also introduced us to new stuffs. She even took time and wrapped all of them in gift papers for us. Great work..!!!

shop here a lot and for awhile this was my main location. less and less do I enjoy going here. staff are decent but things take a long time. also, they never answer the phone at this location

Lots of varieties of clothes and jackets available here. Pricewise it's good for winter jackets only. Otherwise i won't spend more money here on other regular clothes. It is bit small as compared to one in downtown. Service here is descent and you have to look for assistance during your search for required product. But overall it's good for once in a while.

Despite its smaller size, it offers a well-stocked selection of products, with friendly and helpful staff. Cozy atmosphere makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. Recommend it for a unique shopping experience.

This is the most stressful and confusing store I have ever shopped in. The layout makes no sense and waited in line for more than an hour while everyone in line in front of me signed up for a credit card in order to get a 40% discount (which brings merchandise to the correct price). I will never shop at the Bay ever again.

The woman at the shoe department was extremely helpful and even looked into previous year inventory to find what I need, which also came with a huge discount. They didn't have what I was looking for in current items on display. Retail $200, paid $35.

They had great sales and lots of great merchandise. Plus most items were 30 to 70% off on most of the clothing an shoes. Plus great prices in kitchen appliances as well. I liked this store alot die to so much more brand name clothes for great sales. Was pretty happy with all their brand name clothes and styles.

Great service and good prices with a wide variety of clothing & small home appliances. The bay actually has a lot to offer, you can easily find tons of gem items in there. I also like that the staff isn't in your face trying to sell you everything you're interested in, the quality will sell itself.

Hudson's bay was founded in 1888, but this doesn't make any sense. Let me explain that: Hudson Bay is an ocean. Ocean. It was called Hudson Bay because it was right next to Canada, but the ocean wasn't even on the map of Canada when Hudson Bay was founded. There was no name for the Bay.
