Aroma always has it's pride in making with wide variety of quality food. Specially in this location I like the way they treat their customers. I guess the chef named Asheber(Ash) is the best of all their crew members, his excellence in preparing the food, the quality and taste is just top notch. He deserves a raise. I'm personally a big fan of their hot beverages and pastries. Highly recommend this place, much needed try if you haven't tried yet. Keep up the good work for the quality food you serve and to the great team.

During my morning commute to Brampton, I encountered a situation where I had to exit the highway due to a significant accident that had occurred on it. As a result, I decided to take a detour and make a pit stop for coffee at aroma espresso bar. Upon entering, I received a warm greeting and was guided to the counter to place my order. The payment process was swift and efficient. To my delight, my coffee was presented on the counter, accompanied by a small piece of chocolate, which I found to be a delightful and thoughtful gesture. The coffee preparation area was impeccably clean, offering a wide array of choices. It was during this visit that I had my first taste of sugar water, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. The espresso bar was vibrant with activity, yet there were ample seating options both indoors and outdoors. The entire area was well-maintained and clean, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. However, I did note that parking posed an issue, as the only available parking option was paid street parking, which could be somewhat inconvenient.

Aroma Coffee truly lives up to its name, offering a delightful selection of coffee that warms the soul. The cappuccino, in particular, stood out with its perfect blend of flavor and creamy texture. While the cheese stick didn't quite meet expectations, it was a minor misstep in an otherwise fantastic experience. The carrot cake was a pleasant surprise, moist and rich, adding a sweet note to the visit. The excellent service at Aroma Coffee further enhanced the experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure each guest felt welcome and cared for, while their expertise in coffee preparation shined through in every cup served.

Unfortunately today I had horrible experience here. Aroma was my lovely place. But when I came here this morning cashier (her name was Sue) gave me wrong order. I ordered Oat meal but I got steamed milk. I ordered Oatmeal again. And I found lipstick mark on my mug. Staff gave me dirty mug. It's unbelievable actually. I said about I got wrong order and cashier just answered sorry and took this milk. It's really weird for me. I'm upset because I loved this place but today I deleted my old 5 stars review. Unprofessional staff is providing horrible customer service

Nice place with delicious and healthy food. The coffee is also decent. This time I had cortado. Earlier tasted cappuccino, latte and mocco. It’s a busy place. Not easy to find a spare seat. If you come early in the morning you will find a seat but prepare to wait for your order, because there are tons of takeouts. I like the place and visit it every now and then.

They fill my cup all the way! Thank the heavens! It really makes me upset when I order a coffee and they don’t fill the cup up fully. Anyway. Delicious coffee. I recommend their mocha - chocolate chunks in the bottom to mix into your frothed milk and shot of espresso. Topped with cocoa powder. It’s a wonderful pick me up. Aroma has quite a lot of coffee to choose from, I would suggest stopping by this coffee chain the next chance you get!

Great place, with a patio and gentle music playing outside. Yesterday they played Fairouz, a Lebanese favorite artist of mine. Good coffee and service, and I’m utilizing the place while on vacation staying nearby

Just my personal opinion, I liked their coffee more than getting a coffee from Tim hortons even though Aroma costs high. They had the correct ratio of milk thickness to make a coffee. Service was so good. Kind and polite staffs. Dining space is bit congested. Everything else is fine.

Great spot for grab & go, as there isn’t often much place to sit, especially first half of the day. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Space is mostly clean. Love their matcha & sandwiches.

It’s my favourite place to hang out. Outside patio sitting area is beautiful with flower boxes. I recommend breakfast there as options are good enough for people. It has accessible washrooms and staff are nice. Family entertainment Enjoy

Ordered this for brunch and to say it was good is an understatement!! My Uber was late but despite his lateness my food was absolutely delicious! Fresh flaky buttery croissant dressed perfectly with the right amount of mayo. Lentil soup was delightful! Did not feel heavy or too over seasoned. I was absolutely pleased with my order and satisfied to the fullest. I will definitely be ordering from here again and will be dining in next time. If you’re looking for fresh healthy options don’t overlook this place. It’s better than cafe landwer and eviva. And the teas are fresh and cold pressed. So no added preservatives or other nasty ingredients. The only thing if you do go in, seating is very limited and they do allow “service dogs” in there which can be unpleasant to some especially if they are not trained properly.

Nice and friendly people. Nice place even for cold winter days with high windows. Still feel seating by street. Interior area is not that big though, but with new restriction release, probably you can find seat!

This place was amazing. Loved the vibe and the food was literally incredible. Had the avocado toast and the vegan burger (went two days in a row because my hotel was across the street lol). Wish we had these where I am from - too good.

Chill place to chill on a chill weekend :) The iced aroma is delicious. Their matcha latte has vanilla syrup in it, fyi. The staffs are friendly here! Lots of tables and seatings

Real good cafe, except for the stupid door that doesn't work the way you expect. Just imagine, you go inside the cafe, get a whole tray of coffee, food, etc., then you have to PULL to open the door.... just think on that for a second... Also, chairs are always in your way and you have to ask other people to move their chairs so you can get through... The menu selection is pretty good though.

Real mangooosss. I love the ambience, food, coffee and drinks hereee. The place is perfect if you have someone with you. Its beside the park where you cam go outside to drink or just stay inside for a warmer temp.

Great location with beautiful outdoor seating and decent indoor seating. Service was great and quick while ordering and my large iced matcha latte with oat milk was delicious and very strong, which I loved. My group and I were very grateful to have found Aroma to fulfill our caffeine and workspace needs when TPL across the street could not accommodate us due to COVID distancing measures. My only critique (which is beyond the staff’s control) is that there are few electrical outlets (I could only spot 1 next to the napkins area), so be mindful of this if you intend on spending hours there to work. If I am in need of coffee in the area, I will likely visit again!

The food and drink are fine. But the staff definitely need to be trained better for take out customers. They left everything on the counter without any packs, I even need to ask a paper bag for my order (2 coffee plus 2 sandwiches). Take-out orders should be ready for take out when they present to customers.

As my understanding for last 2 years this is a pet friendly cafe. So I just went into the shop with my dog as usual and ordered dine-in dinner. I paid tips for din-in as well. Right after I was charged I was told that dogs are never allowed to be in, I have to sit at patio. There is no even patio seats and its 0 degree outside! are you kidding me? Very bad service. Give me the tip back lol

Aroma's one of my face places to go to for brunches-if-im-on-time-constraint. I loved the cashier's service from the very start. Got the personal tuna croissant sandwich, apple danish, and small sencha green tea. It tasted so fresh. Can't wait to come back again!

Great coffee and pastries. Employees are friendly too. Sometimes it gets busy and there isn't a great deal of seating.

Came here to get some writing done, and I ordered an iced latte. It tasted okay, but the bottom of the cup had a lot of coffee grounds and it wasn't pleasant to get them in my mouth while I was drinking it. I really hope that this was just a one-time experience from here, as the environment of this place is nice, clean, and conducive to being productive.

Food was okay, staff was friendly but there was a woman next to be who kept coughing and spitting in a plastic bag ! The staff saw and did not say anything. I had to leave as I could not take it anymore after she coughed and spat at least 5-6 times!!

Went to this place for the very 1st time. I loved the atomosphere and also the food is delicious with great presentation. The prices are affordable and worth the taste. I ordered hazelnut Latte, Aroma coffee, chocolate chip cookie and Chicken avocado sandwich all the items are super tasty. and As the summer started you have sit out outside the cafe where you can enjoy the food and also the weather. Over all I loved and I am definitely going to visit again

I asked for a sandwich on whole wheat. They gave it to me on Rye and the sandwich fell apart as I was eating it because of how soggy the bread was. The food is pricey and they can't get basic orders right. I would understand if they were extremely busy when I came but they weren't.

It seems like this place had no training for staff at all. We asked for 4 latte and the lady put only 2 in the system. After we corrected her and waited a long time for her at the counter, she somehow managed to get the order wrong again, only this time the total rocketed to 55$ for 4 regular latte. While she was trying to fix the issues again, we roughly timed our second wait and it was roughly 8+ minutes. We then asked for a bag and a tray to hold the cups, the lady got impatient before we said anything and just threw a tray to the corner of the counter to get us out of the line. Please save yourself some trouble and negativity by choosing any other nearby coffee spots, there is no point waiting almost 15min for an aroma coffee and have the cashier roll her eyes at you.

Last time I went here, I saw the asian lady making drinks at the front was touching/rubbing her nose, didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves after to make customer’s orders. I saw she scratched her nose and with those fingers she grabbed tea bags and also sniffed with her nose after dragging down her mask. I think the guy in the kitchen is practicing more accurate hygiene since he wore new gloves to make my salad after he took my order. I’m never ordering my drinks here.

I can't remember when I was sitting down on the restaurant or cafe's patio and order something to eat or drink. This morning it was finally possible because of reopening. Great breakfast and delicious coffee! Thank you!

I expected better from Aroma. Ordered two power breakfast. The sunny side up eggs were broken. The easyover was cooked through. They weren’t busy but didn’t bother to apologize when I politely asked them for fix. Smiles would do wonders. Will think twice before returning. I’ve had much better CS elsewhere. Thanks

Such a cosy cafe with a convenient location. Just steps from North York Centre station. Baristas are friendly and staff are constantly wiping down tables. It was a bit hard snagging an indoor seat during COVID but ample patio seating available if you can stand a little bit of chilly weather.

My friend recommended this cafe, and luckily we're able to get hangout here. I must say I have my new favorite drink, this is Hazelnut Latte, also, they give free small chocolate bar for every drink you buy. Will definitely get coffee here again! The staff are all friendly.
