Customer serivce obviously would need improvement, when i order a drink there, i saw a short-haired lady playing with her phone with zero intentions to greet the customer, and require the other staff whom is busy moving inventory to run over and serve me. This is unacceptable. Also, this same lady had her eye glued to the phone to a point that the other staff had to serve me and make my drink while she is happily watching her phone. It seems to me that she is not working at all. The drink is good though, just this service is beyond satisfactory, it is completely bad.

I absolutely love Kung Fu Tea! The bubble teas are my favorite and they always make them perfectly. The tea is always fresh and the bubbles are always perfectly cooked. I also love the fact that they have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. I always get the green tea with lychee bubbles and it is amazing! The service is also great, they are always very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Ordered a rose milk tea. Pleasantly surprised at how tasty the drink was. Except for the fact that I asked for no ice and got half a cup of ice, and that I specifically asked for no sugar and was not advised that the rose flavoring was a syrup. Not impressed. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The storefront has very little space so you can expect to only order drinks for take out as there isn't a place to sit. If you ask nicely and are a customer of course, the staff might be able to let you use the bathroom (as was the case for us). Tried the Pearl Latte w/Brown Sugar and was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality and balance. Although it felt a tad too milky, the brown sugar "sauce" and tapioca were delicious. I don't typically enjoy bubble tea with full sugar, but I could appreciate the rich brown sugar taste as well as how soft and warm the tapioca was too. Often hard to go wrong with any of the drinks from their menu!

Rubbish Customer Service and Rubbish Taro tea. I came back after a Rose Tea which was ok but missing the bubbles. I told the guy on the till that I had previously visited and there may have been some confusion with my order, the bubbles were missing despite requesting and paying for them. Anyway, He looked too miserable to care and to be honest Im not sure if he understood my feedback. So, I proceed to order a Taro tea with bubbles. Firstly it tasted nothing like Taro. The second thing he put in bubbles as he was putting gold dust in the cup, Ive paid the extra for the topping so why be so indecisive and tight with the portion. Anyway, seeing that I paid, I did finish the drink, would have been great to return it but given his reponse to my previous concern, I thought its not worth it. The bubbles were finished half way through the drink, and the rest was just not a good experience! I kicked myself for going there. I dont recommend this place unless you're going to direct the person on exactly how you want the drink made and watch them measure out the receipe - in which case you might as well make it yourself at home!

It was a good place. But not anymore. Today I order 2 milk foam oolong tea with AGAR BUBBLE. But when I come home and drink, there were no toppings! My house is far so I couldn’t comback and complain. They charged me around $19 for these 2 drinks but no topping! Even the milk foam is not good! Avoid this place!

Good bubble tea shop. Service was fast and got our drinks pretty quick even with a few orders in front of us. Close to work and would love to try their fruit teas as it looks pretty refreshing. Had the 38 milk king tea and it was decent. The grass jelly didn’t have the smooth consistency of other places I have had, but the tea was pretty good. They use honey as the substitute for sugar levels and even at 30% honey level, it did kind of overpower the entire drink. Didn’t get a picture of the tea as it was a warm drink and it smells in a solid cup. Wanted to get the job Hong Kong style waffles as there was a picture on the side but it was sold out. Will come back to try the fruit teas in the summer.

I requested to pay with my Kung Fu tea e-wallet. They accidentally redeemed my points. When I pointed this out, the workers said they had to call their boss to ask how to do this. I offered to wait but they assured me it would be done. But when I checked my account later, the proper amount of points was not returned and the wrong amount of money was deducted from my account too. On top of that, I noticed that the person making my drink had added ice when I requested no ice and so he poured out the ice, but then he just filled the cup with water and so the drink tasted quite watery instead of the usual taste. =( I think this is an isolated incident with an inexperienced worker so I would still go back in the future. I'm hoping someone will reach out and help me resolve the issue with my account. Thanks!

The service is excellent, with friendly and enthusiastic staff always ready to offer help and recommendations. The tea drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, and I especially love their pearl milk tea, which never fail to satisfy my taste buds. The store's environment is comfortable and clean, making me feel relaxed and happy every time I visit. Overall, I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea as an outstanding bubble tea shop that is definitely worth a try!

By far the WORST store. Awful service and awful tea. Ordered 2 large tea. I didn’t even receive the ordered product. Ordered a brown sugar pearl milk tea and I don't even know what I received but it certainly wasn’t the one I ordered. The tea was watered down and had some kind of awful taste. I ordered an iced drink but got a hot one in an iced drink cup and when I asked he said they are low on ice. What I don’t understand is why are they not letting the customers know while ordering. Asked for a receipt but apparently “they were low on paper”!! The employee helped me clearly wasn’t interested in working in that store. I don't recommend this particular store to even my worst enemy!!!!

My brother ordered an egg puff (egg waffle), and the staff gave him a burnout egg waffle shown in (figure 1), which tasted awful. The standard egg waffle should look like the photo (figure 2). I am extremely disappointed due to the poor quality of the egg puff. One more thing that has to be mentioned, the store raised the egg puff price from $4 to $4.5 without changing any of the posters in their store. The staff told my brother after being asked about the price, and my brother said to me that he felt like he got scammed in the first place. I do not recommend any food product from this store.

I just ordered an egg waffle, and the egg waffle was burned out! It tastes awful! Acrid and tasted like some sort of carbon?, especially after it cools. Also, a point worth noting is that though the poster in front of the door shows that the egg waffle is $4. But I saw the egg waffle cost me $4.5. So I told the lady about it and she told me that they just changed the price. I was speechless… still I ordered because It was just 50 cents. But I felt like I got scam…

I’ve seen many good reviews in this tea shop and decided to order one of the brown sugar bubble teas. It was more bitter than other brands and the brown sugar taste did not come out right. Not a good go-to drink in my opinion, to say the least.

So good! I recently tried this place and was quite impressed. I’d been wanting to try the ice cream black warrior for a while now and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back again. This is a small location right on Yonge street so it’s best to access it by walking or subway as there is limited street parking around.

They have a lot of interesting teas on their menu which was nice since a lot of bubble tea places generally have the same stuff with different names. Staff were friendly and patient and helped us choose what to order. I ventured out and ordered something different and it was really good! They have the cutest cups as well! If you give them your phone number you can collect points as well.

I tried their Matcha with Red Bean— it was good and on a sweet side of a Matcha side. The drink it self is good but the customer service is kinda off.

This was my go to spot whenever I am in the area but recently the times I have gone for take out, their drink quality has diminished. The taste is fine but the drinks are not filled to the top. I thought that maybe it was a one time occurrence so I visited again with some months in between but met with the same result.

What a cute little place! I love the design of the store and logos and cups! The staff are plentiful and work fast and hard. The selection of drinks is huge and everything is freshly made. No powders here! The tapioca pearls are sweet and delicious and go with every drink very well. Will return for sure!

Ordered the warrior bubble tea with ice cream. Soft and sweet tapioca pearls which was probabaly one of the best bubble teas I've ever had.

A really great bubble tea store. Kung Fu Tea bubble teas are the best ones I every had. I especially enjoy the Milk King 38 they sell. The store is also situated in a really convenient place. Students from Claude Watson School for the Arts and Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts can easily come to this store after school to have a fun time with friends. The staff are really nice.

Today both cups spit open on the way home. $20 for a bag of mess, and a half of a cup of slush that my daughter thought worth salvaging. Never again. Plenty of other options that use functioning cups.

Kung Fu tea Scarborough truly exhibited that sense of professionalism and true great customer experience. I applaud Joanne and her team .. we have ordered 120 drinks and they were able to pull it before our requested time of delivery! That is such great service! We did not get the same experience from CC they bugged us for deposits and all the unnecessary hustle that led us to being late in distributing the drinks and some of our people didn’t get the drinks as we got them late! We love you kung fu tea Scarborough…you guys are the best!

One of my favorite bubble tea shops in Toronto offering a wide range of fruit tea and milk tea. I love their agar bubbles, nice chewy texture.

I go to this place after school very often. I bought a membership card to give me discounts. Their bubble tea is amazing, and they bring it to you very fast. The service is very good. Their menu is huge with many options. Their menu is easy to read, and not overwhelming at all. They even have ice cream egg waffles. I cant describe how good they taste. My favourite drink here is the mango green tea. They have a bathroom in the basement that is very very clean and sanitary. They have a nice seating area that views out onto Yonge street. Their prices are quite high though, and for small quantities. Overall this place is very good, and I would definitely recommend it.
