Got a sandwich, soup and salad today. I was so disappointed with the soup. I ate it right away from picking it up & it was pretty much cold. The salad had no croutons, like maybe 3.. flavours were lacking in my pulled pork sandwich to be honest.

Such a lovely surprise. We ate here because we had a gift certificate. It turned out to be one of the most pleasurable experiences. The manager who seated us was so genuinely friendly and professional. Our server....I believe her name was Jaimie...made us feel so welcome in a very sincere way. She was totally attentive to us as we ate. The food was delicious and we would recommend this location to any of our friends.

Pork and beef ribs was awesome. Highly recommend the rib wing combo because the wings are big and sauced right. Service was ok.

My wife and I recently dined at Montana's Bar and Restaurant, where we tried their Rib & Wings combo. Overall, our experience was satisfactory. The taste of the food was acceptable, though not exceptional. However, we encountered an issue with the coleslaw, and upon bringing it to the attention of our waitress, it was promptly removed from our order. Speaking of service, our waitress was polite and well-behaved throughout our meal, which added to the positive aspects of our visit. However, given the hygiene issue with the coleslaw, I had hoped that the establishment would offer some form of discount or compensation, but unfortunately, this was not the case. In conclusion, while Montana's Bar and Restaurant provided a decent dining experience with acceptable food and good service, there is room for improvement in addressing customer concerns and offering appropriate remedies for issues encountered during the meal.

I ordered through Uber. Maybe that was my first mistake. The driver was a pleasant person but food was not enjoyable at all and I paid $81 for one meal. Steak and rice. Side of seasoned veggies and sweet potato fries and baked potato. Veggies and fries were $5.99 each never received such a petty portion in my life. Fries were cold soggy I was able to crisp them up in the oven but still got so few. I think I get more fries from McDonald’s small size. The Loaded baked potato just under $5 was probably the only thing of good value. The main meal $35.99 for 10oz steak and rice. I had to pay $4.80 extra for onion and mushroom topper “which they recommended” that was pathetic… look at the photo below it’s the weird brown stuff in the tinny cup. Again the rice was such a little amount. Just enough to cover the bottom of the tray. Rice seemed undercooked. I felt like I was eating seeds. Steak was ok. Had to warm it up again. If you’re hungry don’t order delivery from here. Probably best not to order delivery from here ever. The food isn’t designed to travel well and is very small portions. Probably best to eat in at the restaurant. I guess I was expecting more for $81.00.

Only time I've ever had a bad experience was when the place was extremely short on staff and it took over an hour to order food. However, considering the widespread labour shortage, I don't hold it against them. The workers are nice and friendly, food is tasty and comes in large portions and they have so many televisions in the bar section which is great for sports lovers. Overall I recommend. The experience will be that much better once the staffing issue is resolved.

appetizer was delicious (spinach dip), recommend Ice tea very refreshing and chicken plate was really good, good portions and good service. the wings were super yummy. 4 stars because the fries weren’t that good (too salty, too fried) and the ribs were a bit dried.

We ordered the ribs combo with baked potatoes. It was ok. The meat was very soft. The cocktail was not that good. I ordered double shot of alcohol but I didn’t taste the alcohol at all. More like a juice ( I ordered the Peach Lemonade Cocktail). The restaurant was having plenty of spaces when we came at 5pm Thursday. The server is nice. It was convenient so I came by but nothing special.

We really like Montana's in Brampton so stopped here... I know everything is just getting back to 'normal' and we tipped our waitress well despite the poor service. We didn't receive appetizers until the table that was seated at same time as us had finished theirs and then been given their meal. Our steaks were all barely warm to the touch and baked potato wasn't even barely warm. Obviously held while they rushed the appetizers since the waitress explained putting in our meal order first by accident. I ordered mushrooms and onions for my medium cooked steak. I received a hot bowl of gravy with mushrooms and maybe onion? Which was so much warmer than the steak it was ridiculous. The steak was medium rare and cold. Manager tried to explain that she was there when the steaks came up. If she was there then she needs an a*s kicking by the owner because she's a liar or shouldn't be in that kitchen. Thanks for the free appetizer and please have somebody pay attention. 3 cold steak meals from a restaurant that is all about meat, doesn't reflect well at all.

We ordered nachos with meat for the start. That was great. We then ordered pork ribs and a couple of different hamburgers for the main courses. The ribs tasted good and well-cooked but hamburgers could be more better. Regarding the atmosphere, the decors and lighting made it as a remarkable restaurant&bar. We felt comfortable there and had a joyful night.

Good place for large groups we were 6 adult plus 6 kids under 4yo and server was amazing and helpful. Food was good as expected.

Had the chance to check out Montana's for Lunch on Sat - October 23rd. Had just been shopping at the Superstore right behind it. The space was great - wide open and high ceilings and very clean - we were greeted at the door with enthusiasm. The Waiter we had was great - his name was Kai - he knew the drink menu very well and recommended some beer that ended up being just what was hoped for. Had the Firecracker burger which was fantastic. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this location - did not check out the bar but it looked great for hanging out or watching sports - also they do have a Montana's branded hot sauce that was amazing - again great food - clean and excellent service - def going to go here more often.

We have been here five times over the last few months and every time has been a smashing success. We have found that every server we have had has prioritized making the visit an enjoyable experience for every guest. They all have this great personality which makes us want to return. It shows that they all work together as a team. I always order something different. So far the ribs are my favourite. In my case I find they are as addictive chocolate. Besides all of the great food and service is the very comfortable and laid back atmosphere which again makes for a very enjoyable experience. On our visit last night the manager "Kai" stopped at our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was very sincere. We got to chat and we could see that good leadership and a good team make a win-win combination for everyone concerned. We hope that your visit is every bit as good as was ours was.

Will definitely be back for the beef ribs…don’t try to stop me!

I have been here several times, and I must say, the service, food, and atmosphere are always great, consistent, and just nice! Customer service is good, the food is great, and the atmosphere overall is nice and friendly. Allow the pictures to speak for themselves.

Their Gluten Free Apple Pecan salad is great. I will order that again next time 😊.

It's nice to sit outside on a sunny day with great food and fantastic service by Kai at Montana's. We enjoyed a lot! 😃

Surprisingly we went to Montanas for dinner the food was ok. I ordered the beef ribs in a honey garlic sauce, they where good not spectacular but very tasty. It’s like one giant bone with beef on it. There was a bit to much fat but I guess it gave it flavour. The Caesar Salad was extremely poor no dressing and very few ingredients, like a piece of cheese and a few croutons. It really needs work to be called Caesar Salad. The Apple 🍎 crisp dessert good with taffy sauce. The service was spotty our waitress was also the bartender even though we sat in a booth. I guess there’s a staff shortage ? The wait times for service was lengthy but if your not in a rush it was acceptable. If I could rate it 3.5 stars I would, however a pleasant experience and a fun atmosphere. Mark & Larry

My friends and I highly recommend Montana's BBQ for its delicious cuisine, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The staff, especially our server Katie, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our dining experiences truly enjoyable. This restaurant has become our go-to spot for gatherings, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and consistently great service. We always look forward to our visits here.

Food was tasty. I had the brisket sandwich. My husband had the steak and it was perfectly cooked. The kids’ burger was a generous size and was tasty. Our server Evan was polite, attentive and courteous. All the staff at this location had good vibes. Great experience. Thank you!

Food was above average. We really like the pork ribs and pulled pork nachos! Just a little bit disappointed with the beef rib (its quite dry). Service was beyond superb!! From accommodating hosts (gave us a great table) to our server Audrey! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would totally do it. She did more than serving, she bonded and made us feel home and comfortable. We’ve been coming to this same location not just for the food but for the ambiance and family-like service. Will try the burgers next time!

The beef ribs tasted more like salami than rib. It was too oily and too sweet even though I ordered dry. The place is definitely not keto friendly. Although both coselow and beans also had sugar, they refused to replace it with something else. The place is cool, the service is okay, but the taste of the food is bad.

First time I went to Montanas was in Brampton and the beef ribs were really good. At this location I got Nachos and Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich, the nachos aren’t the greatest but good enough to eat if you’re hungry. The chicken sandwich again isn’t the greatest I’ve had but still tasty and hit the spot for me. Service was good no complaints, overall I would recommend this location.

Tonight we went to Montana's for dinner. Generally we enjoy the food and are repeat customers. I had a 10oz sirloin and my fiancee had her favorite which is the buttermilk fried chicken. She's probably had this 10 times. This time however the chicken was overcooked and very dry, there was little to no batter on the chicken and it just wasn't the same as it used to be. Sadly we might not be coming back because she was let down. The server did his best to get her a different replacement meal and that was fine. In addition, I got beans as a side and I literally had eight beans in mine. It looked more like a sauce than beans. The steak was very good and that's where the two stars came from. No discount or perk was provided for my fiancee having to eat alone after I ate my meal and having to wait for a different option to be prepared. We are regulars and this was a big let down.

Had the all you can eat ribfest. All I can say is, just get the alacarte. Personally I think a la carte ribs had been cooked better. But all in all it was a good experience, server was amazing and the dip was great. Patio was great as well

Our first meal outside of our apartment in over a year and a half! They're taking the covid precautions very seriously, and I super appreciate that. Food was excellent, if maybe a liiiiiittle pricey? But whatever, had a fantastic time. Antojitos, my old friend.. I have missed you.

Everything was ok BUT dont charge guys for mayo !! Im paying 32$ for per rib + drinks + will leave you 15%-20% tip ! Then i see you charge for mayo ! Dont be cheap. Next time i leave no tip and keep 20$ to replace you 0.75 cent mayo !!!! But other than that issue the food is great and hopefully next time you would read this and we wont see a mayo charge !!

BIG mistake ordering for our Anniversary dinner. This is what they consider to be a medium-cooked steak, it was way over cooked and disgusting. This restaurant’s food is so hit or miss, we’ve been ordering about once and month and only have 40% of the time the food is hot and delicious. I think after dropping so much money on a bad steak, I give up. For the employee I know is going to read this - please don’t both copy/paste your survey I already did and it was a waste of time.

We celebrated our son's bday party there. I love it. Other than that, went there with my husband for a date night. I went there with a friend too. I can go back again. They never disappoint. There is a discount for CAA members too.

This place is known for their ribs and steaks but omg.... First time trying the spicy wings!!!! Let me tell you..... I regret not ordering the chicken wings before because they were just right!!! Definitely one if the top.

We had a Burger dish and a Spicy pecan salad with grill chicken breast. The dish is not big but it’s enough to fulfill. The chicken is juicy (I asked to make sure it’s juicy) although it’s pre cooked+freshly grilled per order - I guess, it’s tasty. The patio is not fancy but good as always in summer, indoor design is kind of old fashioned and dark but I guess they have their customers like that.

Yesterday I went to Montana's and enjoy the all you can eat ribs... yummy! Our server Mattt was great! Not only was he knowledgeable about the food but he's was very personable and very friendly. The atmosphere was very casual not too many disturbances as I enjoyed my meal with a friend. The place was steady not overcrowded and not empty just a steady pace of customers coming and going. Definitely will be going back those ribs were amazing. And the price was very affordable! My only concern are the chairs... I had to change mine twice because they are very wobbly and I felt unsteady sitting on them.

Lunch served. Here we dropped by lunch time on a Sunday. The place was busy moderately which I consider as a good sign. Our server came to us almost immediately, we put our orders ...the food came and was well presented. The burger as well as the chicken fajita were average. The chicken seems to be prepared separately on a BBQ from the fajitas vegetables, so the chicken did nit carry the spices taste. I give the place only 3 , I.e. you can eat the food but it is not over the top.

Thought I was getting a deal with half price wings but when i got them it made sense why. It was all batter and no meat. I had to scrape off the extra skin just to get to the little bit of meat. Was definitely cheap quality wings. You get them from the grocery store in those big clear bags. To top it off, most of the wings were pink inside. Probably because the fryer couldn't get through the thick coating of skin. Don't believe me then look at the picture. I'm convinced all these 5 star comments are fake. No way this location is that good.

Steak was so so (also didn't understand why have only one beef steak option, not having T-bone was a minus), the beer was 100%, the atmosphere was good, the service ( Matt was great ). I can say all the staff was good they keep smile in their face all the time. The worst part was the desert!! Pan chocolate cookie or what so ever!! You can not improve the taste adding more caramel sauce or adding ice cream!! I did get the boxes carton taste and aroma while I was eating!!!

Went there for Spareribs all you can eat. The ribs are good, but the first round came cold. Cold fries are not nice. Our mate had a steak and baked potatoe, it was cold too. He metioned it to the server and she said that she's going to reheat it. A reheated steak ist not so great either. We kept our meal because we waited over 45 minutes for it and were very hungry. The server never asked us if everything was alright... well I guess because she knew it was not. I would go there again but hope for a better Server.

Attended a birthday dinner. The hostesses were confused with reservations, said no reservations for us bc it was Mother's day wknd but we had confirmed a group of 10. Spoke to 5 staff members before it was all figured out and they found the rezos. Poor communication between staff, hence 3 stars. Ordered Fish and Chips with a side of gravy, it was terrific.

Since it was my first time to visit this place, the only uncomfortable point is forcing bigger tables for a certain gratitude, once you sit the team will tell you you must pay this percentage of gratitude. My plans was about the same if I was happy with the service as per its name, I believe they convert it to a mandatory fees which it contradicts its nature. I will think twice before taking my family or friends there again. Otherwise, it was a nice night, food was great, service was warm prompt and attentive.

Love evening here with a mate I haven't seen in a while. Was fortunate enough to get Charlie as our waitress. Charlie provides excellent client service and care to the tables she waits and went beyond my expectations for my first time back dining in a restaurant since the pandemic. Charlie is not paid enough for the quality of service she provides, and should the management team see this review, you better thank her accordingly. On too the food, everything tasted good, the chicken fingers are crunchy and seasoned well. The poutine was your standard restaurant poutine but was good. For my first time at a Montana's, it was a good experience.

Exactly what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Nothing special but not bad either. Average priced food, though not too many food options. Definitely gets busy on evenings, even during a weekday.

Awesome lunch visit on April 30th. Had the gluten free burger with onion rings, cheese, burger patty, etc. AMAZING meal. Would of liked more salad. Great service too. Would visit again!

It was a great dining experience in Montanas! Melissa helped us in all our needs, including the kids, and she makes sure we are all comfortable while waiting for our food. What a great place. Will surely come back!
