    really bad. the service was terrible. we went there to redeem a free starter coupon. upon payment, the server told us oh sorry this is not included in the coupon. well i'm just a guest so she could've let me know while ordering it. we requested to have the mains after we finish our starter, but they came at the same time. we requested our dessert in a box but they brought the dessert to our table. the food was even worse. the pasta had the lightest amount of alfredo sauce, the most tasteless chicken, and the biggest onion pieces. the pizza sauce tasted bitter, so probably kinda old. there were flies all over our table and the disgusting part was when i found one in my drink. overall, i regret going there and will never go back.

    My family and I usually dine in at Boston Pizza, but since COVID we’ve stopped until two months ago. We were so excited to be back but we were shocked at how much the place has changed! - Staff didn’t care - Food was late - Not as tasty and good as before - Place was dirty, a table adjacent to us had the biggest mess on it and it wasn’t appealing to eat in front of it. The place was empty and there were few staff just standing and talking next to each others! I really felt bad for the owner relying on people who are causing the business to go down! The price was decent - we spent $70-80.

    2 stars is for staff and atmosphere. Back in when I went, the pasta, spaghetti, and the pizza poutine that we ate were really bad. The fries was old and dry and not good at all. The spaghetti that I’ve had was cold, had really bad quality meatballs and the sauce and totally mixture was not good. Staff were friendly and nice.

    Worse experience ever. I ordered my food on their website and went to pick up on time. After waiting in store for ten minutes, the server asked to see my order on email, I showed her. Then she disappeared. After another ten minutes, another server came and asked to see my order again then I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came and I asked the manager why the servers kept asking to see my order then I realized the order was not even sent to kitchen. Then they told me to wait for another twenty minutes. I waited in the store for total 45 minutes when I had already ordered online and gone to the store on time to pick up the food.

    I’ve never seen the pizza like this, it doesn’t have material just cheese, we ordered a pizza which we chose items, they didn’t add onion but it was in the bill, and other materials like mushrooms was just a little bit in a large pizza there weren’t 1 mushrooms 🤦‍♀️ Also like Green pepper and chicken they didn’t want to add material, they charged us 50$ for cheese pizza, it was really bad experience! Please before going there think Again about other restaurant too. we won’t go there again, so good bye Boston pizza.

    Came here to watch UFC event on a saturday night. Great ambience, very good placement of screens for sport viewing. Food selection is good, basic beer selection. Had vegetarian options too. Only problem, which seems to be a pan industry problem- short staffed. Bt nonetheless great place to be.

    We were really happy before they brought a bill. Guys, don't be so full as they made me to be. You pay for all the numbers of kids' meals 8,99 PLUS extra. So, EVERY meal costs 8,99 and more. Even if the waiter lett you different (as had told to me). And then they say they didn't say that. If there wasn't such an issue today, I would rate 5 stars. We've got a really good time here. And stuff is really nice. Thank you

    Great onion rings. Great calamari but way too small. Service was quite slow although servers were friendly but too eager to take away the plates. Don't sit outside if you were scared of bees. Chiken wings 3/5 because there was not much taste. No need to try the onion soup again. They only have Pepsi in cans...so weird.

    Boston Pizza Empress Walk location might need to think about quality control! Just ordered a salad and the lettuce is literally rotten! I am not a person that likes to write reviews but this is something that cannot go unnoticed. STAY AWAY!

    I and my friend stopped in for dinner. I had the delicious Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with cheesey garlic bread. It was delicious. Our waitress did a great job.

    We’re sorry we’ve continued to support and order some food here, so we stop & there’s a bit of chance for the team involved to learn the lesson, follow up & increase the quality, not by words only but by action! Stop evasive answers such as “leave us review @ boston pizza website to follow up” ! Customer is King --> oh really ?! The manager said I checked your order & it was absolutely fine, so we’ve lied about it & you can check on the picture below !

    I recently visited this location on a Saturday after noon and it wasn't really busy. I was able to choose a nice table and the service was quick. I ordered chicken wings with honey garlic sauce and a tropical chicken pizza and really loved the food I got served in terms of taste, quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this spot for going out with friends and for meet-ups.

    Spacious facility serving my favorite vegetarian pizza (although I am not vegetarian). The staff are attentive and professional. The venue is nicely split between a bar area, which is great for watching sports on the big screens, and a dining area, which is great for family gatherings.

    Edit: The GM, Mahi, contacted me and made things right. Got takeout last night and every item was wrong (half a rack of ribs instead of a full one etc). Portion was also smaller than expected. I called the restaurant when I got home and the server hung up on me in the middle of my explanation. 2 stars because what I got was tasty.

    Not impressed and that was our first time. We asked for the special Monday pint and we ended up spending $30+ tip. The service wasn’t even a 1 ⭐️. Check your ad before advertising.

    Horrible dining experience from start to finish. No one came to get our order for the longest time at a very slow time of the day (4 pm) servers passed by our table many times with no eye contact on purpose. Ordered kids unicorn lemonade and Oreo shake and had to send it back twice only to be later told that they were out of syrup. When asked for hot sauce, server handed us a new sealed bottle and walked away. Their bruschetta ravioli from the festive menu was a joke with raw onions thrown at top. We went to celebrate our 15th Anniversary ( like we do every year cuz our first date was at Boston pizza) but sadly chose a wrong location this year !

    I recently celebrated my birthday at Boston Pizza with a group of friends, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Despite my fondness for Boston Pizza, this particular location in Toronto left much to be desired. To begin with, it took an excruciatingly long time to even place our order. We had to try and flag down the waitress multiple times, which was frustrating. Even though we were only a party of four, the service was abysmal. The lack of enthusiasm from our server was palpable, making it evident that she was not invested in providing a positive experience. Adding to the disappointment, when we mentioned it was my birthday, not even a simple "Happy Birthday" was offered. It's the little gestures that can make a celebration special, and this was sorely lacking. Furthermore, we had to make a trip to the bar ourselves to request a refill because nobody bothered to check on us at our table. This kind of neglect is simply unacceptable, especially in a restaurant setting. While the food was passable, the overall experience was marred by the abysmal service, particularly from what I can confidently say was the worst server I've encountered in Toronto. As much as I appreciate Boston Pizza, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location. In summary, the lackluster service overshadowed any positive aspects, leaving a sour taste in my mouth on what should have been a joyous occasion. I hope future diners have a better experience, but for me, this visit was a major disappointment, it really made me feel sad at my birthday.

    It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the ambiance was a bit dim. However, we were satisfied with the food. We ordered two different types of pizza, but they had a similar taste because a lot of pesto sauce was used. Nonetheless, the other dishes were excellent. I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

    The ambience is good the tables were not, the servers don’t know what’s going on- if you tell them you wanna make a change in any menu item, they’ll look at you like what are you talking about’…. My Boston pizza gift card didn’t work here but worked at a second location effortlessly, maybe these guys have different payments machines. The food was good overall. Got a pizza and Jalapeño shrimp tacos.

    My first time here, ordered the clam chowder and shrimp fettuccine pasta - OMG I am SO impressed. Huge portions (for my appetite) and super fresh tasty portions- with real ingredients. I am very impressed. Comfy spot with lots of seating options and a great place to watch as Leafs or Raptors game. The music plays loud enough to make you feel like dancing. This placed cheered me up today. Thanks! PS: friendly service.

    During the pandemic, when dine-in is prohibited by provincial legislation, they always constrict the pick-up area to a few square metres. If there are multiple people waiting/ordering, there's only really space for 2 people to safely distance from one another. With uber driver pick-ups, traditional pick-ups, in-person orders, customers are awkwardly forced to wait in the frigid cold outside since there's no space inside. And there is usually just one staff member taking care of customers, resulting in long wait times and further increasing the risk for Covid transmission among waiting customers and staff. I can't believe the restaurant couldn't use common sense to see this issue.

    Yet another superb location on Yonge St. in North York. Nice, clean and modern restaurant with naturally an excellent menu. The outdoor patio offers a great place to have that big city feeling in comfort and style. Minutes to Mel Lasman Square, Empress Walk, and the TTC underground.

    New comment: The service quality was much worse than expected. I usually don’t complain about service unless it is abominable! and this was. We had a birthday party here and for any order we made, we waited 15 minutes to be prepared (even if it is tap water). The worst case was that no one came to our desk during 2 hours and for each order we need to go to them and ask them directly. Definitely, the system here has a malady which needs to be taken care of. Sorry, but I can't recommend here anymore. I need to mention that the quality of food and the price are still acceptable. Older comment: Great atmosphere with high quality food. Enjoy the delicious food while watching sports. The portion size compared to the price was reasonable. The staff was helpful and always asking how she can help us. The only problem was the steak which was salty. The rest was OK.

    Worse Boston pizza ever. Went there with my fiancé for our anniversary. We never got to eat nothing. Even our drinks didn’t come not even water. We ordered our food & was waiting half hour to & hour. Then finally someone came & she only ask one table if this was their food & never came to our table to ask us. She completely ignored us & went & put the food back in the back. We waited some more still no food after I complained. We ended up walking out with no food & a waste of Uber money. We wanted to have nice anniversary & some time to our self since we have a little baby. That’s was the worst night ever. We ended up just ordering food from home. Don’t go here. The Boston pizza at union station is way better good service. Never again. 👎🏾

    The food is fine, the same quality as any other Boston Pizza or chain restaurant of the same style. This location in particular has very slow service though. Takes much longer to receive your order here then other Boston Pizza locations I've been to and if you are in a large group it will be 1.5+ hours until everyone in your group gets their order after initially ordering it. Food is fine though, no complaints. Service and time from when you order to food being ready desperately need to be improved though.
