This is an ok strip mall. Service at the Tims is usually slow. The Dollarama is generally a good experience. Today Iam happy to say I had a good experience at both the Tim's & Dollarama. August 7 23.

It has booster juice which makes it great, has other stuff as well, but I only have been to the booster juice. They staff is friendly and quick.

A fine plaza. It is a bit run down and could use some revamping. The dollar store and tim Hortons is nice. I have lived in this area for 20 years and barely gone to the others.

I come here almost once every 2-4 days; A great place to have in the neighborhood. It has CIBC bank, drug store, shoes repair, watches repair, sport store, gaming store, few fast food restaurants, Tim Hortons, hair salon, cloth cleaning and alteration.

I frequently go there for the Colosseum barber shop ,Tim Hortons and I have done business with Val the watch repair man

Closest public strip mall to where I live and as such I guess I'm supposed to be fond of it, but I'm very ambivalent about the space. I find it cramped, outdated, and has very few things I need outside of a Tim Hortons and a Dollarama. They have some decent Filipino restaurants and (I assume) remittance centres too, but those are not services I frequently used. Not to mention that people often zoom quite fast across the parking lot to cut from Bathurst to Finch, creating quite the hazard when looking for parking spot. I wouldn't be overly sad if the plaza was torn down and a modernized one is put in its place, but that being said, it does draw its share of visitors so perhaps I'm being a bit harsh on it.

The only reason that I visited this retail relic of the past is Tim Hortons & the Dollaramma. Avoid the rest..

Great selection of stores

As a Canadian citizen I urge the community to support the stores on Finch. This place is so historic and has been a symbol of peace thru many dark chapters of history.

A variety of stores including Play it Again Sports, Tim Hortons, watch repair, and Dollarama...

Easy to get in to, easy to get out of, limited parking though but since most of the businesses are in and out places I have never seen parking be an issue. The Dollarama at this location is one of my favorites. They tend to have seasonal up long before other stores.

Plaza is great in terms of location and shops, Tim Hortons around, bank, ethnic food stores, etc ...

Tim horton's here good they are fast to take and give the orders the only problem is the wash room here need to look after very dirty. Need to take action immediately washroom is very important to the costumers too. Otherwise the staff is friendly and fast.

Love this plaza, esthetically it's not the greatest but the stores odder great personalized service.

I have been eating here for 20 years. Polite and professional staff. Food is very good. Inside a university mall. Vegetarian and meat dishes.

Community needs a grocery store. Not another Tim's! There is war veterans housing beside this plaza lacking a fresh food grocery store. Used to have one. But the owner only thinks of themselves. Very sad indeed. Wouldn't recommend.

I dropped into this Plaza the other day on my way to an appointment. The reason being was the Dollarama where I got a really good deal on some bread and hamburger buns as well as chocolate bars and pop. I was really surprised. Their prices were great and I was very impressed plus they have self checkout. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the neighbourhood or if you're passing by.

Even in the Covid period, this is a busy plaza. Typically difficult to enter if you're southbound or westbound. Oddly shaped building means difficult parking at the best of times. Going around back forces you around the entire thing, no short cuts here. If you have to be here, then this place exists, but if you can go to another neighbourhood you'd be better off.

A great dollar store especially at the time of Ontario store closures due covid-19. You can find many goods there when other stores don't offer it at this time.

Oof this plaza isn't for the faint of heart. Many sketchy people there. Stay away around the end of school days (if school is in) cause it's flooded with teens( too overcrowded)

Nothing special. No grocery store, zero fresh food, outdated. Wouldn't recommend.

I mean, its Amazing. If you live close to the area you have access to medications, 24 hours Tim Hortons, 24 Hours Subway, dollar store and a lot more things.

Came here for the foot clinic which was good but tried a few of the restraints over time and not a single on was good.

Parking is a problem especially for people who have special needs. Not a lot of good stores to choose from.

I went there for dollarama but when I got there I said to myself my God this strip mall has so many stores and I went shopping they have dollarama Tim Hortons play it again sports where you can buy and sell sports equipment and it's cheap there's alot more stores to so if ur bored one day look for the store on Google ur wanting to shop at because ur bored pick the exact same store where u have to take the bus and it's in a strip mall ull be surprised at how much ur not bored when u get to see all the stores happy shopping people Bill Murray

Need a little security at the night, it is great place to get most of your stuff done, but people now days come there to ask and beg for change.

Now this plaza actually has almost everything you need from pharmacies to Subway and I've been going there for over 20 years so the bench Hurst plaza is an amazing facility and I appreciate anybody who utilizes the shops stay safe and respect everybody. Very small waiting rooms. Dirty stair way. A homeless Lady was sleeping in the hallway upstairs. Not impressed! Reply to your response. I also hope that homeless people get a chance to keep warm in this cold weather, but are you insinuating that your Plaza welcomes the homeless to sleep / stay in your hallways amongst your customers / renters? Also for reporting it to any specific establishment it actually happened in the hallways leading to upstairs. If I'm not mistaken that makes it legally your responsibility to deal with this serious situation. If you would like to know what I'm talking about I would be more than happy to go back and take a few pictures, blur out the face and post it on this review. I would be more than happy to also send it to social media and the local media networks. I hope you take this more serious and not just make light comments stating (you hope the homeless was able to warm up in your plaza hallway and move on). Ps. I live across the street and frequently acquire the help from one of your renters offices upstairs. I haven't seen any security in the stair ways or upstairs at any time over the last few months. Can you double check your Intel please? Thank you. Changed my review to one star as I feel like i was brushed off by your snark reply. After reading the OTHER negative reviews all the way back to 2017, I don't feel that you have taken many if ANY of the other comments into execution.

Not a bad plaza. There are a variety of good stores, such as Dollarama and Tim's. It is very clean and there is ample parking too. I like it because it is not too busy despite all the pedestrians taking the bus. It is close to a Toronto Library as well.

Small plaza, Shell gas station across the street. Has a convenience store, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, CIBC bank, hair salon, shawarma, a few offices. Wheelchair accessible, parking is spacious, doesn't usually get completely filled up.

Ok place, you would come here for a purpose and never just come here because...

Grab a coffee from Tim's but with a bonus! You get to observe the local drunks hanging out at the pizza place. Sometimes things get spicy 😳

Express Pizza and grill has the best shawarma in the entire city. I will literally drive across the city when I'm craving one. Definitely worth the drive.
