Excellent service from Dom. He helped me with my iphone 8 purchase and was very accomodating. The store was kind of busy and its very small in there so i wasn't really sure if i was going to stick around and wait for someone. (no where to wait) Dom quickly greeted me and told me he would help me as soon as he could. So i waited. And it wasnt too long of a wait. Overall pleased with my experience.

Matt was amazing, he went out of his way to do things for me I never even expected. I work at a shop that requires customer service and Matt showed one of the best customer service I have ever seen. Thanks again!

Great experience. Very helpful staff. I had to return 3 times to fix isues with my own phone, the staff was quick and helful every time until they fix all my difficulties. I highly recommend this location at Yorkdale Mall.

Went here last black friday just to browse but walked out with a new phone. The manager (Dominic) and the entire staff was super helpful and goes above and beyond with the service.

I don’t know if it applies to all the staff members, but the gentleman at the cashier was quite unfriendly. No greeting and not even a thank you after the purchase. Rather unusual for Canadian standards.

I arrived at the store this afternoon and had the best customer service with a nice girl who solved my problem, definitely from today it will be my favorite store.

Never been a fan of being the one to approach the sales personnel when needing help especially when they just standing there talking amongst each other or on their cell phones. Got what I needed so that's a plus.

A very good place to buy mobile accessories. Always stocked with products and very knowledgeable employees who will give you good advice if you ask.
