I
had
a
great
time
there
with
my
friends.
Food
was
very
good.
When
I
left,
I
walked
out
the
back
entrance
of
the
restaurant
to
the
back
parking
lot
into
my
car
to
leave,
and
drove
by
the
back
entrance
of
the
restaurant
in
order
to
exit
the
parking
lot.
That
back
entrance
of
the
restaurant
appeared
to
be
a
common
place
for
customers
and
staff
of
the
restaurant
to
gather
to
smoke
cigarettes.
Unfortunately,
as
I
was
driving
past
the
back
entrance,
there
were
several
people
having
cigarettes
and
one
of
them
flicked
their
lit
cigarette
onto
the
windshield
of
my
car.
I
got
out
of
my
car
and
asked
one
of
the
men
having
a
cigarette
(who
I
knew
wasn't
the
culprit
because
it
didn't
come
from
his
direction)
if
someone
flicked
their
cigarette
onto
my
windshield
and
his
response
was
he
didn't
think
so.
I
believe
I
knew
who
it
was
but
I
couldn't
be
sure
because
there
were
3
people
standing
in
the
area
where
it
came
from.
I
went
back
to
my
car
to
find
the
lit
cigarette
and
throw
it
off
my
windshield
but
it
was
dark
and
as
I
tried
to
grab
it,
the
still
lit
cigarette
fell
into
the
drainage
hole
at
the
bottom
of
my
windshield
where
the
wiper
connects
to
the
windshield,
so
I
couldn't
even
get
it
out.
I
smelled
the
cigarette
burning
and
there
was
nothing
I
can
do.
I
figured
it
would
just
burn
itself
out.
I
poured
water
down
the
drainage
hole
when
I
got
home,
and
hoped
there
would
be
no
permanent
damage,
although
the
cigarette
butt
is
still
lodged
in
there
somewhere.
Unfortunately
this
is
not
directly
the
restaurant's
fault,
but
it
was
one
of
their
customers,
and
unfortunately
the
restaurant
is
partly
responsible
for
its
customers
actions.
I
hate
to
provide
a
bad
review,
but
I
wasn't
sure
what
else
to
do
to
raise
awareness.
I
can
provide
further
details
and
descriptions
of
the
people
(staff
and
customers)
who
were
having
cigarettes
at
the
time
of
the
incident
and
also
the
specific
location
of
the
restaurant
they
were
sitting
in
that
evening
(and
the
area
the
waitress
was
working
in)
if
the
owner
wishes
to
investigate
this
matter.
The
owner
can
also
hopefully
pull
the
video
if
there
is
a
video
camera
placed
at
the
back
entrance
in
order
to
identify
this
individual.
Once
identified,
charges
can
possibly
be
pressed
and
police
report
prepared.
But
important
for
the
owner,
identifying
this
individual
and
taking
action
will
hopefully
prevent
this
from
happening
again
and
therefore
reduce
the
likelihood
of
future
negative
reviews
for
this
same
reason.
