These guys do not care about the students. It is nothing but a hotel with the worse hospitality ever. There are some nice people working there but most of them are arrogant and rude. They only care about the money. They harass students for their own agenda which is only money and when there is literally no security. Anything can go down in there. Worst student residence ever.

They rent out this college dorm in the summer time as hotel rooms, complete with housekeeping services every day if needed. The rooms are split in two with a kitchen and bathroom to share. Each room has it's own door, desk, drawers, shelves, 3 coat hangers and room to hang more clothes or coats. Also, they each have a flat screen TV, pillows, sheets and bed covers and a phone. Kitchen has fridge and microwave, but no stove top burners or utensils at all. You must bring your own stuff. The convenience grocery store features frozen dinners and sodas, candy and some needed items. There is also a Subway restaurant by the check in counter and next to the grocery store. A food court is located across the outdoor area where you can get any hot meal you want.

We had a nice quiet stay, there’s a kitchen with two rooms and plenty of space. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night abruptly and the entire building was told to leave your rooms or you can stay inside, but the alarm was so loud that we had no choice but evacuate.

Perfect hotel for our needs. We opted for a two bedroom suite with kitchenette and bathroom. Staff is very accommodating, rooms are updated and many families also staying here. Parking is $5 per day and the lot is next to the building. No issues with noise. Convenience store on first floor has many easy to prepare food items. Subway is also in the first floor for sandwiches. Brought our own hairdryer and towels. Towels here are fine, just thin and on the small side.

This place is clean and the beds are comfortable (although that is a very personal thing). The location is very convenient to the 404 and 401. My only complaint was that there was absolutely no cutlery, plates, dish towels, etc. If you are going to have a large fridge and a microwave, you need some sort of plates, etc. I ended up going to Dollarama to buy a few things to make the 3 night stay more comfortable.

Pros: cheap, rooms are nice and clean. Cons: arrived at 5:30 pm and the cleaning lady was still working om the room. The day of checkout, cleaning lady came at 9 am. Full of students so it can be noisy at night. Parking is in a different building.

This should be listed as dormitory living. I took the accommodations because it was part of a package deal. Students coming and going at all hours. And they have a note in the room saying that after 3 days they will replace your towels take out the garbage and make your bed. They did one out of three things. When I went down to the reception they argued with me even after I provided the little paper that they are supposed to do this. That's not good customer service. Management needs to get their act in order and train their staff properly. Management has just gotten back to me and is doubling down on their stance so I'm amending my comment to include: I read the policies and what is included. Nowhere does it mention housekeeping services and that it is okay for your staff to not do simple things like make the bed after 3 days. That is clearly outlined on the little pamphlet that was left on both beds in the room: towels are replaced, garbage emptied and the beds are made. The garbage was emptied and we got one set of towels. There were two of us. The housekeeping is sub-standard for even a budget friendly place to stay (which we booked as a package through Expedia). Don't leave pamphlets on beds about the services you provide if it isn't going to be provided. Won't be staying here again and I will dissuade anybody else from doing it.

The college offers many options for food and coffee, including some convenience stores. We went during the summer to explore the city. The college offers rooms with kitchenettes for a LOW cost -especially for Toronto. So nice to have spending money! The room itself was great! Two rooms with double beds, TVs that connect to Netflix, Disney+, and more! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because it had an odd smell. Almost like smoke. The location itself isn't ideal if you plan to be downtown and explore. The bus and subway are 10/10 though! We rarely waited for more than 5 mins. Much better than Calgary Transit, like it's a competition anyway... The staff is absolutely amazing. So generous and kind. They let us leave our bags with them before check-in since our flight changed and we got there about 8 hours too early. They also gave us cutlery and a laundry card free of charge when we needed it. It was not included. Go here for a great stay!

This is actually a nice place to stay. It's quiet, clean and conveniently located near major roads. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms is spacious and clean. Price is also very good considering we got a two bedroom suite complete with microwave and full size fridge. There is a large convenience store on the main floor and also a Subway. They both close late. Parking is also available for just $5 per day. Good value for a great place to stay.

Don’t living in the residence. It is super expensive compared to living outside of campus. Currently, the employees are lazy. They almost canceled all the public services but they remain the same price. Now people could receive CERB if they do not work. So the employees here are not willing to work at all. They will try to use many excuse to avoid doing any works for the students. The residence is the worst part of Seneca.

I'm now in my 2nd year of staying here for school, it's great as a student dormitory having to share with one roommate having your own bedroom with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Its less than a minute walk to school, activities going on each week. Most of the Front desk and security staff are very nice and friendly which helps! The main downfall are the guest policies, last year had too many problems with the water and fire alarm going off at late hours of the night. The price per school year is too much for what you get, it would he cheaper to rent somewhere else per month but overall for the whole college experience and being on campus has some perks, especially for first years!

Best place to stay in Toronto. Close to public transport and highway. Indoor Parking in the separate building, no connection structure. Clean room with refrigerator and microwave. Lots of outlets so it's easy for me to charges my gadgets. The management should allow guest to reimbush the CND5 laundry card (like subway card in Singapore). Now I have a useless plastic card since I no longer stay within facility. I found lot of banners emphasist go-green recycle whatever, but to do laundry I have to buy their plastic card that can't be redeem a.k.a going to trash once I'm checking out.

I don't do reviews normally unless I have to. Staying at this residence was a complete pleasure. If I could give them more stars I would. I stayed with them for 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the place or their staff. Me and my son felt really comfortable as the rooms and beds were perfect size, clean and comfortable. The staff (front desk, sales, and housekeeping) was really nice and they made us feel welcome all the time. I wish I could have stayed longer, however, if I ever need a place to stay again during summer I will comeback here without thinking it twice. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Actually you should not call this a hotel, it is just a dormitory with noisy students. There is no daily cleaning. Practically no plate, glass, fork, spoon are exist in the kitchen and it is useless. The reception personnel are not professional. The room was cool and the air-condition is central and practical you do not have any control on your room temperature and when we asked for extra blanket there was not any (so funny). I have extremely bad experience here and I wish I did not book this place

I was going to give it 4 stars but our last night there was not great. Room was clean. Location is super convenient. On our second night, there were a whole bunch of students socializing in the hallway until after midnight, drinking and smoking weed. Quiet hours should be enforced. Front desk should be allowed to be reached by phone from suites, not clear if it is because the number on the website/operator was not reachable. Maybe information should be clearly posted in suites about such matter and how to reach front desk as I couldn't leave the room with my two kids asleep.

Nice room! A little larger than I expected because I booked it very quickly and didn't pay attention to the particulars. 2 nice size bedrooms, lots of clothing storage space (if you need it), a nice desk and good size tv in each room w/cable. The kitchenette is nice too, but I went downstairs for coffee & subway sandwiches. There is a store downstairs with drinks, snacks, etc. Bed & pillows were comfy, shower was nice and hot. Bathroom was recently remodeled which is always a plus in a hotel room. The soaps were really nice:) The entire room was renovated recently so it had a new feel. Minimalistic but stylish. ONLY drawback was it was a half hour cab ride from airport which cost me $50 USD+, and not really close to downtown.

Stayed here July 5, 6th and found it to be very good value for the money. Staff were pleasant and accomodating. Rooms well designed with ample space, except for the missing bedside light control. I recommend this highly. Family friendly too. Great location especially to avoid traffic congestion to downtown. The shower floor was slippery and I wasn't using soap.

Lived here for two years. Worst experience in my life. Rude, ignorant and lazy staff. None of your complaints would be heard. Staff can enter your suites anytime even if you are naked or in process of doing something without asking or any form of notification. Fire alarms is a usual thing. Works a hotel where homeless people stay (but if you ask to extend your stay for 2 weeks, they’ll prefer to give your spot to homeless people). Broken furniture, cigarettes smell, weed smell, broken ac, broken fridge and lightbulbs die often too. This is a place I will not recommend anyone living in.

Modern compact living and everything was clean. Small TV (22") , but works perfect for desk/table as there is ample space for laptop. Perfectly designed for Student. Apt had 2 rooms and complete with Fridge, cooking essentials. I absolutely love it.

The room was clean and comfortable but you should alert people that there is no bedside lamp. Not everyone travels with a booklight. For a 2-day meeting it hardly seems necessary to have clean sheets on the second day and perhaps you could check with groups to see whether they require fresh sheets and towels for a 2-night stay. That would be environmentally friendly! It is great to have such reasonable accommodation in Ontario's capital.

Excellent location situated close to Toronto City. Accommodation had all the basic requirements for staying over. Convenience stores in close proximity to the accommodation for any requirements as well as a small store located on ground floor along with a Subway for meal and drinks options. Parking structure located nearby and requires validation by the reception staff daily. Even free sports events to view with soccer and baseball fields. Definitely recommend for a stay over point when visiting Toronto.
