This plaza is relatively close to both DVP and Hwy401. Plenty of free parking. Many bus stops around this plaza. There's a big Toys R Us, Dollarama, CIBC, NoFrills, Starbucks, Sunset Grill, Georgy Porgy, Asian restaurants, Medical offices, MTO Drivetest Center, and lots of other shops...

I go to Victoria Terrace to the Foot 🦶👣 Clinic. Danielle the best Customer Service, gave me good suggestions. Even the Foot doctor was very nice with the clients. My foot problem was solved at a reasonable price. I tried many Foot Clinics in Toronto either they are fully booked or the doctor is not available or the Appointments available a after 4 to 6 weeks. I would recommend the Foot Clinic at Victoria Terrace.

This place have Drive test Toronto On driving license firm assigned by Ontario government, Canada skilled college center, Good life fitness club, CPA firm for tax fillings and services etc. Lots of snacks shop and restaurants here. Starbucks and burger 🍔 kings have there outlets nearby. It’s the same building where you come to give Your G1 driving test and road test for all enquiries related to Driving license. Took your time and some food here for you cause it takes huge time 🕰️ sometimes.

I took my daughter to get her license at the Service Ontario in the plaza. We asked Google to take us to this location as we had not been there before. It directed us to go to the back of the plaza. It turns out the main entrance of the Service Ontario is at the front of the plaza, and it is not highly visible. But the service at this Service Ontario had friendly staff. The bathrooms are ok and the wait time was OK too. I'd take my other kid to this place to get his license as well.

The beautiful architectural catches your eyes quite easily. BulkBarn and dollarama are the two reasons why I go there. To be fair, the shops are located near an important intersection and is accessible by Lawrence and Victoria park buses. So you don't have any excuse ;)

Parking is crazy, a lot of people walking around of nearby houses. No left turns out of 2 exits. The flow of the place is horrible. Have to go all the way to the far west exit to make a left... Lots of newbie drivers taking their road test as well. I will say the starbucks and the gym are a great combo tho! Grab an espresso then hit the gym 🙏

Other than waiting an hour outside due to COVID-19 in the heat, the staff as well as security kept informing customer's waiting to get in to the drive test centre, the one's that were there for their road test could line up on the other side. For the other's that if their B'date hadn't fallen between Jan-June that they could come on Monday that will be serving July-August to have their concerns addressed at that point. Once inside the drive test centre I had a 20 min wait then proceeded to exchange my out of province license. They were moving the lines very quickly inside as well as efficient.

At 7.30 am, Iwent for a g1 test at this drive test location. At least 100 people before me.The line up starts at 5.00 am in the morning.Driving test staff is extremely rude and unprofessional especially the lady walking out side and guiding people. My turn comes at 2.30 pm in the afternoon and it was so hot. Remember to bring food and chair with you .

A variety of stores and businesses depending on what you need. The parking lot is an absolute disaster and the organization of cars coming in off the two main roads can be confusing and cause some near-misses. A positive is that there is a driving school / test center at the shopping center however it is so overwhelmed without enough space to accommodate applicants that it you will see massive line ups of people that stretch on to the road and into the parking lot. It is definitely dangerous and should be addressed as soon as possible!

Went for my g2 test, good center. But i see every test centers keeps us waiting outside no matter if it is sunny or rainy or snowing. Need to find an alternative for that, its hard for all of us to wait in line for hours in severe weather conditions.

We went 2 service Ontario...my son had 2 write the G1 test.... we were inside by 7.15am... there's inside at least 20 people n then more people waiting outside... the sad part is they only had 2 counters open... WHY R U OPENING AT 7AM IF U DON'T CALL IN YOUR STAFF ... EVERYBODY IS WAITING 2-3 HOURS...THIS NOT BEACUSE THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE IT IS BECAUSE THEY R UNDER-STAFFED .... I think they have about 10 counters inside ... but only 2 were open ... VERY VERY POOR ... SORRY 1 STAR

Went to do my M1 test on Saturday 14th, May. Went there at 7am thinking the line won't be too long. Had about 80 people in front of me. By the time they finally opened had another 100+ people line up behind me. After about 100 people got in they said they were going to issue another 150 tickets and told everyone else to leave. Due to limited space inside the test center people were told to stand on the other side of the road in the sun. Finally after 11.30am I got to an agent and went in for the test. The room was capable of hosting about 50 people but less than 10 people were writing their exams at a time when I got in. All sitting right beside each other so no it was definitely not because of social distancing. The agents did not care how many people were waiting and randomly just stood there talking to other agents or went on breaks. The examiner was least experienced and very rude. I finished my test within 20mins and sat there for another 20mins. There was only 1 person ahead of me. It's a mess in here. They do not follow any proper guidelines to fix the backlogs. Very disappointed.

The best Thai food in the town, not sponsored at all. Went there for the first time today and totally in love with the Vegan food here. They serve every Thai cuisine in Vegan style, without compromising with it's taste. Neat and clean washroom and prompt service. Much recommended. Plus, marvelous customer service!

It would be great to see the day when this area get a real makeover. Currently they have added the Starbucks which is a good location for one. However the main build which has been there for like 50 years. Need a new look and a lot of upgrades. It's easy to see what could be done but I believe the city planners are terrible.

I was visiting the BLS center in this shopping complex. They have ample parking space for all customers. Cleanliness was an aspect that could be worked on, but my visit was after a few days of snow. The snow was melting and the water was not draining. The center had a good variety of shops, but saw a lot of restaurants here.

The mall itself is good and has a good selection of various stores, and is improving with some new additions. Way too much area dedicated to a rather awkward parking lot however. Entering and exiting by vehicle can be dangerous, and Lawrence is a veritable highway and waaaaaaay too wide and can make walking to and from cumbersome at times

Location, location, location. Located at this major intersection of Victoria and Lawrence, it places it smack dab right in the middle of the commuters' travel path. Convenient, available, and accessible to all forms of transport. It’s easily accessible from two major Toronto highways, including the Don Valley Parkway and HWY 401. The centre is grocery based and has over 3 dozen shops including banks, professional services, gym and fitness etc.

In all my years of shopping I do not believe I have seen clothing so cheaply made. None of it is actually donated clothing but rather extremely poorly made shirts and pants. We shopped at the store for over an hour but we never actually purchased anything.
