The person who made our drink dropped and left a cup/shaker lid in one of our drinks. With Covid-19, it's very upsetting to see that precautions are not being taken seriously and they're not considering the safety of their customers.

Surprisingly the best location with the most well-mannered staff. All the staff members were courteous, professional and their service was quick despite the rush of late-night customers. Our hot bubble tea was actually steaming hot which means perfect. Over the past few years I avoided most locations due to their lack of service and the deteriorating quality of their drinks including at this location. I will now have a reason to return here in the future primarily for their staff's above-average service among all the late-night Yonge and Finch spots.

Really Cheap management. Went in moments ago (during a snow storm for pickup) after paying online. Specified on order (as done previously) that I have a dog and would not be able to go in. Since I ordered a lot, I gave tips on top of this, knowing that today would be slow for them. I let staff know at the door, Cashier comes up carrying all my items without a bag (during a snow storm) and expects me to carry it out. I asked for a bag, he said I would be charged 15 cents! I told him I had paid well more than that on the tips. I didn't bother arguing I took out 15 cents from my wallet. Cashier asked me to come inside with my dog as they don't accept cash! I feel uncomfortable to do this as I don't feel that privilege to enter a food establishment despite municipal health codes barring from doing so. This is the only way I could get my order... I went in paid using my debit. They were so kind to charge me an extra 2 cents tax on top of the 15 cents. After doing this I told the cashier that this experience is really cheap. All three staff looked at me (not doing anything on a slow snow storm day) and ignored me saying this. This bag charge wasn't even offered on the app. They violated health codes for 17 cents?

Used to frequent this place a lot since we live in the area, but they now charge 15 cents for plastic bags. Really annoying when you’re ordering more than one drink and we all know the sky high profit margins for these drinks. Do yourself a favour and don’t pay the 15 cents and grab a free one at the Shoppers next door if you do plan on getting drinks from this location. Doesn’t seem to be a corporate thing as other chatimes don’t charge for them.

This location was semi-busy in the evening and it did take a little longer to order, but overall service was still smooth and drinks were prepared fairly quickly. The store was clean and still had seating available. Would definitely go back.

Came today to order a QQ Mango Juice during the afternoon. I was surprised that the one worker on shift was able to make a dozen drinks during a short amount of time. The price was average and I love that there are drink deals and coupons which I was able to use at this location. Our drink was made quickly and accurately. The setting was neat and tidy and the atmosphere was nice inside. I would recommend this location near Yonge and Finch to whoever wants to get bubble tea, juice, or smoothies.

We tried the new Holiday drinks with a shot of premium espresso. You can choose your blend and intensity level - light, medium, or dark roast. COFFEE LOVERS should go with the intense a.k.a dark roast!! We tried: * Espresso Brown Sugar Pearls Roasted Milk Tea with Crema - you can choose the base between milk tea, roasted milk tea, or fresh milk. We go with the roasted milk tea and 50%. You can taste the smooth yet strong espresso shot in it! I really love the crema too * Espresso Signature Milk Tea - brewed from premium loose leaf black tea with the added espresso shot. We had this with the normal boba, or you can also get it with brown sugar boba and other toppings. For this drink, I put normal sugar level. These espresso drinks are my fave so far! And a perfect pick-me-up for this festive season. I hope it will be on their permanent menu! Can't go wrong with Chatime's super chewy boba

Worst customer service ever. I didn't have my wallet, so I ordered 2 cakes through Ritual and they gave me 2 boxes, which does not have handles. It was hard to grab. When I got home and checked the cakes, the tiramisu was damaged. Don't buy baked goods here. There are plenty of better places around this area.

$10 for a drink is quite a lot, but it's tasty. When I ordered pick-up through doordash, I was asked to pay $0.50 for a bag. Thanks, but their prices are premium.

Standard chatime. The place is a bit small and sometimes out of stock for new items but otherwise the quality is always there and staff is always pleasant. They also have a small bakery section for those who like macarons. Overall a good place for bubble tea but nothing too outstanding or new.

Order has to be repeated many times and never asked if I needed a bag or not, so it was assumed they provide the small bag? Once asked for a bag, the sever / cashier asked for 15 cents.. Suggest to turn the music down if the server cannot pick up what the customer is saying.. Used to line up when this place opened up as the first store / branch in Ontario..

Great service. My bubble tea dropped to the ground and all got spilled when I was opening the door to exist. Then I was going to buy and pay for another one, but the storefront told me I didn't have to pay and they gave me one for free. It was very impressive

My girlfriend ordered a mango slush. She likes them a bit thicker, but I tasted it and thought it was quite good. Cozy place with limited seating.

My first time milk tea from Chatime. The Earlgrey milk tea was SO WATERY and barely tasted Earlgrey..... it was hard to tell if there's milk or tea. I even ordered it without any ice. Really disappointed for a pearl milk tea that costs 8 dollars!

Bad customer service. The cashier didn’t let me use my voucher since their system error. Submitted the issue to their website. No even feedback. Still dunno why customer has to pay for their system error.

We had the Grapefruit bubble tea and peachy bubble tea. The Bubble tea at Chatime is always great, I have never been disappointed. The service was great and the attendant was very helpful. Also the line up moved really fast so don't be scared if you ever see a line up at the store. I highly recommend.

It's nice and quick. The drinks are same as every other chatime. In a area where there are 20 plus boba store this one is still busy

Friendly and kind staffs with great bubble teas!

Asked for minimum ice, put half cup with ice. Keep telling me only that’s is the standard of that’s the “standard” for less ice. Stay away, will never come back, worst place I ever been. $7 for half cup of ice.

Not my favourite location. The tea is inconsistent and the staff aren’t very friendly (The cashier didn’t even say hello) They ran out of the green tea base and didn’t mention it until 20 mins later we waited (they’re making a new batch). There was one guy making drinks and the poor cashier was doing the mobile orders. Very disorganized. I hope they improve the level of service

This is our go-to chat time - my partner and I love hot and cold drinks and are never disappointed. My favorite - Thai milk tea cold. I always find bubble overly sweet so I recommend asking for only 20% or less sugar. For drink that are fruit based; like manho slush, ask for no sugar. Anything with bubbles, no sugar since the bubbles are already coated. Enjoy!

The bubble tea is good but cake was really old ! Tiramisu taste bad .. it had stayed for few days in store and was not fresh. Expect better for such a small cake with high price.

We got the BT21 drinks for lunar new year and the packaging was super cute. However for the Kosmos drink, this location ran out of the grape syrup and gave us peach syrup instead, which was a bit lacking in flavour. The service was friendly however and if you're a fan of BTS I would say it's worth getting it for the packaging.

Really good service just had to wait pretty long for my order but other than that good!

Came at 12:20pm today to grab a drink asked kindly if they still offered happy hour special. Chinese girl is RUDE. “It’s on poster, start at 1” excuse me this is why you’re a cashier a boba shop in your 30s. I left. Will not return. Ever. Fix your service Chatime. 15 other Boba stores nearby. Don’t hire rude sassy cashiers who hate their job. They need some of that brown sugar to lighten their face!

The drinks are good but now they charge you 15 cents for a branded bag of theirs. It’s not my fault you guys got nice bags and have to charge the customers for it

Great location. Taste is always consistent, service could be better but at the end of yhe day it’s just bubble tea, I guess service isn’t that important.

This us one of the joints me and my friends usually hangout at before covid. Now they are only doing takeout because of the lockdown. The quality is consistent and always good. I can always order the same thing and be happy with it. The staff are also very friendly. The unit is also wheelchair accessible.

Ordered via their homepage. They gave me cold tea mistakingly while I ordered hot one. As we were in hurry we did not ask them to remake, I was disappointed a bit. It was tasty though!

Delicious drinks and macaroons. For a bubble tea establishment their baked goods are good quality.

Same as Gon cha the bubble tea was good and I prefer the non sugar one. Everything looks nice

Not usually a huge fan but these desserts were not bad for the price point!
