If I could, I would give it a 0 star. That was from my failed academic school year of 2016-17. Small room, thin walls between myself and my horrible roommate. Worst experience. My roommate and I did not get a long I tried to tell the staff about it, they couldn't do much about it. My roommate has putting trash in my room or by my room. He put trash on my stuff. They sold all the rooms, why don't they leave some spare suite for anyone who needs room change. Seneca could have invest the money build the new residence for people who need single occupancy suite with laundry ensuite instead of building another building between the residence and actual school. As a result of my bad roommate and with my mental illness, I failed accounting. The service is not good, There should be an exception like myself. I never recommend this place to any students.

Completely overpriced and the service has deteriorated throughout the years. I’m an international student and I recently had trouble moving as they did not offer moving carts and refused my friend entry because he had a garment on that he was uncomfortable removing for personal reasons. Moreover, the residence has a $5 fee to get a replacement key even if you’ve accidentally locked yourself out or have forgotten your key in the room; something that is common for everyone. Considering the price of accommodation,this is ridiculous

The staff are extremely rude and don't care about how they treat people. Cleanliness is not an option here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Trash place. Have ants in my room. Fees are super expensive. No addition services at all. This is a trap to steal money from international students who are not familiar with the rental market.

this is the worst college I have ever seen they are so rude and unreasonable to their students.They don’t listen and Takes a lot of time to response and being an international student I suffered a alot due to their some professor I had to face to alot of stress and anxiety Anyone who is thinking of joining this school please think twice

Got kicked out evicted during COVID 19 because I just had my friend waiting in the lobby for me. He didn’t even enter my room which as guests weren’t allowed to come into our rooms during COVID 19. Well guess what I saw Bailey ( staff member of Rez) sneak in a friend and get away with it. How is that fair. Really rude staff and a complete waste of your money. Some staff members were amazing but most were rude and unprofessional.

Awful college, worst is there service hub , like this people don’t do anything at all when you call them , waiting for 2 hours and then someone picked up and then hanged up on me , I regret coming to Seneca , apply to George brown or another college at least they have better services,and funny part is there is no official staff in there such as financial aid agent at all , they all work remotely! Bunch of lazy ppl who make you regret for applying osap , one of them made me to get late for receiving osap because this person was not answering at all and they all in there we can’t contact with anyone just email them by yourself! WOOOOOOOW this is not a college, this is a scam centre college more likely! 1 star is even a lot for this place ! Definitely not recommended to spend your money in here 👎 spend it somewhere that they teach you something at least , teaching system is dead in here and teachers not doing there job at all 👎 like who is operating this place ?!?!?🫥🫥

The facility is good, clean space, two rooms in each dorm room. But you get what you pay for in terms of customer service. We forgot a few children books in our room. There was no way to contact anyone (they don’t pick up the phone). They finally responded to my email saying they will look it up but stopped answering after. The next day, I went back to the facility and was told that their cleaning staff throws away people’s forgotten belongings even if they know who they belong to. The staff member mentioned that since it’s a student residence and we only pay $100 a night, they have no liability for anything. She also blamed me several times for forgetting the books. You get a stay for $100 a night in Toronto which is great but don’t expect any customer service and don’t forget anything in your room.

I'm only 2 months into the semester not once did I get a good sleep. Not because of the bed or my room. But the NOISE LEVEL is out of control. Somehow people get away with yelling and blasting music at 3am on a school night. I don't think I'll come here next year.

Really discourages to students who fight with financial problems as they earn money just from us like to pay students for their subjects, to purchase books, purchase online exam,purchase courses, really students pay their tuition fee or purchase that all like whyyyy???? I am in my third year for engineering. The college is big, but some of the professors are really poor in teaching, I had a bad experience with my 4 professors..

Worst staff ever. Don't waste your money

Stayed in a dorm for a club field trip, and overall I have nothing bad to say about the rooms, though my friends who had decided to shower told me there was no warm water. My keycard had broken multiple times within a 2 day stay, which was extremely irritating and inconvenient. (No, It never came in contact with my phone.) The outdoor areas of the campus are nice.

My experience with the interaction with the college is too good the systrms, the network are one of the best you can get rn, i am current student at the Seneca and I get to something new every day😃

They fine every single thing and the fee is too expensive.

No hot water, the “keys” (broken keycard) to the room are VERY finicky

I absolutely love my school, my program, Professors and classmates I had the opportunity to go back into class recently and it’s so exciting to be back!

Beautiful place. Amazing atmosphere. But you have to know what you want from that place. Check the programs as thoroughly as you can. Be smart

The staff is great and so are their services. I like how they have an arcade room for entertainment and also a common kitchen where you can cook for yourself. They provide free coffee and fruits at the dining area in the morning.

fee is so expensive. the kitchen is close all semester and they didn't tell me that we cannot use it even before move-in. and we didn't get any discount for that. I asked them many times when can I use the kitchen but no reply. and there are many problems such as power outage without announcements. fire alarm many times. I've got covid and still in the isolation period. the management is so bad. my roommate doesn't know what she should do or should move to somewhere. moreover, I waited for a long time for the food that reception should bring it to my room.

Disgusting, don't give normal live. It is not possible to live without permanent meetings. You constantly have to spend your energy and time on eliminating any pretensions. Constantly plunder eviction. Moreover, in the refund hold part of the paid funds.
