👍👍 The staff is very kind, welcoming and friendly! Services is great! Been there for 2 years and never had a single problem! My favourite gym of out of any other GoodLife gyms. 1.) rarely have problems with the machines 2.) machines are well cleaned 3.) not a crowned gym so I never had to wait in line... First time visiting since I was just in the neighborhood, a little confusing to find the gym, but the signs helped. Staff were not very friendly when I asked about parking, and when I asked for a towel, said they don't have any and don't know when they'll have more... Then opened a drawer full of towels. Steam room was a nice touch and smelled of menthol when you first walked in, but as you sat down, the smell of "feet" overpowered it. Overall, the gym was well laid out with good equipment for the size, but staff and change rooms were not up to par.

Really old place Goodlife needs to renovate this place before losing more customers because of this castle!!! No light! No decorations! Not organized!!! Lot of wasted places!!! Also we were looking for parking about an hour until they told us you have 2 hours free parking!! No sign nothing!!!

Back in July 18, 2019, I signed up in this gym with the goal of losing weight and improving my mood/mental state. Jay happily guided me through the process and gave me a tour of the place. Through his assessment, he set me up with a trainer that he feels was a good fit for me and my needs - VLAD - and he was definitely right about that. He knows the science behind getting fit which includes how our bodies move and the proper (and gradual) adjustment to better nutrition and lifestyle change. He is even good at helping you stay focused and motivated on your goals because let me tell you, discipline in this area of my life is not my strongest suit (that's why I let myself go before). But after working with him for about a month and a half, I have lost some fat, gained muscle, became stronger, sleep better, eat better, my mood got better and I fit in my clothes a little better. And the best part, I don't look sick in this weight-loss journey (like I have in the past with my yo-yo diets)! I still have a long way to go but I'm in good hands. He is a fun, patient trainer who will help you reach your fitness goals (even when you feel like giving up. The man delivers a pretty convincing talk when I feel like regressing back to my old ways). As for the facility, it's clean and there are enough machines to go around. I rarely have to wait to use the ones I want. I like that they have huge windows too that let natural light in. The other staff are very friendly as well and they are all beautiful people. They also have a women's only area. Anyways, this is the first-ever gym I signed up to in my whole life and I'm having an excellent experience thus far. 😊

Recently decided to join a gym and get back in shape, wanted to see what goodlife was about and was not disappointed. The manager, Jay, was easily able to walk me through the process and gave me great recommendations for a trainer and a workout class. I was skeptical at first about first timers going into one of those fitness classes, but the instructor made it a great experience which is motivating me to go back for more. The staff is wonderful at this location, I have yet to meet anyone that won't greet you with a smile and wish to help you achieve your goals.

Yes, it's a goodlife location that works as you'd expect as a multi-location member, but I'm glad this isn't my main gym. Parking needs validation (which is fine, but was very confusing the first time), and everything except a few machines on the upper floor are in the basement which is dark and dingy. Cycling machines are older (no power meter) and in what feels like a bunker. Barbells are limited (maybe 2 flat bench presses) and I don't think there even were any power racks. The staff however seem very upbeat and helpful.

3.5 stars. Good: - Good sized gym. Has most of the basic machines you'd need - not super busy/crowded - has a small women only work out area - large locker room - sink near hair dryer area is nice touch Bad: - Parking is a bit confusing. Would love longer than 2hr free parking for after work/ weekends - shower/locker area is really old and needs renovation - no Kleenex in change room - not enough towels. Can only take one at a time. - not sure why there isn't a towel collection bag in the change room - weight room down stairs is often too warm. It smells terrible

Great gym. Very friendly service and helpful staff. I been coming here for years. Members are nice too. I really like how its not crazy packed like some other gyms where you have to wait to use something. They have all the equipment I could ask for. 2 thumbs up from me.

A well-kept and tidy gym with friendly staff. I find this gym doesn't get too crowded even during peak hours and I've never had to wait for a machine. The only downfall is the inconvenience of parking, as the gym is in an office building. Gym users have to park on the upper level and take the stairs down to get to the gym. We then have to take the stairs back up as this is where the change rooms are, then back down to some equipment, and another level down for weights and more cardio machines. You also have to validate your licence plate to avoid getting ticketed. This is probably the biggest hassle of this gym, but the fact that the gym is usually very empty outweighs the cons of all the stairs and makes me a satisfied and returning customer here.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is generally clean. I've been recently working with a personal trainer (Vlad). He's great! Very thorough and professional. He works through your goal setting and really understands how to achieve the results you are looking for in a realistic time frame. He is aggressively learning more all the time and is eager to share his knowledge with his clients to enhance their experience and results. I would highly recommend Vlad to anyone who is highly motivated for changes.

😠 I came to the gym tonight. The lady at the front desk was having issue with another gym member. I scanned my membership and wanted to proceed to the gym, Homehr. The lady at the front desk asked me to scan for the second time and very aggressively slammed the computer. I asked her why she asked me t...

🫤 This gym was pretty reasonable for a while, given the perks of the black card membership. However since the beginning of the summer, it has been absolutely crowded with young high-school aged teens that show up in groups of 4 and higher chatting around the equipment. I recently realized that high-sc...
