Pricey sandwiches but yummy. Great coffee, nice interior.

Excellent coffee and pastries. The .soup was really good too. Lots of seating. Friendly service. Not as busy as other Aromas, which makes it a bit less noisy and more of a relaxing atmosphere.

I made an order from this location through Doordash. My tuna sandwich came dripping wet and my medium latte was literally empty. Doordash told me that’s how the driver picked up the order from Aroma so they won’t refund me. When I called Aroma (this exact location), the staff were so kind and understanding about my complain. The next day they remade my entire order for free. Thank you Aroma staff and this is why I am a loyal costumer for years!

Nice local cafe if you’re in that area. I haven’t tried much from there but will head by once in a while for a Berry Lemonade or a Cheese Bureka because those are winners there in my books 👌🏼

Drove almost 25 min to get a coffee and this is what I got. Friday 12:20pm Oct 30 is when I got my coffee. Never expected this less quantity of coffee for $6 and still doesn’t taste good. Very much disappointed. At least they don’t fill the entire cup with coffee. All they add is lot of whip cream and when you open the lid after couple of minutes this is what you get

Really enjoyed their food. Drinks were good but the breakfast items were great. Drinks prices are higher compared to the food prices. We had breakfast at a reasonable price. Fresh and delicious. Their salad and dressing were remarkable. Beautiful and clean place. Friendly staff. They have lemon cold water and glasses available for the customers. They have patios as well. Washroom available. They’ll also give you a chocolate on the side. I forgot to take its photo. Only complaint is that the tables are very small. All the tables are of same size even for a four people setting. It was difficult to keep our food and drinks on that small table. Parking can be difficult at this location. Limited paid Road parking is available.

3.5 / 5. I’ve been here a few times, and comparing to Bathurst location I go to. Great patio and open concept. The problem here is two things: 1) food quality and execution 2) culture and experience I attached a pic of a sorry excuse for a $10 half sandwich. The chicken was rubber and a half breast, and it took 14 mins to make. The cream container was almost empty, but had the smear of dried cream down the lip. There a lack of passion or something in this location. Culture wise, the place is always extra warm - all summer no air conditioning, they have no recycling option at all, and the packaging just feels off. If you told me they were managed by the same person (Bathurst and Consumers), I’d think they were different restaurants. I would be hard pressed to go back to this one.

Overpriced and fraudulent pricing. These folks are already overpriced. But when I tried to buy a blueberry square for $3.95 they rang it up as $4.95 and would not give me the advertised price, even after contacting the manager. This is outside legal marketing practices - aka bait and switch. Never going back there.

Visiting from Florida. Absolutely loved the salads and power bowls! Much more than a cafe! Young Barista today remembered my name and order...I was extremely impressed. (Her name tag said Rojin) Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back. ☕️

Lots of space, pretty decor, nice location and quiet atmosphere. Aroma has good coffee and this location makes it all the more worth it.

Okay study spot. Seating area is good but the smell of food is medium strong which might be annoying if you're sitting there to study for long hours. Prices are reasonable and there's quite a variety of everything. Doesn't have too many plugs if you're looking into plugging your laptop. Also the internet is spotty some days. I had trouble with meetings specially.

I’ve always enjoyed Aroma Cafes and so was looking forward to trying this location for the first time. Was not disappointed! We ordered: Aroma Hash with Mango & Kale Smoothie and Aroma Power Breakfast with Ice Aroma. My husband and I found everything to be delicious! For the hash, I would have to say the sweetness of the maple syrup can get a bit overwhelming at times. But it helped having a drink to help wash and clean the palette. The service here was great and they actually recommended the drink to me. The setting is lovely - even the little patio they have set up. The tables and area were all clean and neat as well. It is quite pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it for what you get. Our order also comes at this price cause we were looking for a full lunch, instead of a light meal. I believe you can dine here for much less if you’re just looking for a small bite. Overall would recommend this location and cafe! Great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Just ordered 2 iced aroma on November 19, 2022 & the taste was just way off. It tasted bitter, a little watery & foamy. Even the colour was darker than usual. My husband & I took a sip & decided to go back & let them know that the drinks did not taste the same. The server took them & brought them to the back. Then she came back with the same drinks & told me, "I thought you ordered light iced aroma." I told her that I did not. Then she said, "I'm sorry but we can't do anything about it. Also, because you guys already drank from it." I was stunned. Of course we have to taste the drink. How else would we know if the drinks we got was the right order or if it was good or spoiled!? At this point, I didn't even bother to ask for the manager. Plus, we were in a rush. Anyway, the point is, the aroma at this location has some polite servers, but the quality of food/drinks & customer service are not so great. Not worth the price!

Good quality, staff member very polite and very fast at delivering the food and drinks. Their cheese steak sandwich is really good also their coffee. If you are lactose intolerant they have a wide variety of options for milk. The vibes are very chill and cozy for work, having a small meeting or just a date.

I think they're the only ones with decent coffee that I've tried so far (and I've tried lattes from many places - either tasteless, or nasty bitter). A bit more expensive than the others, but their coffee is way, way better. Way better!

This coffee shop has more than just coffee, and as good as their coffee is, their food does not disappoint either. Today I try the Aroma Hash and it was delightful, balanced flavors, and a very interesting and healthy combination. 10/10 Recommend this place and this plate. Great vibes, great food, great drinks.

One of the best black & white cookies so far. I have tried this cookie in couple of their locations but this one is the best and enjoyable. It's so soft and melts in your mouth.

There was some crumbs on our table and chairs but juice was nice 😊

Aroma Espresso Bar is my go-to destination for a cup of coffee in the morning. I've become friend with every staff because they make me feel welcomed and valued. Moreover their food especially sandwiches are really owesome and the prices are very reasonable and food quality is top class. Keep up the good work, gentlemen; you're the greatest.

It seems the staff at this location are not able to handle group orders - my company is very close to the store, so far we made two group orders via Uber eats (3 people & 7 ppl orders), but both orders had missing items .... :(

Aroma has always been one of my favourite franchises for breakfast and brunch. This branch also was so clean and good.

Always come to this location as it not over crowded and it’s tucked away in more of a office area Beautiful interior and food is always fresh and delicious! Great customer service and one of the nicer locations📍 You won’t be disappointed 👍

Quick, friendly and capable! The staff here are really on top of things. Didn't seem to have any hiccups or panic situations. I could tell that one of the ladies at the counter was being trained still, but she was intuitive and efficient. Besides the service - the power burger was excellent and puts most fast food and pub burgers to shame. Aroma is stepping up and this location is a prime example of that.

As much as I love Aroma Espresso, this branch at Consumers Rd. is by far the worst I have experienced. I ordered the Mediterranean Spiced Chicken and found a piece of sharp metal in my food. I was on my second bite as I bit into something hard. I managed to spit it out and found a spiral looking metallic thing in my order. It could have been a trip to the Emergency, if I had swallowed that sharp metal! When we took the ‘metal thing’ to the guy at the front that took our orders (assuming he’s the barista) his response was, “Sorry, I don’t know where that came from.” Just picked that metal up and toss it. With no eye contact or genuine concern for his customers and a pathetic mumble of sorry, he turned his back and continued making coffee as though nothing happened!! No other words from him and he just ignored us. Terrible customer relations communication!! Looking back, as he was tossing the metal out, my husband realized it wasn’t even disposed off properly in a bin. We do hope that didn’t fall into someone else’s drink. Take a good look at the video and you can see how hard the metal is.
