Recently opened and fully stocked. Excellent produce quality and some good deals as they launch. Access via escalators, has a bit of everything from flower shop, bakery, Starbucks and prepared meals. They validate parking and the store looks well organized. Checkout lanes were a bit long due to the launch event.

Went here thinking I’d quickly grab good quality items. When I got home after almost eating some moldy bread I noticed half the stuff was expired. Ice cream for example was months past BB date. It’s probably a low volume store, so the items likely sit longer and then they rotate with the back items without checking. Also the parking validation didn’t work either.

It’s a great modern grocery store. It is clean and bright and the employees seemed friendly. The self checkout was quick as well. It is in the second floor so you need to find they way up to it and back out. Being right next to the subway is handy too so you can avoid the cold and rain if you live in a nearby building.

Went on a Saturday afternoon so it was more crowded than usual... I walked past a few shoppers shoulder to shoulder. had someone find a product for me and he was very friendly! The cashier was nice too!

Longos' meat is really fresh and delicious. There is no meat flavor at all. Vegetables and fruits are good, but I always buy meat from Longos. Because it has minced pork, it's easy to make Korean food, donggerangttaeng.

Great produce and helpful staff! Special shout out to the Deli and bakery counter. My kids would often choose their treat of the day at the bakery and then their slices of fresh meats for their packed lunches the next day. A rep at the Deli going by the name of Suzi would serve us late towards closing time, she had a calm nature even if I did turn up at 8.55pm. Thank you I appreciate you! Food is generally expensive but quality is equally as good. The atmosphere is also nice and there is no rushing around and you can generally enjoy the shopping experience with a premium. Only negative is that there is paid parking and there is a minimum spend of $20

Excellent store. Great selection of produce, meats, fresh fish counter, deli & cheese counter. In house bakery with large variety of bake goods. Very clean and well organized store, not picked thru unlike some other grocery stores.

Cashiers are very nice and professional. Their fruit and veg are fresh. Everything is very clean and well maintained (such as shelves and trollies/carts). There are decent sales on select products close to best before date/expiration date. Got handed a really nice discount coupon at the front of the store today (20 dollars off purchases over 75 dollars etc). They don't have a wide selection of anything overall as they aren't too big. Their aisle placement/product organisation could be better. For its size, I shouldn't feel as lost as I do when I shop here. Overall, I'm glad I have a decent supermarket near my house.

Frequently coming here because it’s very convenient for me to commute. The store very clean, neat organized ,staff are nice and helpful. The prices very reasonable and they have freshly baked bakery , fresh fruits and vegetables.

This cashier named Susan is very unprofessional and rude first of all she didn’t greet non of the customers, even though we greeted her first, nor did she ask about the points to each customers and she didn’t even thanked them, unprofessionalism at its best. She was very grumpy and unpleasant to look at made us feel uncomfortable. I even saw a manager just watching us while she did all that, although I couldn’t see her name from far away it was an older ma’am around Susan’s height. I will never shop here again especially this location, please do better.

Good place and quality products. One thing that confused me was that vegetables are priced in different units of measurements in the bill and in the place where it's placed. I bring vegetables based on the rate where it's placed but when I bill it was more. I understand it's a conversion but it would be helpful to have the unit of measurement same in both places.

Love this place for meat, so much variety and fresh and good prices. Actually everything is fresh here. Cakes are good also and staff are very friendly

I still consider this food store is the best in the area and it proved multiple times by their high quality products. Unfortunately, I have to give it 3 stars because I’ve noticed unfair distribution particularly Longos’s product such as “freshly squeezed orange juice”. I’ve been buying this juice almost everyday and it’s quite pricy for a reason of its high freshness and concentration. However, recently it feels Like it’s been mixed with water and I believe this is not fair to your loyal customers to sell such a product. Since, longos responds to every comment (respect for that)I really hope you guys will pay attention to it and make some changes. Other than that, everything is great and I think it’s not a big deal for longos to fix it. Thank you

Be careful when you buy your grocery here, you should always take photos of the items’ price. I had experience numerous times that the listed price in store and at the checkout is different. Check out is always around $1 to $2 more. I’ve already encountered more than 3 times that I have to go back and take a photo to prove to the cashier that I wasn’t lying. I would have given 1 star to this store, but the place is clean, so I’ll give them another star for well maintenance.

Place was clean, food was displayed nicely. Location was very convenience. However, it's almost just as nice as Food Basic with lower price. Having said that, there are a few things that I would only get at Longo's.

Spacious, well laid out, great bakery, deli, and prepared foods. Great fresh butcher and fish selection. Reasonably priced for a more upscale grocery store.

Just had a terrible experience at this location. The self checkout has always been crowded, small, and not user friendly, but these days it's also messy with garbage on the floor, especially under the till. The bagging area is so small my stuff keeps getting dropped on the filthy floor. The cashier just stood there chatting with a coworker when I obviously needed help. And, I hit my head when picking up my stuff, the cashier said nothing, completely ignored me. This place is also getting more and more expensive, I am switching to other nearby stores, and there are a lot to choose from.

There are a lot of good quality products within the smaller variety available at Longo's. The produce is fresh and cleanly stacked. Their bakery, although not as extensive as say, Whole Foods, is still good. Their kitchen has good quality food. Between vegan soups, plant-based chili, and focaccia breads, a vegetarian need not go hungry. Inspite of this, the prices are too high and worth knocking off 2 stars.

Sometimes produce is not the freshest. I came across some moldy strawberries on display today. Otherwise, well stocked, prices tend to be higher than other nearby grocery stores. They have a nice bakery section where I always get a loaf of sourdough.

I have mixed emotions about this location. Limited selection of frozen products, pre-made salad was legitimately double what I pay at loblaws and what they called a summer fruit salad had one strawberry on it that was cut in half. Pizza bar was nice, big slices for a decent price. Produce and meat section nice but this place is PRICY. Some staff are quite nice and others seem to be there just to get their paycheck

What a difference in the pizza over the past couple of months. It used to be very good. Now it is very small, uses much less cheese and sauce and has been stale the past 2 visits. I just spent $10. to get 1 cheese slice and 1 pepperoni. The cheese slice was only half the size of the box, had basically no sauce and a thin layer of cheese and tasted like eating cardboard. The pepperoni slice was so hard it felt like it was 2 days old and was disgusting - I had to throw it out. It's too bad, because as I mentioned, it used to be the best pizza around.

Love shopping here. From cashiers and stockers to meat and fish personnel the customer service is incredible. Fresh produce and meats. A greeting from everyone. Never shopped at a grocery store like it
