Just to be clear, I am not giving “5” because of the food quality. There was a couple of other issues. The food was great, unarguably! The two issue were: 1- Although they have a dedicated space for them, but management decided not to use it, rather just use the common area at the food court, which is quite crowded! A Sushi bar in the same location decided to take the lead and better serve there customers and use their dedicated area. I wonder why can’t Chick Fil A do the same. 2- my order was late getting out of the kitchen (around 15 minutes after I paid), and the excuse was that salad preparation take long time! Unfortunately, the order was missing two sandwiches; luckily I was dining in so I could go back and get the missing sandwiches!

I had Chick-fil-A three times in the states, never had a bad experience. Great location to put a Chick-fil-A, the service is always fast and on point. If you can, try to get there before lunch/dinner hours to avoid the line. Chicken tasted fresh and juicy, waffle fries tasted like it's oven baked instead of deep fried. Feels like a "healthier" option for fast food. We got two spicy chicken deluxe combo and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets for $36. Price isn't bad for the amount of food you get, and could even be considered "cheap" compare to other fast food chains.

Waffle fries and iced tea were really good. Long lineup but line moved very fast. Service was good.

Finally got to try this. Always said “next time”because of the LONG line. I waited in line 30mins. So unless you have time, it’s impossible you will be able to get a hold of a burger. I got the Spicy Chicken Delux, it was good. Loved the thickness of the chicken compared to other fast food places. The Ranch sauce is by far the best I have tried. If I didn’t have to wait so long for a burger then this place is definitely worth a 5 star.

Finally we have a Chick-fil-A in Canada!!! It was as advertised, the chicken is genuine and delicious. Each bite had the right amount of saltiness and flavor. The waffle fries were to die for and the dipping sauces were on point! Thank you for a delicious time! 👍

This was my go to chicken sandwich place in the US and so happy they expanded to the canada market. The sandwich is big and and delicious. We took the spicy deluxe, waffle fries and nuggets. Very good as usual.

I went there with family to grab 3 burgers. It’s was 7:00pm and line up is long as usual. The burger taste good however, everything is soggy. It looks like it has been pre-made and put in the foil bag for a while. Food is warm. A little disappointed as other location is way better.

You need to have Chick-fil-A if you like chicken sandwiches, tenders, or just chicken in general. They are legendary for their chicken sandwich. Simple but juicy, tender, flavourful chicken. If toy want a kick then go spicy. The chicken nuggets are chunks of real chicken. Perfect for kids with some chick fil a dipping sauce. I'm so happy they have a location here in Canada. Please bring more!

the employees were the worst. i understand it’s fast food, and i understand it’s busy. but this one guy gave my friends those crazy annoyed eyes cause she was looking for a specific drink. the attitude and the sheer audacity these workers have. we weren’t rude, or anything either. just first time customers. have some compassion. don’t go here unless you wanna feel uncomfortable, and judged.

The most efficient experience at any fast food. Line up was so long but they had a line and 2 staff who were taking orders as you stood in the line before getting to the cash. If you change your mind while waiting in line, flag the person and you can update the order. Once you get to the cash you give your name and your order is ready. The wait time was shorter and the efficiency was so amazing! Food tasted great - as always!

Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my go-to fast-food chains. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The service is exceptional, with their staff going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Their menu offers a good variety of options, from their classic chicken sandwich to their tasty salads and nuggets. I particularly love their waffle fries - they're crispy and perfectly seasoned! The only reason I'm not giving them a 5-star review is because sometimes their wait times can get a bit congested during peak hours, which can cause a bit of a wait. However, it's worth it for the quality of food and service you receive. Overall, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the best fast-food chains out there and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Very poor customer service..mediocre. Specially the girl in the line taking orders. Food was meh! Not good at all. Taste and Quality has deteriorated way too much. Won’t be back.

First timer at this location... The line was super long... BUT,👌 THEY WERE ON POINT WITH IT. placed my order right on the line with a rep and just waited to pay, which didn't take more than 2-3 minutes. I ordered a #2 combo with a cookies and cream milkshake for the drink, which cost around 2 plus extra on top of the price of the combo. But it's worth it. Fries was everything Milkshake was very rich in taste. >must have Burger doesn't come with sauce on...but you get to choose your own sauce to go. ****DON'T RECOMMEND THE MILKSHAKE IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT****

Well, this location is super busy so my advice avoid waiting in line and order in advance via their website. I was in line and I decided to order in line. It is a bit slow but definitely better than waiting in line. The quality of their food is consistent with their other branches and I gotta say that I loved every bite of it. I didn’t like their unsweetened ice tea. It tasted like diluted old tea! Their fries are amazing. All in all I think it’s the best place in the food court.

First time trying Chick-Fil-A and I ordered the four chicken strips combo . I loved the taste and flavour of the chicken strips, by far the best I have tried in some time and the polynesian sauce balanced the heat of the chicken strips, it was so good. The reason for the four star review instead of five, unfortunately I did not enjoy the waffle fries. The waffle fries lacked seasoning and crisp but I would still recommend trying Chick-Fil-A.

It was a wonderful day to get some legendary chick-fil-a. The line is always there for this place but it was moving quickly and they were taking orders mid way through line, by time you got to cashier your order was basically ready. The staff was friendly and ample. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo and it was great. Very juicy, crunchy, and fresh. I advice to ask for a sauce so you can put it as a topping on your burger, they got a list of sauces on their counter, i chose ranch. Overall i would definetly come here again!

Whenever I am at Yorkdale, I stop for some Chick fil A and it's always a tasty time. Even when busy I appreciate how efficient the line is and how ordering is made to be easy. It was a long wait, but I like when you get to the counter, the food is hot and fresh. I did not give high stars for atmosphere as it's a mall food court. I had the spicy chicken deluxe combo with waffle fries. No complaints. Chicken was perfectly cooked. It's one of the things I like about Chick fil A, that each place is the same quality. I also like how the staff is always friendly and look like they are enjoying the job at hand.

We love going to Chick-Fil-A for their spicy deluxe sandwhich ! This mall location is was very efficient in that the lineup moved quick as our order was taken while we wait . The guy at the front was very friendly providing us with extra sauces . I highly recommend this location for the quality of the food. Wrinkle fries were amazing . I would rather go into an actual restaurant though. It's way too busy in the food court.

Ahhhh....ChickFilA... I have been spelling this wrong for so long LOL . HOWEVER...Service was quick. I love how they have order takers in the line up which made our ordering process short and sweet. The small area even allowed for myself a 5 kids to be at the counter even when busy. The staff was kind all smiles and polite towards us. . The food was gooooodd. I cant wait to go back and get more waffel fries. The kids ate all of them on me.

This place has my heart. The first time I ever came here it was very busy, but it was worth the wait. The first time I tried the food from here I absolutely fell in love with it. All the food court is packed on weekends especially trust me. It’s worth coming here. Food is always made fresh and customer service is great. I highly do recommend coming here to eat.

This is a branch in the foodcourt of YorkDale Mall. At the time we went, about 50% of diners got their food from this chain. We were not surprised why it is a popular after we got our orders. Chix are crispy out, tender and juicy in. The crisscut potatos are fun and delicious. I like their ketchup packaging too
