This is an emergency shelter. We were there for 90 minutes 1) property is a mess 2) NO SIR CONDITIONING, building is overly warm/hot 3) just feels really gross 4) they are overun by an infestation of cockroaches. It's SO nasty! 5) We were in a room for 10 minutes and went to close the curtains, so we can try and cool the room down, then all these coxkroaches were coming out. We packed our stuff very fast and left. I dont get how so many people are okay with living in cockroach invested places. Do not go here and do NOT let the shelterline put you here (6) pool and fitness area are dot in operation.

A nightmare for me, my wife and our 1 year old daughter. Don't let the guys from Central Intake to send you there. This place it's totally infested with very dangerous bed bugz and other types of cockroaches. And when I m say totally infested I mean that I killed 32 of them in just one hour and a half we stayed there. They are so much that we didnt even stay in the bed. When they bited my daughter we packed up and leave at 5 in the middle of the night. The guards told me that nobody do anything and even they have bed bugz in their room and it's almost present in the food sometimes.

Don't come to this place. They Don't answer u. No intercom. U have to leave the 9th floor to the first floor for every thing.broken taps, bad beds, bed bugs crockraohes, etc are in on place. No microwave in rooms.

Horrible since being turned into a shelter, this hotel has had multiple complaints The company blames the organization in charge the organization and charge blames the company. So who takes the onus?

You are awesome WE STAYED AS A FAMILY OF FOUR AND LOVED IT A LOT KID Friendly PLACE VERY GOOD AND CONVENIENT, VERY FLEXIBLE VERY SUPPORTIVE WITH EXTRA BREAKFAST AND FOOD FOR THE KIDS VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU I LOVED MY EXTENDED STAY WITH BREAKFAST ,AT YOUR PLACE WITH MY KIDS I THANK YOU SO MUCH THE YEAR WAS 2007 JULY

I thank all the members of the staff at Costi Radisson for their patients and understanding towards us as new comers who left their homes and came to Canada seeking refuge. It's a pleasure knowing how hard you are trying to make it up to our expectations. Thank you for your free food services, free wifi connection, your help and concern when ever needed and thanks to the social workers and house councillors who are trying all their best to get us overcome our difficulties and also their deep concern for us to start a new life with peace in Canada. Thank you so much for everything.

The staff's barley help u ..Sometimes u go to them to ask a simple question and they will tell u there busy..And the elevators are always out of service and there are No Stairs

Suffered severe abuse from costi aka managment very racist you know your not liked or wanted there i was so scared food was so bad i was hospitalized

This place is sooo bad it's disgusting. There are cockroaches in elevators in rooms, in hallways. The room I'm in has over 2 dozen roaches caught on the traps. And there are 7 traps!!! if you ask for more traps no assistance ask for maintenance no maintenance. The thermostat does not work. There's black mold on windowsill. The wifi is trash. This is a god awful place. The only good thing about this is the 3 meals per day other than that RUUUUN! unless you want to endure suffering and develop mental illnesses staying here.

My experience was not good in Radisson so much bed bugs,cockroaches,and kids hitting ur door and running away. And the costi management's are not helping Any issues.
