    Their staff do nothing but deceive the nation. I went to buy food for my child and the staff told me to give you a Walmart card. I asked him that I did not know English and that there would be no problem. He said no problem. I thought it was a normal card. and asked me for documents for registration. The staff was not honest and applied for a walmart credit card in my name. I realized this when I turned the paper he gave me and went to the authorized person and asked why he did this. Of course, the personnel who made the application disappeared at that time. The officer told me it wouldn't be a problem, it wouldn't affect me and dismissed it. Since I didn't understand it, I accepted it as true and said okay. Now there is a large warning on my credit report. walmart customers use it.

    I was trying to get copies of pictures today, 4x6 on the automatic machine but it didn't turn out the way it should have. I did all the work for the machines and then they told me oh it's broken So I had to redo everything on a different machine for the photo in seconds. Then when I went to cash out on the self-help check out the computer kept having issues and I had to try to get help to reset it multiple times while the employees were just standing there doing nothing. I think there's a reason why I do everything on online if I did Walmart again...

    This WalMart sucks. This location NEVER has any carts or baskets for customer use. Aisles are completely blocked in what I can only assume are returns that need to be done. The shelves are usually empty when it comes to grocery essentials. Now to the incident that lead me here: I asked one of their associates if they had a courtesy clerk bringing in carts. She asked me if I checked the parking lot. I told her no, I didn’t. Its not on me to do that. Other locations have clerks constantly bringing carts in. When I said this she stared at me then directed me to customer service. I told her I go couldn’t as I had started my shopping, using my reusable bags for my items because they didn’t have any carts or baskets. That was a mistake. I saw her go to a phone and suddenly everyone in this location decided they actually care about their jobs. I had about three different people following me at one point, including a manager. Not one of wanted to confront me though. Another thing is this location never has cashiers. So I went to the self checkout, where another, different manager stood about two feet behind me the entire time. I turned to speak to her and but she was too busy pretending to read whatever was on her clipboard to even make eye contact. I’m surprised they didn’t stop me for a bag check or ask to see my receipt. I have no doubt I’m now a thief to them. Next to nobody who works here is helpful unless its the basic of basics. They’ll ignore you unless they think you’re stealing. This WalMart genuinely sucks.

    This Walmart aways looks like its be looted keep driving any other location is better then this one. I have been to flea markets more organized and clean and any good reviews for this location are either a mistake or management trying to clean up their mess. Train your staff to do thair jobs.

    I don't think 🤔 this is a Walmart store anymore.. It seems like this store has been brought. How about hiring a white guy for your security guard someday. Some of these Guyana guys security guards as guys doesn't like some African American people who carry some clothing handbags from Freshco and No Frills. If a woman or a guy carry there backpack at this store you would want to check what is in there 🎒 backpack oh please they wouldn't steal anything. For that guy who says that " I am not allowed in this store " He needs to know that this is NOT YOUR STORE. Last year was so much better with no security guards at this place. Why hire 4 security guards when you can just have 2. Does this security guard have anything else to do then to text message on his cellphone. The new manager needs to wake up and smell the coffee. I hope that this review changes the new manager mind. I have a feeling that the new manager is a woman. If I see that Guyanese guy on the weekend I will call 📞 the police 🚔 on him for harassment. The new guys as security guard worked very well on Sunday. That Brazilian woman 👩 as a security guard pissed me off from 2 weeks ago.

    Disgusting and rude staff… I been calling customer service to see if my baby’s formula is In stock and all they did was pick up the phone and hang up on me.. I called 6 more times and nobody would pick up. Lmao get better staff with actual communication skills. This location is garbage .

    A Message to corporate. Keep an eye on the evening electronics staff. They are hiding stock from customers so they can buy it themselves 20% off on employee day. Today 4 PlayStations. Keep an eye out on WHO buys them. They tell customers they are holding stock for black friday sale lol . You guys think ppl are that dumb?

    This wal mart is well organized and good customer service. Also they have great products also. For example my mother loved down pillows from Germany she got . I got very bad headache from those pillows. But I started using wal mart pillows they are cheaper than most and the best pillows I ever owed. They are very much worth it. No more headaches and no more fancy memory foam pillows also. Walmart makes the best pillows.

    As you can see from the picture at 10:30 in the morning there are no staff except the lady to the right. Self-checkout and all cashiers missing. Shame on Walmart for making people wait in line for a few dollars savings. If you're in a hurry avoid this store.

    I was just looking at the exit cause I was waiting for my friend and security guard was following me even though they’re a bunch of empty packaging near the mall entrance and one person was touching my belongings and thought it Walmart was restocking it and my court had Dollarama stuff and a used buggy so how can that be Walmart stuff Walmart Needs to increase the security because this is not right what if they had to rob it

    You only need 2 security guards not 4. Don't invite your friends to the job. We'll this store looks very quiet 🤫. 🤫 There is not much of the Deli Express Bacon on the shelf. You guys had little things last week. This week sale seems alright.

    Can you believe they closed all the cashier's and forced everyone to self check out? What has happened to customer service? It was like a circus. The people I feel it for, are the elder persons who are not adapt to certain technology or cannot see clearly. Total disappointment👎🏾

    Today while shopping at this location I approached an employee about something and was quite pleasantly surprised. Julio took the time to make me feel appreciated as a Customer, and I left feeling just that. "APPRECIATED" Thank You Julio for all that you do and I wish more Customer Service Representatives make Shoppers feel welcome and not afraid to ask a question.

    Please educate your staff where are the products are. When I asked for cream for baking, one lady told she doesn’t know and she simply ignored me and left us. You cannot wear the yellow vest which is stated How can I help you? , if you don’t know anything.

    Avoid this location at all costs unless emergency. Even with a proper receipt and etc they will give you a difficult time. Not ro mention make you wait minimum 5-15 minutes to cash out.

    It was fun! Lots of variety, everything from office supplies to pet supplies to certain groceries and also electronics and clothing. Everything you could possibly need. I'm pretty sure it's some treadmills and all kinds of great stuff like that. And I was just if you live in the area check check it out it really is a major spot in the neighborhood. Also if you're broke like me, They have a really good points plan 🤙👍🤟😄

    This location should be ashamed of there service, one culture working in the store and not one of them knows whats going on, slow, rude and don't know anything about what's in store. Close the store down, shelfs are empty and a whole lot of staff walking around not doing anything, this location sucks, wanting to give a 0.

    Always go to that Walmart because it's close by and everytime no carts are never available. On April 20th 2022 I came in the morning decided to confront the manager wearing a suit thinking he will do something about but didn't instead he just said yes it's ridiculous and went back to removing Easter chocolate egg on the shelves... I also went to pick up my online order been and they end up charging me twiceeeee and took at least 4 different customer rep to help now I have to wait 72hrs for them to fix the problem they caused....bad customer service both end in store and online.

    I have a good experience with other Walmart but on this area, It was a tough one. The place is neat and well packed, there’s no aisle that you think needs restocking. My horrible experience happened on the Self-Serve Area. There’s no bags at all 😫. I am lucky I only have 2 items to buy, but imagine your terror if you have a lot.

    Got most of the thing on my Christmas list checked off. Had 2 employees double check inventory to make sure I didn't walk away without what I was looking for. There was 1 person that said if it's not there we don't have it and the other that was standing with her went and checked if it was there and found the last 2 mini trampolines that I over looked and came back to find me so I could take it home. Thank you ! You made my holiday happier.

    Provides the necessities one need to take care of their family. They are open late allowing for that last minute item you may need. The store is clean, well lit and carries most of the products you would find in other walmart stores. The store is relitavely centralized where public transport is concerned allowing you to shop and catch your bus in any direction and with the option to get on and off the TTC is makes this a good walmart to shop.

    I scanned and paid for every item in my cart. And the lady standing above me as I was paying for bought items accused me of stealing because she did not notice when I scanned the ice melter. She started telling me that I had to ring it in and pay for it. But I already did. When the receipt printed I then showed her that it was paid for. She finally backed off once I proved that it was paid for. I don't steal and I don't appreciate being accused of stealing either. If she asked to see my receipt, that would have been different. But she straight out called me a theif before seeing my bill. I typically go to this location 2-3 times per week. Will never be returning to this location. They think every shopper is a theif.

    Never in stock... Employees at customer service are very friendly to each other and ignore thr fact that there are customers around waiting fir service So far 20 min wait here for them to locate a product in the back that show in stock.... Happend 3 weeks ago and manager was able to find product quickly....

    The worst costumer service they have and people works are the unprofessional, none of the Walmart locks their carts but this location does because of stealing carts hahaha…when I asked them what can I do they said I don’t know solve it yourself we don’t care. Their supervisor needs to take an action because these people needs to improve their selves with customer service. I did not know that they are asking for the c25 I was not prepare for that rude costumer service.

    Need to purchase something that's locked up. It took them seven minutes to get over to the shelf. Then she had a full attitude. The associate on the floor had to call them 3 times for there to be a response. Absolutely ridiculous

    June 25 ,2223 I went to this store to return my item for $15,the girl told me to tap my card for refunding my money back,when I check my card the next day,it was charge back $15,I check my card the next day June 27,I got scared with different websites for over $400 within one day,lucky it was my prepay card so they scammed all $ I got I there plus still pending.i never got scam with my card till used this card at this Walmart, the girl returned my money $15 then she charge me back right away and I got scammed all my money in my card,be careful to shop at this store.

    Shelves always empty Baskets always never put at the front. I have to walk to the self check out and pick one up. I don’t know how many times I mentioned this to them. Baskets need to be where we walk in not where we check out. So frustrating. Don’t know who manages this place. Don’t blame the employees if management doesn’t care

    I rarely go to this location because it’s just terrible all around. Today I went and the employee directing everyone at the self serve was just rude as hell. Yelling at someone multiple times to “use their finger” to start the self serve. What the hell kind of help is that? The staff here are the worst and this store needs better management and a huge staff overhaul and training but then again look at the location so I don’t even know why I’m bothering leaving this review. And the store has trash everywhere, just a disgusting place.

    It was really busy and alot of things weren't on the shelves. And I've been having a lot of things are shrink wrapped all around, and still in boxes and on skids. And they're not even enough staff, so bad that there employees are not very useful. It's really getting worse. I don't want to go shopping there anymore 😫 😩 😪 SAD

    Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this Walmart. No one answers the phone. I ordered nearly 400 pictures, came to pick them up and they weren't "ready the next day!" (they were ready 3 days later), and was only given 150. I'm hoping they will have the other like 200 photos still there that I've already payed for.

    Went here a few days ago. The store looks very dirty and musty. They have like no games for ps4 even thought it said they did online. They wasted like 30 minutes looking for fifa at the back and they didn't even have it. Also had a shortage on grocery items. If you wanna go to Walmart, go to the one on Islington.

    Wonderful customer service was given by the associate named Kaha 🤩🤩in the fashion section….i couldnt get clothes of my size on the floor….being very kind and attentive associate didn’t hesitate to check backroom for my size ….really appreciated her help….luv ya KAHA🤩🤩

    The staff was busy talking on their own phone. They locked the razor cabinet. I rang the bell many times but no staff came to help me. I even waved at them. They saw me but still ignored me. I think you should take out the bell. And stop selling razors.
