Food was good, but Super over priced for what you get. They offer Dim Sum but only have a 'Top 14' list that you can choose from. Some notes: General Tao was fried nicely and tasted good but really salty and they give you no RICE! Fried squid was 18.99 and you get a tiny plate. Bring a jacket if you're sitting next to the door because it gets cold and then hot and then cold and then hot in there. We dropped chopsticks on the floor and the waitress literally picked them up for us and put them back on our plate... 😳

Others have had a better experience than I did, but I had a very rude server. This is definitely not an authentic dim sum place. I was scolded when I asked if they had certain menu items. Definitely sure I was not trying to be rude, but the male servers behaviour was uncalled for. I was also shocked by the small portion of the Hot n Sour Soup on the menu. $6.00 and there was about 3 tablespoons! I can usually get enough to fill 4-5 small bowls almost anywhere else. This place serves a very specific clientele. Look elsewhere if you are looking for real quality dim sum. I wouldn't have written this review if the server had behaved better.

The flat rice noodles, hor fan, with beef was very tasty and had lots of wok aroma. The chicken siu mai was flavorful and had a good texture when bit into. The shrimp spring rolls were hot and crunchy, with no oily filling. The jasmine tea was hot and had lots of aroma, and the decor was very unique and cozy, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Just a bit too expensive.

While the restaurant's interior design and ambiance is very nice, the service is a little lacking. Not in a bad way - but it could be friendlier. The food itself is of excellent quality; fresh and well made, and the black bean dishes are authentic and delightful. The dim-sum buns are fluffy and decently moist but given the pricing there are options in the GTA with better texture. Overall, a sound choice for Dim Sum in the area.

I ordered takeout from Kwan as I was looking for peking duck to serve at my lease renewal bash. While the duck was decent for takeout, the winner was the general tao chicken. Paired with yeung chow fried rice and some crunchy green beans, the dishes at Kwan are classic and delicious. The prices are also pretty decent. I'm glad I chose Kwan to feed my bash.

Dim sums are not fresh and very small portion. The worst Dim sum I've ever had. Also ordered crispy sesame chicken, the recommended dish and the portion is very small. The taste is okay but very few chicken inside, it's only a dish of fried flour. I used to like this place. It was great 2 years ago with the old menu. I'll never come again.

Rude and dismissive service and staff. Food took too long and werent even hot. Oh, and we ALSO found hair in the food which is disgusting. Shocked to see that there are other customers that have also experienced this. The washrooms are damp and smelly. Its just nasty and not hygienic at all. Absolutely disappointing experience. There are much better dim sum places in town.

We were looking for Chinese dim sum place online and got directed to here. foods are good quality, service is above average Chinese restaurants. Inside is clean with high ceiling. Their main customers are non Chinese though, menu is all in English. Foods quality is good, but the portion is quite small. Won’t recommend if you are looking for authentic Chinese dim sum place especially if you are looking for congee.

Food was great. The variety of options was very nice, and the price point was also good. Service was nice, but be careful, there is a tea charge that wasn't obvious until we got the bill. The decor was also pretty fancy! Overall good time to go with friends and share a meal. Try the mango pudding, it was AWESOME!

Good service and food. Detailed store cleaning can be improved, and price can also be more competitive.

The food isn’t bad but very expensive comparatively to all the other good Chinese restaurants in the area. They only have dim sum but it’s really not worth the price. This is typical of a Chinese restaurant taking advantage of white people. They were better before Covid but I think it’s worse now.

Not much food choices on the menu, not an authentic dimsum place for sure. The environment is nice but I would not come back again just because the food was fair.

Our usual go to restaurant in the area. Pretty good for dim sum but would NOT recommend ordering sweet and sour pork. We were stunned to get perfectly uniform balls that were most breaded. When I called them, they said it has always looked like that but we have been eating at this restaurant ever since it opened and it has never looked like this before. I hope they are not trying to cut back on their costs and they are on the verge of closing, now that their main restaurant at Yonge and St. Clair has closed.

"This place definitely competes with the best dim sum places I've had" What time we arrived/Wait time? We went on Civic Holiday Monday at 4pm and it was EMPTY. Not a single table was in there. Then after awhile people started to come in. It was never full though. Atmosphere? It is absolutely beautiful. I can't believe I haven't heard of this place more! Darker decor and a very fancy feel. Service/Staff? The service is very fast and quick here. You order off of a sheet and they just take it and bring the food to you in a timely manner. I love that kind of service to be honest! Food/Menu? The food is really good! It's westernized chinese dim sum so it's not as oily which I enjoyed. The hargow, fried tofu with salt/pepper, and shrimp rolls were great. The short ribs with black bean sauce and squid were not great. Save your money on those ones. Otherwise I think it's totally worth coming here for a quick and cheaper meal!!

Ordered online for first time today. The order process was quick and easy to get through. The food was ready for pick up as soon as I walked in through the doors. The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly. The food itself was delicious. Really enjoyed it. PS, great vibe inside the restaurant for dine in.

It used to be much better. I'm not sure if it's new management but the food quality is way lower. The siu mai barely had any shrimp in it, the har gow looked smaller than before, the prices are higher, and servers are incredibly rude asking for big tips for no reason. Avoid this place, it has gone down hill, either they're struggling or no longer trying to do dim sum properly. There are much better options out there.

There’s no option for zero star otherwise I would have given that. How can you even think of serving your customer this kind of food please stay away from this place. There are many dim sum places in Torontoi have had dim sums in many places by far the worst place to eat.

Went for dim sum. All was good but then bit into the deep fried squid which as very fishy tasting and not fresh. I descretely told the waiter who proceeded to argue with me and said it was fresh and that everyone else liked it but me. I generally like squid and have had it there before and it was good .. not today .. too bad he argued with me about it.

Great tasting dim sum for cheap! Well, we think so, all this was $40 and this is AFTER the Covid gouge.

This place is a rip off. What they charge for what they give you is not comparable. Ordered crispy beef and received 10 small pieces for $17. What in the world?!? Paid $97 taxes in for 2 orders of dim sum, crispy sesame chicken, crispy beef, beef rice noodle and yeung chow fried rice. RIPOFF! Better off going to Noodle Delight!

Popped in to satisfy a dim sum -soup dumpling craving after being out of country the past 1.5mths. Did NOT disappoint! Interior design and atmosphere was an appealing modern chic minimalist. Food was brought out promptly and piping hot. Har Gaw, pork & shrimp sui mai, soup dumpling and crispy shrimp rolls were all tasty, good portions as described in menu, at reasonable price points. The service was friendly professional & quick. All around, rating this a 4.5stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went here with my 98 year old grandfather who walks with difficulty. We were given seats near the front and the host treated my grandfather with the utmost respect, consistently stopping by to chat and check-in. I cannot emphasize how thankful I am for the kindness they shows him. The food was amazing too!

Got the Peking duck combo for two and enjoyed a variety of food from lettuce wraps, fried rice (with lots of wok hayy), and stir fried veggies. The opening duck portion was very minimal though, hence the 4 stars The service was very speedy! Tea was an additional 4 dollars
