😐 Nice place to train. People are very nice and helpful. 100%Family atmosphere. Close to Hwy and mall free parking at gym. Gym is not very clean and classes do not start on time. Not enough group training for boxing technicque or foot work. Price is kinda steep for what your getting. People often mention boxing, Atlas, great, train,

Not a bad gym, decent equipment, but they focus heavily on their fighters and regulars, a lot more than their newer entrants. I suggest you look for a smaller gym if you're wanting to learn boxing as a newbie.

Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed watching the sweet science. I remember having watch parties with my family and friends whenever guys like De La Hoya, Klitscko, Mayweather, etc would fight and I would always say that one day I will try out boxing. It took me until my 20s to finally have the confidence to do so and I could not have found a better place to get started. Atlas boxing is truly one of the best places to box in Toronto and provides the best training for any level of boxing. Since I began training at Atlas, I have developed a new sense of dedication for fitness and I am absolutely pumped to go through the process of getting into the best possible shape and becoming a the best boxer I can be. I recommend Atlas boxing to all!

This is the perfect boxing gym for all levels. Great coach and members! One class will give you the biggest rush of dopamine and personally it has helped me replace other unhealthy sources of dopamine

One of the best boxing gyms in toronto, if not the world. Home to numerous Olympic medallists, including former world heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis. Amazing coaches. Highly recommended.

Best gym to train in and get work done. I was intimidated at first because of the experienced boxers but after my session I felt right at home. Armand was my trainer, he is a great trainer and great guy to learn from.

I've known the owner of this gym for years. There is no better place in Toronto to get an authentic workout experience. This place is the real deal.

Atlas Boxing Gym is the premiere boxing gym in Toronto. Atlas is run by Adrian Teodorescu (yes, Lennox Lewis' former trainer). So, if you are looking for a place to learn to actually box, this is the place. Also, training next to Olympic qualified fighters (like Mandy Bujold) doesn't hurt.
