Sooooo good. My friend and I went here for the first time and tried a small variety. Everything tasted great! I highly recommend the pistachio ice cream, it was my favourite part - so smooth and tasteful. We also had the triple chocolate cheesecake which was very dense but perfect for chocolate lovers. And finally, the tiramisu - amazingly moist and alcohol free!

Beautiful variety of desserts and ice cream to choose from. Their coffees are very good. In my posts I rate coffees from custom to black because I enjoy a really good coffee. Lots of good seating, perfect for friends and family. There is a customer washroom.

$10.00 for a crepe filled with almond slices? All I could taste was the crepe batter and almonds. Ordered their specialty Nutty Professor for takeout. They forgot to include the hazelnut gelato. Hands down the most disappointing crepe I've ever had. Shops at Don Mills location.

Was here just for a coffee takeout so posting my review only based on that. Their selection of pastries and gelatos looked pretty rich but the coffee I got was not great. I wished it was more fresh than what I was served, mine tasted old/burnt. From a quick visit to pick up my coffee, the atmosphere looked cozy and inviting, but I doubt coffee is their strong suit.

When we went there , this place was not busy and we had a good experience. Waffle & cheesecake tasted great & we got our order shortly. I wish to see more ice cream flavours there. Prices were acceptable for this portion & quantity in comparison with other brands. The personnel were very welcome and they answer our questions and we provide ice cream taste when we asked. The place was clean and in my point of view, this place can be a good place to have ice cream and spend time with your friends and family.

The best gelato I've had so far. You can tell a place is legit by how good their pistachio flavour is; This one has the real deal. In general their flavours are super smooth and exploding with flavour.

Good go-to for gelato, coffee, and other sweets if you're at Shops at Don Mills. We've often dropped by over the years if we want to grab a frozen treat for ourselves or our kids. It gets very busy during the summer and on nice days, especially with its big patio overlooking the usually busy courtyard at the center of the mall. Lots of people sitting and chatting while enjoying sweets or coffees. Ice 'n Cake is not the cheapest option, but the quality of their offerings is usually decent. The place does well because there are very few alternatives for frozen treats and because of its very central (and therefore more prominent/visible) location at the mall. It's been around for a long time!

This place is usually busy. Their selection of desserts and ice creams/yogurts are all delicious. My favourite is all their pistachio flavours (cake and ice cream) - tastes like the real thing! Would go back for more! The workers are nice.

Such a great place to get dessert! They have the best gelato in town. I came in on Thursday night and Ariana was so helpful with picking out our gelato flavours. She recommend the chocolate monkey crepe and it was delicious. She such a helpful employee will come back again for the Costumer service.

We were going to aroma, but decided to try something different this, then we to the Ice'n Cake. We order cold beverages, my husband order an affogato and I gota creme brulee iced coffee. Both coffees were good, though the creme brulee had too much ice on it, in my opinion. Overall the experience was good.

The atmosphere of the cafe is so pretty! I had the caramel cheesecake and it was so good and the person working even decorated the plate! It’s so worth spending 10 dollars on cake!

The ice cream flavors were good, although it was melting a bit after seconds. We expected more coconut in this flavor. However, what made me give it less stars was a rude attitude of a server. My husband has a brain injury (from cancer) and has some cognitive problems at the moment, and he asked her to try a flavor first to decide to order it or not, she wasn’t too friendly already. Then, he tried to give the spoon back to her (so she could discard it) and she denied and said that he should trash it himself - which is totally okay. But then she commented to the other server about it and they laughed right in front of me, like I wasn’t there or understanding English. It was too hurtful for me to be there and see those bullies teenager girls laughing at my sick husband, and it was my birthday. I complained about it (after my husband got out of there) to the cashier and she offered something for free but I denied it. I just want to leave a message for you guys: Please, if you will be rude don’t do this in front of the customers! Especially if you don’t know the problem with a person who does something you think is weird. I won’t go back.

Got a double scoop of coffee and Ferrero Rocher. The Ferrero was delicious and the coffee was a great pairing to cut the sweetness.

Ice cream portions are significantly smaller. I used to come here for pistachio gelato every time I came to shops at Don Mills. The gelato is good but the portions has gotten much smaller. The cups used to be filled and stacked over top, now it is barely filled. Other lady was also surprised by the portions and said “that is not what a double used to look like”.

Cold coffee and smoothie were reasonably priced. The Freddo Capuccino was a bit strong. The banana-strawberry smoothie tasted just like banana and strawberry.
