Fantastic! Fresh food and toppings, very kind and friendly staff, amazing Laffa wraps! Come hungry and skip your diet for the day, you'll thank me. We ordered 1 laffa wrap for each of us and we both could only eat half. Took the rest to go. This is the kind of place where you pay for 1 meal and get an amount enough to save half for dinner time. The shop is very clean and there are plenty of tables to sit 4 people at each with space in the restaurant to skip a table to be able to physically distance with other patrons. I'm very glad that I was recommended Dr Laffa's, and I am eager to go back again! I recommend the chicken schnitzel!

Such a waste of money. Horrible taste. It's not so clean. They are using eggplant very much so they do not have to use other toppings. So cheap, no taste, still staff have their own ugly attitude. Not recommended at all.

Shawarma is huge and expensive but lacks flavour. Too much eggplants, carrots and tahini. It's not salty, not sour - It's just plain. In two words - lot's of food, no taste. Even pickles don't make it better. Their hot sauce isn't hot at all, even if you ask for extra spicy - won't feel it. And in the end - what do eggplants and carrots do in a shawarma????

went for lunch 2 weeks ago with a friend. the place is freezing cold and no music on or anything. the guys barely look up to take your order. food was completely tasteless. the shwarma and fillings had zero taste. tried adding more tahina and it helped a bit. the harira soup, usually my favourite also had no flavour and was watery.

I had heard good reviews about this place before and yesterday passing by the store with my partner, we ordered a Shwarma and a Felafel wrap. The laffa bread was not fresh the Shwarma made my boyfriend sick, and I also got some stomackacke after eating Felafel. Not sure if they are always like this or only on Sundays, maybe they serve some leftover from Friday since they are closed on Saturdays.

I was planing my sons bar mitzvah for an entire year and hoping everything would go right and it did except the food. That was served by dr laffa. My expectations were not met at all. The tables were empty - 10 people shared food that was served for 5. They served my guests samples size dishes but I was charged for a full dinner price. The guests told me there was no food. I was so embarrassed and Yoram the owner had no sympathy. I would not recommend to spend your money.

Absolutely & consistently delicious & authentic! By far our favorite Middle Eastern food in Toronto, and have been enjoying it regularly for years since they first opened. The chicken shawarma laffa wraps with a selection of their amazing adds that you pick at the counter as they make it for you (hummus, tahina, grilled eggplant, chopped tomato cucumber salad, etc, etc) are super delicious and each one is cut in half and enough for two meals.

Awesome service and the best filling chicken shawarma laffa in GTA. 2 people can easily eat 1 laffa shawarma.

Wonderful tasty food, very big portions and very friendly manager. So far this is the best Shawerma and Falafel I had in Toronto, everything is made on spot, the best thing about the food here is that they bake your wrap β€œlaffa” in front of you, you will love this place. Also this place is Kosher.

Shawarma is pricey and huge. One is enough to fill 2 hungry stomachs. Tasty bread, a lot of unique veggie selections and meat is tasty. I loved it!

Used to come pick up lunch once a week during the pandemic and the service has always been pretty bad. Would place an order online, and they would only start making it once I got there because they didn't realize they had received an order. I was able to put up with that because the food was generally very good. Not anymore. Went for lunch yesterday and the gentlemen behind the wall didn't say hello and ignored me for 2 minutes while he was cleaning and couldn't be bothered to hand me the bag he had already prepared. I ordered the falafel which tasted like they were fried the day before. I ordered the shawarma hummus and he forgot to put my laffa in the bag. I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and there was hardly any chicken. All 3 items had something wrong. Good food can make up for lack luster service, but now that the food is not good, I will NOT be coming back.

As authentic as it comes & the best in the city! We literally drive 30 minutes out of the way to go here and I’ve never been disappointed.

I have no idea what happened to this place. Up until yesterday I would swear that Dr Laffa had the best laffa sandwich's ever!! Yesterday I had the worse laffa sandwich I've ever had... anywhere!!! Period!! There was an option to "chat" so I sent a message and of course nobody responded to me. It read... Just wanted to let you know, I swear by Dr laffa and we go in all the time and also order for pick up. I just picked up 2 laffa sandwich's from the Bathurst location and it is the worst laffa we've ever had!! You would never be able to convince me this came from Dr Laffa if I hadn't picked it up myself. It is ice cold, even though I picked up soon after ordering. It's at least 30% smaller than it's ever been and the chicken is so hard and chewy that it's like it was made days ago and the bread is so chewy you can barely get through it. My wife opened hers and is just eating the inside. It's extremely disappointing. I don't understand what could have happened unless they changed ownership. Highly do not recommend

Ordered a few main courses for take out. Spent $151 and the meal was mediocre. Hummus masabaha should have tahini, maybe some olive oil , there was nothing except some chickpeas, looked terrible. The main courses, the israeli salad was just cutup vegetable, no salad dressing, the grilled eggplant was suppose to come with tahini, of course there was none. The kebob dinner came with 2 lousy kebobs, you needed a magnifying glass to see them. The kebob was ordered with fries and israeli salad , all were mixed in the plate for takeout. the salad was warm from the fries, and it was just unappetizing, expensive, and disappointing. Not worth the money spent.

According to other reviews Dr. Laffa was supposed to have the best falafel in Toronto so I ordered through Uber Eats to add to my mezze table. I was so disappointed. The flavour was good but they were so over fried they were completely dried out.

My wife and I got the falafel Laffe and it was amazing, fresh produce and the Laffe was melt in your mouth πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. Highly recommend this place. Also portion size is huge.

Awesome place, a must visit when you're in Toronto, best laffa you have ever tasted. Even if you don't like laffa in general I still recommend you try his schwarma laffa. Not expensive place. Very quick service

Best shawarma in town. Taste like in Israel. French fries though not the best here, but reminds me of Israeli type πŸ˜…

Simply the BEST The Flavors The Freshness The Amount of each Serving is Great . My only ever complaint is that there is always a line up, and if your at the end of the Cue then your Tastebuds are Salivating in Suspense of an Incredible Meal . Always Super Friendly Love this placeπŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

Not your "typical" Shawarma joint. The laffa shawarma was kind of bland. realized after we left that the Shawarma wasn't warmed up on a grill - had to bite into a cold, hard shawarma (not fun at all). Portion sizes are great - one is enough for 2 people! Interior of the restaurant could use a tweak, pretty messy and rough in here as others have said as well.

The laffa bread was chewy and cold. The shawarma was burned and cold. We were dining in and it honestly felt like they didn’t have the heat on (a few others had made this comment as well). The guy serving us was not friendly. We moved out of the Bathurst area to Bowmanville and I was craving authentic Israeli food. Big disappointment.
