It's not horrible, but it's not great either. They put too much sauce in the shawarma, causing the wrap to become messy or wet. It's merely so-so for the half-rice, half-fries on the rocks. But I like that they stay true to the spiciness level, however I do notice a slight bitterness, which I'm not sure if it's due to the sauce or the meat. Anyway, my overall experience is just so-so, because I've had far better shawarma before.

They had an amazing deal on National shawarma day. There was a huge line up but they were very quick to serve. Their service and the taste of the shawarma was good. But, I am giving them one star as the rice was completely raw. No one at our home could eat, it ruined everything.

Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant to not only provide their customer with the wrong order but, to have a piece of plastic on top of the food is horrendous. They should always double check if they are giving the correct order and to make sure there’s no literal choking hazards AKA plastic on the food.

UPDATE: We don’t know what’s going on with this location but, the food and the service has become very erratic and inconsistent. The last time that we ordered the salads for pickup, they put much less vegetables than before and when we asked for more they simply refused. It’s very disappointing to see that this restaurant has been going down so much in such a short amount of time. ORIGINAL: Overall, Osmow’s is a good Mediterranean food restaurant franchise. We have been coming to this location since they opened just a few years ago and, even though there have been slight changes since, it is still one of our go-to places in the neighborhood. Their portions are generous, from the salads to the shawarmas, we normally order medium size as the large can be too much for one person. The vegetables are fresh, the meat portions are reasonable, you can customize your toppings and the sauces are tasty. The service is usually very friendly and diligent although, every by now and then, it can be a little off.

This location has really gone down in quality and quantity of food, not to mention the customer service. The servers prepare orders like they are being forced to work and they barely put meat or sauces. I gave few chances but its been like this for the last 6 months and i think ill just move to lazeez for my orders. Ill suggest the business owner to mantain the quality of the location instead of offering free soda for a 5 star review.

Been coming to this place for the last 2 years and always gotten Chicken Shawarma Platter and the plate had always had more chicken but rather this time, the quantity of food was very less for the price I paid for. I don't think I'd be coming back to this place here after I brought up this issue to the Manager and the manager denied to do anything about it. Picture speaks for it self.

I've seen many of these Osmow's Shawarma franchises throughout the GTA but have never been to one until today. The major choice one has to make before ordering is Platter or Shawarma? Follow that up with whether to choose chicken, beef, lamb, falafel or Beyond Meat? I went the route of a $10.29 Super Chicken Shawarma, bumped up to a $2.99 combo which includes Stix (aka fries) and a pop. My wrap selection of toppings were lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green olivers, turnips, pickles, parsley and hot peppers. Add sauce to that please at spice level "scorchin' hot" for my sweetie. Overall, the super sized shawarma was tasty. The Stix were crispy. The service was good. A return visit is planned.

First time buying shawarma from the Victoria Park Avenue location. The staff were friendly and took the order very quickly, I didn't have to wait too long for my orders. I would come back again in the future.

I ordered saj wrap and it was extremely spicy and we were not able to take a single bite after eating one bite please don’t order anything from this location and i called call the manager and he just said that i can not do anything about this this was so disrespectful for me and my friends till now i was a regular customer of osmos but now I will never go again My wrap was extremely red I am Indian and I personally eat a lot of spicy food but this was too much for me.

I attend this location fairly often as it is closest to my home. The “chicken on the rocks” and “half & half chicken” on the “signature creations” menu are my go to’s. I would have to say the quality of the rice & chicken have dropped off over the years, there is a lack of freshness I used to love when I first started eating at Osmow’s. But overall still a solid menu & good location.

Great food. Suggest you to open more locations in Toronto & charge reasonably.

DO NOT ORDER from this location, Victoria park. Absolutely the worst Osmows location i have ever been to and is a RIP OFF. I ordered chicken on rocks and they gave me half the quantity compared to my favorite location, 790 military trail. When i asked them why the quantity is so low, they replied " i dont know sir, we put a measured amount of chicken and rice". The meats don't seem to be freshly cooked, they simply reheat them and serve it to the customer. The sauce looked pretty old and was really thick and they always forget to put extra sauce in the bag which i pay for every time. The employees there look like they are being forced to work and have an attitude. I've given this location multiple tries to see if it can be better but my experience here just keeps getting worse.

This is our nth time here. Alhamdulillah they’re consistent. We only order beef shawarma with rice and fries. The fries, however, is dry. We haven’t tried the other items. We’re very happy with the beef shawarma. Still, our to-go place after Jum’ah prayer.

Too much sauce.. dripping everywhere I guess to hide the chicken quantity as chicken is very less.. taste wise 5/10.. I forgot to see the reviews before going.. feels like wasted 13$.. not sure why there is still rush.. might be first time customers.. if anyone goes there., remind the servers to make it well and hope their management teams reads everyone’s reviews and improves the quality

I am a regular customer of osmow restaurant. But when i ordered chicken on the rocks from this restaurant. I found some burned pieces of chicken in quisine. I never eat this dish in any other osmows store. So please make your chicken should be roasted perfectly.

Well, my husband ordered last night like 10pm at Osmow's Victoria Park for to go of 2 medium size chicken on the rocks. Then when we get home, this is what we ordered. Lot of rice and a toppings of chicken!

Loved the food and hospitality. I would definitely recommend to try once.

Decent food. My go to is the half half chicken and they always make it pretty good here and give enough sauce (on the side if requested). This location is better than other Osmow’s locations I’ve tried in Toronto

Everything is as expected. I like how they have detailed nutritional information. But when did Osmow's get so expensive?

Osmos is a great spot for quick food at an affordable price. Which is something that is becoming increasing important these days. That doesn't mean the food is anything special. It's not. It taste like something made to move quickly. I usually get the chicken on the rocks. Some of the chicken is under cooked and a bit chewy, some overcooked. Same with the rice. But no where else is giving you a large serving on Shawarma meat on rice with delicious sauces for $12 and only a 3 min wait.

These past days the sauce quantity has been disappointing! I got a tiny little bit of sauce. Are these new employees? Tell them to put some more white sauce on the half and half dishes, other locations put way more sauce. Mine got drizzled barely 2 times in a row now this week. Unacceptable.

I ordered food from an online delivery. A chicken on the rock and I found a hair on the food, it was over a piece of chicken. So disgusting experience. Overall the food didn’t taste fresh, the rice was cold and the chicken was dry texture. Supervisor and manager needs to monitor constantly the food serves for customers.
