    I went to this location to purchase a pair of shoes however they did not have my size. The representative Matt was very helpful to offer to find my size at another location and have them shipped to me. My only concern was they did not have a pair my size to try on to see how they would fit so he recommended that I tried a bigger size. Once I tried the size 11 he said that a 10.5 should fit perfectly. I was a bit skeptical as I am usually a size 10 in Nikes but trusted in Matt. I just received my shoes today and they fit perfect! Thanks Matt for all your help! Love the shoes!

    Beware, you cannot try on clothes due to covid and they do not like to do exchanges or refunds. Lady at the front cashier refused to do an size exchange for an unworn sweater I purchased three days before because I cut the tag, however I had both the tag and receipt. I later went to another Nike store who did the exchange easily as the tag can quickly be reattached. Seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered!

    3 people behind the cashiers counter, and I have bern waiting 20 minutes! Including the person who helped us which took 25 minutes to bring. For a shoe I waited 45 minutes. If it will take this long why does Nike have 100s of people working in the store. I am sure if they had a manager who was looking at things going on, this store would make people at lesdt happy once they buy something!

    My experience at Yorkdale Nike was nothing short of amazing!!! I came in with my 2 boys 9 and 6 yrs a few weeks ago which thrilled to be shopping Nike and were a handful to say the least. However Derek was an pure professional! He took control of my boys needs and likes and made my job very easy. All I had to do was sit and relax while he advised and helped my boys..... He along with Ziv are the best employees in retail I have worked with in a long time. They always advise me and make my life easy when I want to get in and out! Thanks to them and the manager Nadim for being true professionals and gentlemen! See you soon! Peter

    Had an amazing experience with Mark who took the time to address my inquiry, fund the product/size I needed for my son. He also made my experience even better by holding the product for me at the checkout counter with a note. When I arrived at the location, the item was there as expected. This is customer service at it's very finest. Only if we can have such service everywhere we go! I hope Mark's attitude towards work and service spreads around him.

    Last month I forgot my bag at the store after shopping. Since I didn't live in the city and it would take six hours to get there, we called the store as soon as we realized we had lost something. There are three objects in total. We also call twice a month to make sure my stuff is still there until today when I went to pick it up. I discovered that the most valuable item in my bag was missing. The manager talked to us and said that it was not their responsibility, but the problem was that when the items were missing that night, I called the store at 11 o'clock that night to confirm if the three items in that bag were still there. It was their colleagues who said they were still there. Now that I had confirmed that my stuffs was in this bag, why did it look like it was missing when I went back to retrieve it a month later? Does this mean some of your colleagues are thieves? Your store is so dishonest. I also have this responsibility. I forgot my stuff, but since I've confirmed that I still have it, your store should keep it safe for me. Because I already said I would definitely go back and get it back. The other cheap items are still there, but my most expensive box is gone. Is this your style?

    Mark is the most excellent manager I have ever encountered. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. I have had so many experiences when purchasing my goto tracksuits and sneakers where I just needed to express how grateful I am, because of his work I have the most drippiest closet. He always styles me in consideration of my taste, he contacts me every time there are new drops that I would like (that I always end up purchasing!) and I have the most pleasant and enlightening conversations with Mark every time I visit the store.

    I was at the Nike store recently looking for a pair of women’s trainers. I was assisted by Mostafa. He was attentive and provided amazing service. Towards the end of my visit, we knew the options were not fitting well despite this his service continued in the same pleasant and attentive manner. He didn’t get my sale that day but I will be back and hope this recommendation brings more sales his way.

    It was hard to believe the rave reviews that Nike at Yorkdale receives on line UNTIL I shopped there today. One of the most pleasant and helpful shopping experiences I have had lately. A large part of the smile on my face when I exited the store was due to the salesman whose name is Solomon. I refer to him as King!

    This Nike branch in Yorkdale was really a hoot! I came in with the expectation of buying these really popular shoes for my daughter and unfortunately they were sold out. But the sales associate, who had very fun and bubbly workers, specially fiona, helped me with choosing a size and even showing me alternative shoe designs. She gave me a little insight on the style of the shoes and told me what shoe would be a better fit for my daughters needs. She was absolutely lovely and my daughter loved the shoes. Will definitely pop by again for the nice, warm and welcoming environment!

    While I find a lot of other stores in Yorkdale to be cluttered, disorganized due to volume with staff that are unfit for a customer service facing role I actually really enjoy shopping at this Nike location as it’s the complete opposite! The staff are always very friendly and with this whole COVID nightmare they have made the environment very comfortable and safe for their shoppers without losing that friendly personal touch! Product is organized and the store is really well looked after by the employees there. I went in recently to exchange an item that was no longer available but a sales associate/manager named Heather went above and beyond in helping me find an alternative that was the best fit for me! I’m totally happy with my purchase and will def continue to support this particular location!

    This location is fantastic! My go to Nike store. I also want to give a sincere thank you to the floor staff and the management team. Special mention to the manger named Maverick, who assisted me in resolving an issue with the sizing for my Air Max '97, which I ordered online. He was understanding and showed compassion for the situation. Indeed an asset to the management team. Thank you again.

    Cam was awesome! I didn't end up buying on the spot due to budget constraints, but he was amazing. I have chronic issues with my feet, and he helped select a few shoes that should ease a lot of pain from issues. Please give this man a raise!

    Today I went to shop for my teenage son, and he’s in between sizes (youth & men) and Victoria was so helpful! She knew exactly what he needed, and what would fit him. Her knowledge in the merchandise and her friendly service made the shopping experience pleasant! Sometimes you walk into a store with bodies around folding but not helping- except here, Victoria-thank you!!!

    It was an unexpected drop in but a phenomenal store, location with a lot to choose from. Greated by friendly staff and no shortage of offers to help while browsing their offerings. While the prices are in line with all the new merchandise they showcase its not exactly a cheap store thou you will find pockets of deals still to be had. Had to return to the customer service a short while after to make a return and that was a relatively easy process as well.

    I went into Nike with the intent of purchasing shoes for my kids, I haven’t had much luck lately with finding their sizes. I was greeted by Derek and he made my shopping experience a breeze. He listened to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable and quick! I really appreciate the awesome customer service that I received from this gentleman.     This is the worst Nike store ever!! they will follow you around the store and when we left the store the Black lady who works Thursday Night @Feb 1 searched our paper bag and she touched and searched each one of them. she put one the jacket we bought at uniqlo and check the tags??!! really?? I just controlled myself, if not I will put each item on the floor and let them check?!! Really NIKE Yorkdale is this how you handle your customers?? We will never go back to this store ever again!! FYI!! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH CUSTOMERS ITEMSSS!!!! WORST STORE EVER!! Racist!!

    I recently visited Nike and had the pleasure of being assisted by Daniel. I was looking for a pair of AF1 and Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect pair. He was knowledgeable about the different styles and made great recommendations. Not only did Daniel assist me with the shoes, he also suggested I purchase some shoe cleaners to keep them looking fresh. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

    Really terrible experience with the staff trying to initiate a return during a weekend. I didn’t properly read the return policy, so the onus is on me for my mistake/taking the financial hit. The cashier and manager sneering at me for not understanding the policy is a whole another matter however: They treated me like I was trying to scam them. It was a very busy day, so I’m going to give the benefit of doubt and assume there weren’t some pleasant interactions before my visit (but definitely soured my opinion on returning). With that being said, its really enjoyable to see their large inventory on display here, and the sales team on the floor helping me with my shoes were really kind/quick.

    I had the best customer service experience at Nike Yorkdale. Crystal (sales manager) was amazing, she helped me find the perfect shoes and gift for my 18 year old and spent over 45 mins patiently explaining all the different shoes and their functions. I was honestly taken back by her level of service. Nike should be very proud to have her as an employee!

    I wasn’t able to go to the store because I live 2 hours away. They representative on the phone was very nice and suggested I can virtually purchase my items and get them sent to me. I had the pleasure of dealing with someone named Betty, who went above and beyond to help me with the order and get it processed.     Everybody was very friendly, understanding the customers' needs. I assume it's being operated with commission-based system. I think it's a great idea because everybody tries to be approached and handle customers' requests. Even if it was the boxing day, which is one of the busiest ones, every single employee was very friendly. Great operations.

    Bought a pair of shoe for a gift last week. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The girl behind the cash register ,on the second floor, had a highly positive and contagious personality. We were greeted and acknowledged by most of the staff we encountered.     The helpers were very nice with belongs us find shoes, the cashiers were nice as well, however the manager, named Venessa was very rude, disrespectful, and was peer pressuring her peers and the cashier to stop helpings us change a purchase. I’m confused and now have a very bad experience with Nike just because of the actions of the manager. I noticed that the other workers were uncomfortable with her as she was very rude to them as well.

    During Covid lockdown, the Nike store offered a special service for Christmas shopping. I was designated a personal shopper named Bill. We communicated via text. Bill spent the time with me, was able to find the correct size and made valuable suggestions. When done, he emailed me a secure link to make payment. I could have had it delivered; however, I chose to pick up at the Yorkdale store. When I arrived, , Bill was there to greet me (social distancing, of course). Bill and Nike made this covid Christmas shopping pleasant and stress-free during a difficult time. Thank you Bill & Nike. Customer for life!!

    Came in today to find specific shoes, I had to approach a young man wearing a chain myself he looked like he could be brown ethnicity. Didn't feel welcomed, approached me with a cold "what's up'. Did not bother to ask if I needed any more help, seemed like he didn't even care. Very unprofessional Yorkdale Nike should consider who they hire. I will NEVER be coming back after the bad experience he gave me.

    I came into store last week, while I was shopping a short girl with very good personality approached me, made me feel very welcome, but gradually made me feel uncomfortable because she wouldn't give me personal space. On top that this made me observe the other sales associates, Which I felt a few of them had poor hygiene, and looked very unkept .

    Shopping in a pandemic is particularly hard. Derek helped me out source goods I needed, took the time and helped in suggesting proper sizing. Very professional, courteous, and friendly when helping out and scheduled a flawless curbside pickup for the items I ordered. Great experience will be shopping here again.

    I needed to do some Christmas shopping and due to COVID, I was only able to shop virtually. I was skeptical at first but got tremendous customer service from Jennifer. She took a lot of time to outlines the different details and made sure all my questions were answered. She was patient and extremely knowledgable.     I had such a great experience at this location. I came in to buy my boyfriend a tracksuit and my sale associate Ahsan was amazing! he went above and beyond to help me find the right colour and size and even made great recommendations. The store was very well organized and clean. I will definitely be returning. The best store in the GTA!

    The worst customer service ever. The cashier was so rude. When we told them we used it one time! They act like we are lying! I bought training shoes and for the first time use sketched my foot and make wounded. I returned in in 2 weeks, the policy is 1 month! And they avoid to return it! Now I have $250 shoe that I cannot use and it's garbage for me! Unreal from Nike brand!

    Probably the worst customer service at a Nike Store that I have ever had. 3 staff come up to me while I am waiting in line to tell me that my return would not be accepted yet I had not said anything and was silently waiting in line for my turn. I have spent about $500 on Nike in the last 2 weeks and this is the worst location. I was going to do an exchange but will now do a refund......never again

    Ive been to this location a couple of times & my experience has always been mediocre. However the last couple times the customer service has been overly helpful and attentive (even during Covid). Every time i visit i run into the same associates & they’re always super nice and friendly. The last time I went to get a gift, Larry (who i think is a manager) helped me brainstorm ideas and guided me to Muhammed who helped me out so much & built a great outfit for my boyfriend!

    The service here was absolutely amazing. This associate named Bill was extremely helpful and quick. I cannot begin to explain the excellent service that he provided. He answered all my questions, got all my sizes from the back and from the floor, and helped me when trying on the wind breaker that I later bought, and loosened up the laces for my shoes. There was an issue with the wind breaker as it had a little stain and he told me how to clean it, and gave me an additional 10% off. Every time I needed something he was quick to assist me, answer all my questions and smile. I left the store super super satisfied and extremely happy. I definitely will recommend this store to my friends and family as the service I received from Bill alone, was absolutely remarkable.

    Called to place a set of shoes on hold. Tried verify 3 tines the shoes were correct. Biked to the store in 35 degree weather to get the shoes. They were the wrong shoes. Don’t carry the shoes I asked for in the colour I asked. Terrible service. Wasted hours of my day.

    The level of service I received from Chris exceeded my expectations. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about each and every product in that store. He was helping my significant other pick out a new pair of shoes and was able to speak to the intricate features of the shoes. He explained the difference in react technology, materials used in the shoes, what conditions the shoes are meant for, versatility, etc. I was impressed. He also recommended some shoe cleaner products to clean my shoes. He did a demo of the product and I was able to see how effective the product was. His level of patience, great customer service, and positive attitude is contagious. This is not the closest Nike to me, but if I ever need shoes, I will make the trek to this Nike store again because Chris made my visit worthwhile.
