😠 He dismisses issues and complaints until they become much bigger problems and then accepts no responsibility for his misdiagnosis. His knowledge of medications and illnesses and symptoms is not up to date, he only know what he learned in med school 30 or more yrs ago. A lot has changed since then.... He dismisses issues and complaints until they become much bigger problems and then accepts no responsibility for his misdiagnosis. His knowledge of medications and illnesses and symptoms is not up to date, he only know what he learned in med school 30 or more yrs ago. A lot has changed since then. He doesn't like patients who question or take an active role in their own health....because he's afraid his own inadequacies will be exposed. You will have to go back 3 or 4 times and complain of the same problem or get upset before he takes it seriously and does something about it. So if you're not the kind of person to stand up for yourself then you'll likely die under his care or at the very least you'll have health issues or diseases that will progress far beyond the point they need to. His "neglect of care and duty" is obvious and concerning but too many people don't want to complain because they're afraid of not having any doctor. I have made notes about many incidents that I think fall into the "neglect of care and duty" category from him dismissing symptoms that were later found to be serious problems. And at some point I fully intend to report all of it. Just getting my ducks in a row.

As my family's doctor's office it's pretty typical - though I am considering leaving. Just wanted to shed light on its receptionists. LILLIAN had always been personable and kind. JOSIE - is rude and has terrible customer service skills. The personification of how not to act as front line staff - told me I was rude for walking in when walk ins are allowed. She's sarcastic and catty and has been for as long as I can remember

Told them that my father could no longer come for visits due to his mobility issues. When I asked if I could make an appointment I was told that the doctor wasn't taking any new patients. I just told you my father wasn't coming anymore!!! Receptionist had quite the 'tude.

Dr. Sussman is trash. Very dismissive and rude. They don't hold appointments. Scheduled for 12:30 and didn't get called until 2 and another 30 mins for the clown-haired doctor to show up.

Dr Kevin Leung can’t run an office if his life depended on it. If you arrive on time expect a 2-3 hour wait. He over books like airlines do in case of cancellations. Anyone who’s ever been bumped from a flight knows what I am saying. Greed over patients.

WOW - its not that bad !!!! I've been seeing Dr Bell for over 30 years.... if he is not available i can see either Sussman or Brian with no issue. I've never had any issues with the staff or the Dr's.

I feel like COVID changed how Dr. Berenbaum works with patients. I’d be able to come in with an appointment to get a regular check up and see him when I felt ill. Now you need an appointment for a pre screening telephone conversation to only then determine if an in person consultation is needed regardless of how you’re feeling. No wonder our emergency rooms are at capacity. There was no exception made even though I was in major discomfort. When I mentioned I was going into a walk in clinic and that they are taking on new patients they were very forthcoming with sending the file over to the new doctor not caring about losing a patient. Very saddened by how a family doctor treats his patients.

I have been going to Dr Sussman since I was 16 and now I am 65, He diagnosed my heart problem at 40 and I have had two open heart surgeries and i other new valve. Lillian was always sweet and Josie is Josie, She works hard, she has never been rude to me. The only problem in all the years I went there was with the older English nurse. I steered clear of her at all costs. I think she has long gone. They never rushed me, and the reason someone waits so long on occasion is because they are not rushing you out. The world needs a lot of patience in deed.

Came here to some blood work, no where does it say to bring a printed out requisition. Booked online was told to go downstairs to the pharmacy to get the form printed, couldn't do that cause they were closed and this was at 8:30 am. Then I was told to send it to another email which they would forward to their email, not sure as to why I couldn't send directly to them. Such a waste of my time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brian for at least 12 years. I have never had a reason to complain. Yes, wait times can be long, but I'm sure thats because priority must be given to those with urgent and possibly life threatening issues. It is rather painful to hear people complain in the waiting room, but I don't at all agree. Just a reminder, there are paid private clinics all over the city that are available to you and you don't have to be a "PATIENT". They are always accepting new "customers". As for those people complaining about the doctor's medical knowledge, please be reminded that all doctors practicing in Ontario must be qualified to do so, and must remain updated with their medical education to have their license renewed. However, if you think a medical degree and training is equivalent to whats on Dr. google, your'e not to be blamed. The education system has failed you. People need to wake up, CUTS to healthcare and education are here, vote wisely! cheddi beckford
