If you want fast service, this is your place. I waited less than 10 mins to see the doctor and I was satisfied with the consultation.

Despite seeing negative reviews mainly aimed towards waiting times, which is something a person should expect seeing as it’s a walk-in clinic! Aside from that I’ve been there many times and am yet to have a negative experience! The doctor is an experienced , knowledgeable one, he is very serious about patience health care and I personally believe that those are high on my list of qualities I want in my health care provider. The staff is highly accommodating and friendly and the hours are very convenient. I appreciate all that Dr . Dief has done in regards to my health care, highly recommend him and his office to anyone seeking professional services.

The doctor is awful!!! This one particular secretary is so rude and disgusting. Racist environment. The doctor does not listen to you. He just shrugs you off and give you what he wants to give you. Disgusting! This man is not properly trained. He wouldn’t even care to check anything you complain about.

There is a reason why this office is not busy , very bad service by the Indian woman receptionist she is not friendly and doesn't say hi to patient when at front desk. She needs to learn customer service skills. Judging by most of the reviews other people feel the same way too. Dr Deif himself is not too bad he kinda hurry you up though. Remember there is a reason why this doctor office is always empty when you walk in . Receptionist is rude.

Been going here for 25 years and have had my family doc here since I was born. I am now being told this is not my family doc and I am being turned away. They dont care about your well being here. They just want to swipe your ohip card and get paid.

I was a little skeptical about going here at first because of the reviews but now I’m sure, it’s not the place that’s the problem it’s more so the people that attend this place, they are the problem! Overall had an amazing fast experience and the place was very well maintained. The lady at the front desk is actually one of the nicest souls I’ve ever come across and Dr. Dief was more than helpful.

I spoke with the staff at the front desk and I was told that they close at 6:00 like it says on their website. I reached there at 4:50 and the doors were locked and when the doctor came out he said sometimes we have to leave early. This made absolutely no sense to me. I called and no one made me aware that the doctor would be leaving early, hence why I hate wasting my time and I could have gone to a different walk-in clinic

The best and least thing I can say is, every comment about this place is true… The receptionist act like they are in their home country, no professionalism or so The doctor was in a hurry to just tell me to go get a blood test, and he said something different from what I’m actually passing through… Experience it at your own risk 🤷‍♀️

The doctor has the least professional interest in patients. 1 minutes, you are out. For an annual physical exam, he doesn't even bother to measure blood pressure, or anything in fact, just a lab test prescription, off you go. His knowledge is outdated. He does not know what tests you need for your conditions and age group. You need to do the reseach yourself because he is not going to ask you any questions. If you are concerned with two of your conditions, or a routine test and something else, he asks you to come again for another visit. How much tax payers are billed for each visit? How long a session normally lasts at an office? Ordered a test kit but receptionist forgot to mail it. Had to call to find out what happened one month later. Don't expect a smile there. I have lost respect for most so-called professionals, doctors, lawyers, etc. Majority of them are in the business just for the money - that is still okay if they do their job properly. But they don't and they get away with it.

Been coming here since I was a baby when Dr.Kenaith(RIP) use to own this place. The receptionist has been here for that long as well. Dr.Dief is really nice, not the absolute best but that’s expected for a walk in clinic because it’s “walk in” not a family doctor. He gives you what you want if you ask for it which is fine by me.

I have been here many times, but this visit I noticed even more compassion due to my complaints on a Humber Hospital Dr. I wish he was my family doctor, i'll continue with him as long as I can walk-in. Secretary is also very helpful and kind.

Dr Dief was great; he listened to me, and gave me the different prescription I needed, as the medicine I got a prescription for from the hospital ended up making me really sick. I’m so grateful to him for seeing me so quickly.

Terrible experience. As all other reviews have stated, receptionists are terrible. All you need to really ask patients if it's a medical emergency or not. They ask what's wrong and try to turn you away no matter what. When did the receptionist get a medical license? Why is this place a walk-in if you try to turn away all the patients anyways? One of the receptionists is obviously very judgemental and will constantly roll her eyes at you.

The doc said my kid is fine its nothing and didnt give any medicine. then went to other doctor my kid have sore throat and inlfamation thats why he was so sick. Just wondering if the doctor here check my kid thoroughly or nothing😔 dont recommend this clinic

Love this clinic the doctor is so excellent Dr. A Dief .staff is approachable too.

I get my allergy shot there. They are fast, low wait time.

Dr Dief is very accommodating. The clinic is busy at times but the wait tmes are reasonable.

yeah the doctor not very professional despite seeing so many negative comments about this clinic I decided to try anyways and thank God I had my health card expired and I couldn't go and see the doctor because the reception was super rude and the doctor he looks like he would give you Google suggestions about your condition so I'm glad that I didn't get to see him that day I don't know if they're just not very friendly to people of colour but I'm just glad I didn't go and disclose personal information

Why don’t you guys update your hours online instead of having people waste their time ?

I never do google reviews but I felt I had to do one after my visit. First was the rude receptionist but I don't care as I just wanted to see the doctor After seeing Dr. Dief it is obvious he is only there to collect a pay check. Didn't care to listen about my symptoms and assumed he knew what was wrong with me without doing any kind of examination. Extremely inappropriate approach... I felt extremely uncomfortable. The office was empty and now I know why. Go to any other doctor and stay away from this place.
