"Executive suite" showers didn't work in the room. Had to ask the front desk for soap during a pandemic, there was none in the room. There is a weird smell coming in the room as well. Also $22 dollars per vehicle for guest parking. Didn't even last a single night here.....

We have been staying here for years. Service and amenities are always superb. Staff make you feel welcome and appreciated. Even with an issue present, it is dealt with immediately. It is like we are a member of the family here. Check-in is smooth, rooms are spacious and the buffet is great. It might be a tad pricey, but the variety is superior. Pool is also well maintained. If you're able to, East view is the best as the view is gorgeous. Highly recommended!!

We have used this hotel for some events in the last two years. The conference room is always set up perfectly according to our description, Karen is exceptionally delightful to work with during the booking and planning phase, and Patricia on-site is very attentive and friendly. My only challenge is that I have yet to have been assisted by the bell staff at the door - however that may be due to the odd hours of our event set up and tear down. The meals and buffet are great! Excellent hotel - we enjoy doing our events here.

My review is mostly geared towards the customer service I received while staying at this hotel for 5 1/2 months. Even though I enjoyed my stay, the location and the breakfast buffet thoroughly I am compelled to speak about some individual employees whom I hope are still there and appreciated for how well they make this establishment shine. Mary - She worked in the atrium, servicing the pool, fitness center and kids play area. The play area wasn't open all the time, it needed an attendant. My daughter Olivia for 2 or 3 days spent certain amounts of time with Mary in the play area along with her older siblings at times. But Mary took time to play with Olivia, help her color pictures and put on movies she liked. I'm not sure if Mary is tasked to do those things, but she made such an impression on my daughter that she drew a pictures just for her before we left! We didn't have the time to find her beforehand, but that really made me feel like Mary deserved at least to be mentioned. Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable while she passed the time in the kids area. Arlene - The Caretaker on my floor. It's only normal a someone staying in a hotel for months on end like myself would come to at least some sort of rapport with the cleaning staff. Arlene is from The Philippines so I of course took an interest in her because she could help me brush up on my Tagalog. She was always happy to help and basically did everything she did with a smile on her face. She was the most positive person I ran into my entire time in Canada! Arlene would take special care when cleaning my room, and go above and beyond, in my eyes when it came to her duties. She always made sure to ask about my day and anything else I managed to talk her ear off about while we crossed paths. Arlene is the single most reason I would come back to this hotel when visiting Toronto. For the life of me I can not remember her name, I feel so terrible because she was the coolest and funniest person to talk to at the hotel. The lady who worked the grill at the breakfast buffet. She had a Caribbean-Like accent and everyone liked her. She was one of the main reasons I went to the buffet so much. This hotel definitely owes any of it's success to the stellar staff it employs. There isn't a single person from reception to groundskeeping that I would complain about (and that is HARD for me, because I'm a typical American who LOVES to complain when warranted). Thanks for the wonderful stay, guys!

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in. Originally we booked the best available and when we got here it was a room with double beds. I said I'd like to see if there was a king available and I would pay, they say they'd make it a king for no charge. Very great customer service, with their own concierge awaiting to give you discounts and city tourist info. Steakhouse, cafe, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, spa, and workout room are within the hotel. I would definitely come back here again. No complaints what so ever.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.

Stayed here for 12 days, and it was a pretty good stay. Better than the average Holiday Inn, I think! The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Cold water in the lobby, and complementary bottled water in the room every day. The breakfast buffet was pretty dard good, too! So close to lots of places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again.

They were very accommodating on short notice when my wife and I needed a place to stay after our Airbnb turned out to be a disaster. Quickly found us a king bed single room. Friendly service at the front desk and convenient checkout that didn't require us to even stop at the front desk. Bed was pretty comfortable and room nice and clean. Only notable issues were that the window faced into the indoor atrium and the curtains couldn't be completely closed. Otherwise my standard complaint about hotels apply: very dry, slightly too warm, too hard bed, and too soft pillows, but that's true of virtually everywhere I've ever stayed.

Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

My room was generally clean and comfortable. You could tell that it is starting to get a bit dated. The pattern in the carpet was starting to fade in my room. Also, my room faced the atrium and I found that could get noisy late at night or early morning. However, staff were friendly my overall stay was pleasant.

The management is worse than the worker He called me and he said you right we should tell you about the deposit before i will let them know and he asked for the pictures he doesn't talk about the bad safty of the covid 19 he affer me free breakfast if he didn't call it much better It was a bad experience. I was waiting for better than that. It is a high-end hotel. I spoke with my fiancée to spend their honeymoon more than once, although I did not enter it, and I did so yesterday. It was a bad experience compared to a big name. First, we did not receive a welcome at the reception, but the employee continued his conversation with His colleague then went to us without paying attention and continued his words with his important colleague. He asked me for the reservation fee and added 100 dollars as a deposit, and I did not have that limit in the credit exchange card, so I told him that I do not know about this 100 so can I use the bank card and he refused so I tried to pay cash, so he refused and said It must be a credit card. I told him that there is no objection to using the price of the reservation from it and pay the deposit with my cash, personal bank account, or business debit cardBut he refused, and then I had to use my guest’s card. It was a very embarrassing situation. Then I received the reservation from him and asked him if you could what was the room number, and he told me that it was written on the paper. Then one piece of soap for two people entered the room at the time of the Coronavirus. I was surprised at this neglect. The trash can has no trash bags And the biggest surprise is that my guest pulled the table that was between the two beds to use electricity. It was dirty. I am sure that it had not been cleaned for more than 10 customers before me. If not more, my guest laughed and joked to me. Can you confirm the name of the hotel from the papers? Secondly, I felt very shy that I will not I repeat it and I would prefer to spend the honeymoon in a better place than that if I decided to pay an amount like this I do not recommend this branch and did not try others But I am afraid to throw the same thing Btw my guest have pictures for the dirty area if someone from the management would like to see Bahaa shtaiwi nov 1 tell nov 2

The short: Fantastic experience here. Delicious food, wonderful staff, beautiful pool, comfy beds, great for families and work trips. The details: My family and I were surprised by the service and courteous staff. My kids were greeted with a treasure chest of toys to choose from to play with during their stay. The salt water pool was perfect temperature and setup in a way that was enjoyable to swim in. There was even a Kids Coordinator on staff (Nichole) who helped entertain kids with activities and had a play area setup that was wonderful for the kids to experience. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and kids are free. (Their pizza is delicious). The staff at the restaurant even brought out a little chocolate treat for my son's birthday without even being asked. My son was even surprised with a note from the Kids Coordinator in our room wishing him a happy birthday and had some Star Wars stickers for him. I would definitely stay here again with my family and also on a work trip.

We have been here for close to 3 weeks. The service has been amazing and extremely understanding with any issue we had come up making our stay longer. Helpful and sweet staff who helped make sure our stay was good and that we had everything we could need. They even gave little gifts to the kids! We would definitely recomend staying here. Close to the mall and many food options. Thank you so much Holiday inn

My wife and child enjoyed our stay. The pool was just comfortably cool and the whirlpool was steaming hot. The staff were extremely friendly. Kid-friendly place, and a great location and price. Parking was only 9$ a night. I would definitely come back again!

Staff was very friendly and the hotel has taken additional safety measures for COVID-19. Our room was clean and featured a balcony overlooking the pool and restaurant area, however this proved to be a bit annoying as noise from other guests using the pool was easily heard in our room and was somewhat of a disturbance while trying to relax. Overall I would book a stay here again, the price is reasonable and the location is convenient with easy TTC access and close proximity to Yorkdale shopping centre.
