    The only good point for this store is the location, otherwise I won't come to this store. Each time I went, they always missed some ingredients to finish my order. It is ok if you order normal, easy drink. This store does not give me any Starbucks feeling, no services.

    Some reason this location doesn't make their coffee well, it always tastes a bit bitter. I've confirmed this with multiple visits and different coworkers. Starbucks is great, just not this location. I give them 5.5/10

    I'm sorry to say that this is the one Starbucks I've been to in Canada that seems to have fallen short of Starbucks' usually high standards for customer service. The staff here just doesn't seem to get it - they should review that training and be more helpful and pleasant.

    This Starbucks is great. Staff are very friendly. Granted it could use more space because the seats that are there are always occupied - just so happens that I don't tend to need a seat here, so not a big deal to me. But if you're looking to have a meeting, you may have to wait. It gets better in the summer because they put out all of the patio furniture, so there's double the space.

    Good experience. Visited to get a carton of coffee for 10 people. Wait wasn't too long despite morning rush, and staff were pleasant. A barista provided us with a business card to call in advance if ordering for large groups in the future. Only downside is that there is an extra charge for almond milk.

    Horrible service... Gave me the wrong order and laughed about it with bad attitude. Then I threw out my drink because it was disgusting! People who gave good reviews for this place probably have not been here in recent times. The first couple times I here, it was pretty good in Dec 2017. Now in 2018 this is one of my least favorite Starbucks in the city. Probably they changed their staff in 2018 because now their staff are very inexperienced. I will not be going there again.

    I'm the kind of person who enjoys the little luxuries in life, and willing to pay for them: I know there are cheaper options, I lean towards Starbucks for the atmosphere and the experience. I've been a Starbucks Gold star member for a number of years now. And although they aren’t perfect all the time, if brought to their attention, they tend to correct and make up for the errors by offering a small gesture. My go to drink always been blonde grande in a vente with extra room for my milk, as I do like a lot of it (I get triple milk in Tim Hortons).  For the last couple of years I have upgraded to Americano, and kept the recipe the same: grande in a vente. Since I have been stuck at home for the last 4 months, I started going to a local Starbucks, but the experience has been less then pleasant. In my last 4 visits with mobile order: First order was missing my bagel, I had to point it out and they ended up making them couple of minutes later 2nd order was good! Yay! 3rd order although the coffee clearly said extra milk, the person just filled it up with water, making it for a less then enjoyable watered down beverage. The knife was also missing in my bagel with butter 4th order, I decided to check for milk, and there wasn’t nearly enough in there. I asked the gentlemen behind the counter to please top it up with milk, he said that it is an extra charge, after I clarified that I am just looking for some more milk in my coffee, he told me that I can talk to his manager. I didn’t want to talk to his manager. I just wanted some more milk in my $4 coffee. In addition to that, no butter or knife has been place in my bagel with butter. At this point – I am done: at least with this location. Overpaying for coffee, and being charged for milk and repeatedly getting my order wrong is enough.
