This mall is well maintained. Even though they did not have the most popular stores here, but they did have some unique brands and middle class stores that are not available elsewhere. There were two really nice supermarkets with high quality grocery and a big LCBO store. They did not have a food court at the mall, however, there were a few nice decor dine in coffee shops and restaurants available. I enjoyed shopping at this mall because it was less crowded than other shopping malls on weekends.

It's a great place to shop, eat. There is also a pleasant piano performance and warm decorations for Mother's Day.

Lots of stores in this mall! While most malls are closing down this one appears to be doing great!

Not a large mall, but certainly a cozy, higher end, well maintained and designed space. You’ll find a good sized Loblaws store here for all your food and household needs and a small Pusateri’s market for more eclectic and gourmet type options. This mall had ample parking spread out between a couple levels and I had no problem finding parking on a weekend. Lots of options for eating from a small open court area at one end to an area with multiple small bistro type sit down restaurants at the other end that ere a little cozier and had a nice feel. A good variety of higher end retail shops from clothing to shoes to jewelry and some designer shops as well. There were a number of areas that were not occupied but there appeared to be shops coming to these areas soon. Washroom areas were super clean and accessible, and there were lots of areas to sit and relax and each featured comfortable seating and nice decor. Overall a very nice experience walking and shopping Bayview Village and I would definitely return.

What a beautiful shopping centre. Parking was easy. The bathrooms are the best I've ever seen in a shopping centre, private stalls with individual sinks inside the stalls and ledges for shopping bags.

Interesting little shopping center with some unique Italian stores, supermarkets and cafes. They also have some name brand stores you'd find elsewhere (Mastermind Toys, Starbucks, Rogers, Bell, LCBO, Lindt). Loblaws is the anchor store here. Lots of free parking despite it being a busy area with a TTC station across the road. They have Level 3 chargers too. P.S. I lost $100 cash on February 10 at the mall. Message me if you found it.

Aesthetically pleasing mall, great for quick visits to niche boutique retailers and some chain retailers. Lots of women's fashion stores compared to other genre of stores. There are 2 grocery stores on site and some sit down restaurants on the west wing. There are some bakeries and cafes spread through out the mall. Lots of sitting area if you need quick shopping rest. There is free above ground and underground parking. Mall staff from security to cleaning to concierge are all friendly and courteous. Purchased mall gift card for family friends. It comes in a cardboard pouch and fancy customized bag dedicated for the gift card. There is no service charge unless you exceed the 16 months expiration period after being activated.

Shopping mall situated on the corner of Bayview and Sheppard. Lots of unique higher end shops with one of a kind finds. Array of stores to meet all your needs: Loblaws, LCBO, restaurants, drink shops, and clothing and household items. The mall itself has lovely, warm vibes with comfortable round seating areas in the hall. Love the chandeliers in the Centre of the mall. Womens bathrooms are clean, individual stalls with washbasin within the stalls. There is also complementary shoe shine machine near the entrance of the women’s bathroom. I Enjoy coming to this mall.

Title: Comprehensive Review of Bayview Village Shopping Center I recently visited Bayview Village Shopping Center and found it to be a unique destination with a selection of good brands, albeit not widely recognized. The management might enhance the shopping experience by introducing more renowned brands to cater to the preferences of the younger generation. In addition, considering modern trends, incorporating advertisements for cars or motorcycles could attract a broader customer base, providing a refreshing and engaging environment for visitors. This strategic move could potentially elevate the shopping center's appeal and relevance in the digital age. One aspect that caught my attention was the layout of the stores, which seemed reminiscent of the 70s and 80s. To stay competitive in our digital era, a more contemporary and attractive store layout could significantly enhance the overall shopping experience. Updating the design to align with current aesthetics would likely contribute to a more inviting atmosphere for patrons. While Bayview Village Shopping Center offers a distinct mix of brands, a thoughtful blend of renowned names and a modern store layout could elevate its status and attract a broader demographic. These adjustments have the potential to position the shopping center as a more dynamic and appealing destination in today's ever-evolving retail landscape.

The mall is definitely on the higher end. It is smaller in size, and is mostly clothing/food. It has a couple odds and ends stores, but it is mostly catered to higher budget spending. It also has a nice grocery store attached as well a dentists/etc offices in the back. Great breakfast spot! I personally don't do much shopping in the mall itself. A good one stop shop for those who can afford it.

A great place to shop and grab a bite or dine; there’s the supermarket, liquor store, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, library, boutiques and shops for personal cares. Great location, subway and is around the corner and so is the expressway.

Great mall for its purpose. It’s a mall mainly built to serve the local community I believe. It contains a lot of retail stores that are not necessarily all brand names like they are at Yorkdale, however they still sell quality items at this mall. You can find anything you need really, from clothes to cutleries and more. It’s nice to visit just for a stroll or to eat at one of the many nice restaurants present here at this mall.

Lots of selections. Lots of people. Not a mall you go to if you're not ready to spend more on items. Banks, restaurants and drug store for convenience, beside Loblaws. Cafe areas very crowded. Also parking here may see your car getting dinged because the aisles/spots are too close.

Great shopping mall. Lots of nice shops, great coffee and pastry shops, and lots of open space. There's a library and a Loblaws. There's also a large Shoppers Drug Mart. A visit to the mall is never complete without something from the prepared hot food or bakery of Pusateri.

One of my fav spots. Pricy but the ambiance is calm and relaxing , not hectic like the other malls, I can sit on the lovely seats around the mall or at a cafe or walk around , convenient for grocery , liquor, apparels, restaurants , optician, etc. I had a recent experience here where three kids with hoodies took over the exit stretch at @loblaws and refused to move so that I can drive pass.

Do not buy a gift card from them. Our friend got us a $100 gift card. We had a new born baby and then the pandemic happened. By the time we used it there was only $25 left on the card. I consider this to be stealing. Did they bother to help us or fix the situation? No they did not. I will not be shopping there ever again.

For the prices this place charges, you would think they have all the products you need but they rarely ever do. They get away with being a high end grocer because of the area they reside in but it's a complete joke. Always sold out of the most basic items, and even the employees walk around with a smugness similar to the people who shop here.

Very clean and nice place; fair number of stores .. I personally think the high end items do t gravitate towards the younger adults… I’d probably say ladies 50+ would appreciate it… perhaps I missed something but that’s my observation from the time I spent there. Highly recommend for anyone to check it out at least once; I’d describe it as a mini Yorkdale

Wow! Around 2011 and 2012 this place was incredibly friendly towards customers with dogs. Who wouldn’t be, right? But now their attitude is quite possibly the least dog friendly place I’ve ever been to. Oh but small dogs that can fit in a purse are ok as compared to a medium or large dog!? Where’s the consistency?

  • 5/5 Isa Y. 3 years ago on Google
It's a good place to visit. A relatively large Loblaws is connected to the mall, so if you need to do any grocery shopping whilst visiting the stores within the mall, go for it. The stores located in the mall consist mostly of clothing and jewelry, with the occasional restaurant and diner. There's also a Shoppers Drug Mart.(Yay) A TPL (Toronto Public Library) branch is also connected to the mall, so that's a bonus(?). Stuff is a bit pricey however, but that's just my personal opinion. Wouldn't urge someone to visit this place exclusively, but it's a good idea to browse and see what's available while you're in the area.

Bayview Village is an upscale collection of stores and restaurants. Parking is usually pretty easy to come by and it's not very crowded. The range of stores is a bit random and there's a tiny bit of everything - shoes, clothes, housewares, make-up, groceries, etc.. I find I come here for very specific things. It doesn't have enough range to just walk around to pass time and hope to find things.

The Santa is visiting, the decor of the entire shopping center asks you to linger and the rare "% off everything" offers look quite interesting, so we do linger... I find that my "not rushed" purchases become those memorable gifts the friends will enjoy. A pause to think about a recipient of your care was exactly what makes it...

A small but clean, peaceful, high end shopping mall. Not like Vaugh Mills or Yorkdale, there are mostly boutique stores-clothing, eatery, living, shoe service, coffee shop etc...Loblaws is also there. Chapters was there before but it's a shame it's gone. Conveniently located at Sheppard and Bayview. Clothing prices were very high before but these days they are all offering some kind of discounts so you actually can find some fortune there in a quiet environment.

Security Guards at this plaza need to stop questioning customers who are waiting on the leather bench inside the plaza near Shoppers Drug Mart. There is a good reason why customers with disabilities and seniors sit down on the bench, there is also a reason why the bench is not taped or roped off, the reason is because persons in these groups need to sit down and wait to be picked up by Wheel Trans etc. Please stop asking adults why they are sitting there, First, its none of your business and second your questioning which borders on harassment creates an unwelcoming environment especially for long term customers! The security guards are employed by Paragon and some of them are extremely aggressive and do not social distance! As for the plaza itself, the owner of this plaza needs to educate himself about issues of access and accommodation, it is and has been an on going issue and one day he is going to face a serious human rights complaint for such!

It's small shopping centre with high end retail stores and nice restaurants. It also has a big Loblaws store, Shoppers Drug Mart and my favorite part of the shopping mall : LCBO. The LCBO store here is amazing and you can find great white wine, rose, red whine, beer and liquor. Most of the stores are dedicated to women's fashion and the variety is limited. Bayview Village is a very nice mall located in North York. Having a very large parking space compared to the size of the actual mall, you will never really struggle to find parking here. The only problem you might find with Bayview Village is that due to its size, you may not be able to find everything you are looking for in the mall itself, however you will surely find everything you are looking for in the surrounding area. If you are here, I recommend going to Bread and Roses café as their coffee, pastries, and sandwiches are fantastic.

It has somewhat expensive stores, but it's a great place to visit, stroll, window shop and it's never crowded.

Excellent shopping, a bit pricey but worth it. Lots of great restaurants and cafes to choose from. A great place to meet for lunch, dinner or coffee. I highly recommend it.

A surprisingly very pleasant experience, from what I understand the mall has done a lot of renovations to update their look. I enjoyed my time shopping, grabbing a bite and exploring the place

A bunch of expensive and boutique stores in the mall. Would be a much better mall if it was actually full. I think COVID must have done a number on this place as there were about 8 vacancies the last time I checked

Bayview Village is a superb place to shop. Our experience is usually Loblaws for its fresh bread section. The BV has always lots of parking and many stores to serve you every need.

Pristine mall with most of your everyday life necessities. Grocery store, LCBO, drug store and some clothing shops. Mostly high end but something for everyone. Note, there is not a food court per say, but some good sit down restaurants.

The place is great for shopping as there are numerous shopping stores inside the mall. Several places to eat whatever your tastebuds desire at the time. Three coffee places for a light lunch. Two washrooms. The Mall is kept very clean. People working there are very friendly. It almost feels like home.

This place is very spacious with lots of seating and beautifully decorated with seasonal flowers. Shops are aplenty and on the higher end but it's good even if it's just for window shopping.

The mall itself is beautiful and well maintained. The shops are unique and the bathrooms are lovely. Unfortunately, the mall staff, specifically the security guards, were extremely disrespectful and ill mannered. I don’t usually write reviews about mall security but this deserves some attention. Multiple security guards said different messages to me about consuming beverages in the seating area. After the 4th security guard came up to me within 30 minutes and I mentioned the previous security guards said something different, she completely disregarded what I said. She was very aggressive and rude. Recommendation to the mall is to implement better hiring practices as some of these security guards should not be working in a customer facing role. Why is the mall over staffed with security anyways that four different people had to come up to me as I was just sitting on the couch. Completely ruins the entire mall experience especially for a mall that aims to cater to a higher end clientele.

Went there to my usual Automobile detailer that's in the second level, Managed to occupy my time with some light shopping visited Pusataris, with kids in tow, and picked up my usual... nod to my GP to sooth my soul or rather his concern For my cardiovascular health and balanced it with an apple😇 So, with respect to the mall itself, it's got the usual shopping fare to be had but point of note this mall is quite pleasant in that it does not have the absurdly busy levels of other like venues... So therein lies the conundrum, My other point of note or caveat is that there's not as much variety. If you will, in terms of shopping to be had as to be expected in some other malls. Albeit they are of a larger scope and I speak of Yorkdale for one, however I do enjoy the tranquility this mall has to offer. And you have to check out some of the food offerings, restos etc as I find it to be a little bit more above par than the typical gastronomical offerings in other shopping malls. As with all my posts fair warning this fellow dictates as opposed to types. So beware the grammatical inaccuracies typos et cetera. By way of a closing note that particular item I purchased and I do not speak of the apple, the foie gras, is quite lovely and it's a nice addition to any entree if not to be had simply paired with a baguette and A nice bouteille de vin, imo a smooth red will suffice SALUT

Exotic mall in a beautiful neighborhood. Prices around here may be a bit steeper but I love the mall anyway.

  • 1/5 Lucky B. 7 months ago on Google
There is one washroom in the whole mall. Ridiculous. Every single restaurant is like 40-50 dollars and up per person. Rip off. It's full of.entitled folks who think they are high class by eating dinner or lunch inside of the mall. Just as ridiculous as it sounds. The stores in the mall for some reason are higher price than other malls for the high class. They have women security here ... How safe does that sound? Not very safe. Low risk mall so they throw in women guards. What will.happen if a elderly person is being attacked or another person. What do you think will.happen with women guards ? Lol. What a circus Canada is. Security is not a place for women. They are jeopardizing themselves and the general public by doing such a job. Women police and women security guard have been killed in the line of duty but still Canada still hires women to protect the public.

Good, solid knowledgeable on the product. I went in willing, asked the store manger about their imports and exports and he didn't hesitate on NOTHING - he was on point for sure. That's good service and quality all in one !

So disappointed. I had two old Bayview Village cards, from awhile ago. Went to the Gap, picked out two pairs of pantS… handed over cards worth $200… and, they’re both empty??? BV charges $2.50 plus tax monthly if you don’t use their cards. Will never shop here again. Pure ripoff.
