I
have
always
wanted
to
lose
weight
and
get
myself
in
shape.
I
lost
my
confidence
for
years
now,
and
I
really
want
to
gain
that
back.
I
started
going
to
this
gym
and
booked
a
personal
training
session.
They
introduced
me
to
a
trainer
named
AK.
Big
shoutout
to
AK.
I
was
very
timid
and
basically
have
0
strength
training.
But
he
pushed
me
to
my
limits,
and
2
months
into
my
training,
I
can
say
that
I
am
seeing
good
progress.
AK
customized
my
training
to
fit
my
needs.
We
focused
on
certain
parts
each
session.
He
always
ensures
that
my
posture
is
correct
before
doing
any
machine.
He
also
checks
in
with
me
if
I'm
eating
and
drinking
well,
which
shows
that
he
truly
cares
about
the
trainee
health
and
wellbeing.
He
always
encourages
and
energizes
me
during
each
training
session.
Overall,
it's
has
been
a
pleasure
training
with
him,
and
I
highly
recommend
AK
if
you're
looking
into
personal
training.
Side
note
on
the
gym:
the
staff
at
this
gym
is
very
friendly.
I
barely
knew
any
of
the
other
personal
trainer
names,
but
they
always
smiled
at
me
and
said
hi.
😁
one
thing
they
can
improved
is
to
add
more
machines
on
the
gym
itself
so
we
don't
fight
over
1
machine
that
everyone
use.
It's
always
crowded
after
6
p.m.
