Ok.
Wasting
a
little
bit
more
of
my
time
because
I
have
a
question.
Why
Dineen
specialty
is
to
hire
unqualified
customer
service
people?
I
don’t
want
to
get
into
other
people’s
business
strategy,
but
I
think
Dineen
HR
needs
to
analyze
who
they
are
hiring
to
be
the
face
of
its
business.
It’s
not
the
first
time,
but
the
third,
that
I
go
to
a
Dineen
and
I
need
to
face
the
incompetence
and
lack
of
service
and
common
sense
of
Dinnen
servers.
We,
latinos,
have
a
very
particular
taste
for
coffee,
and
maybe
Dineen
is
one
of
the
few
(very
few)
places
in
Toronto
where
you
find
a
coffee
that
pleases
our
taste.
For
that
reason,
I
always
stop
to
grab
a
bag
or
dark
roast
coffee
beans.
Nevertheless,
I’ve
always
find
deficiencies
in
the
service,
from
people
advising
you
that
they
are
closing
in
15
minutes
after
you
just
walk
in,
to
people
that
can’t
follow
a
simple
request
because
they
are
“busy”,
but
yes
they
have
the
time
to
waste
explaining
the
nonsenses.
Something
as
simple
as
taking
out
the
greens
from
a
sandwich
before
warming
up
cannot
become
a
big
argument.
But,
yes,
some
Latinos,
like
me,
have
a
BIG
MOUTH
and
we
use
it
when
needed.
We
are
friendly,
we
are
loud,
we
laugh
most
of
the
time,
we
are
extroverts,
but,
we
do
not
take
SH*T.
So,
if
they
read
this,
they
will
said
that
I
was
disrespectful,
so,
let
me
give
them
a
hand:
you
guys
at
Dineen
Yorkmills
and
Bayview
are
just
F*CK*NG
1D10TS!!!
Grow
up!
If
Dineen
management
wants
to
know
the
background
of
this,
please
share
a
contact
number
and
I’ll
definitely
will
call
you.
To
the
lady
that
said
that
I
should
not
call
them
names,
a
little
piece
of
advice:
if
you
want
to
keep
your
city
and
country
as
it
is,
effective
and
polite,
let
some
BIG
MOUTH
people
like
me
do
our
part,
otherwise,
this
will
turn
into
a
nice
shinny
city
without
a
soul
(or
maybe
it
is
already?)
