This is the second time I got a sausage English muffin without sausage inside. I can understand this is a very good location and it’s very busy in the morning. I also understand we’re human beings, we make mistakes. But I think the supervisor of this spot should aware and pay more attention to his/her work. I’ve never had this situation anywhere else.

There is nothing to tell i m just in shock what actually i can say is that i just got tea and i cant even drink it because of the behaviour of employe. First thing she was on phone and i ask to warm up food and she literally smashed microwave. If someone gotta see what’s worst service called I’ll say come visit this tim horton. I m just surprised seeing these kind of employe like if you dont like working just leave the job.

There was a Filipino lady who was working this morning (Wed. Dec 1st 2021 at about 5:30am) and she has the biggest chip on her shoulder. God knows how she got this job. This was the worst customer service that I have every received. She was extremely impatient and ill mannered. I do understand that it can get busy but that is no excuse to be rude to customers. People like her should not be working the frontline. Her behaviour was utterly repulsive. Management needs to pay close attention to who they hire to represent their company. I will not be visiting this Tim Horton's again under any circumstances.

Very worse customer service they don’t talk nicely at all. They don’t talk they polite they don’t train very good either.

Quick and efficient. My friend went in and ordered a super-complicated coffee... think Steve Martin in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels complicated... my buddy only had to order once... no repeats and the order came out perfectly

What i witnessed today (12/10/2023, 5pm) was borderline harassment of another customer, over a minor confusion of drinks. The staff named Elijah (young black man) was extremely rude with the customer and outrightly aggressive in dealing with her. He seemed to have had a mental breakdown or was frustrated over something. He kept berating her for not knowing what she had ordered and insulted her without any provocation. As the customer being ill-treated was a soft spoken lady who was no match to the arrogant and aggressive Elijah, I had to intervene to control the situation but then this guy directed his angst at me. I have already made a formal complaint against him and will see to it that he faces consequences of misbehaving with customers.

Very rude staff depending on my experience. The employee rejected to use my mug. She said there is still Covid.🤦 all world courage people to use reusable products but it doesn't work for this store

I've seen flies in the display case at this location multiple times but today I saw the biggest one yet. Every time I see one, I notify the staff but it looks like this issue hasn't been addressed as it keeps happening. Safe to say, I won't be going to this location anymore because of the inconsistent quality of the food, the lack of cleanliness, and lackluster service from the staff.

As a Tim Horton's addict, this is more than a month that I did not buy anything because of their bad quality of coffee. Since they changed the coffee machine, the taste is ridiculous!

Worst experience ever messed up with my order and also at the end when I told them I didn’t got my drink they behaved like that have already given everything and an employe was busy on phone. While all of them were talking in different language. Never coming back to this location again…

Worst store ever. Some staffs are extremely undertrained. They don’t know how to order some of the items on the system. Just told me I can never do that with a very bad attitude and directly called the next customer in line without any apologies. If you wanna get the feeling of backing to school, being a student and being given a lesson from their staff, WELCOME to this store then.

One of philipines lady is very lude and not pay attention for customer I was ordered large black 2 sugars but she didn't put sugars This is 4th or 5th times This place is on way my work I stopped there 5 times a week around 6am The lady should be quit a job if doesn't pay attention to customer And treat to customer as very lude and not speak English when they talk in front of customer I hate to go there because of her

I just bought a coffee here and there is no coffee in it. It literally tastes like water and milk. I can't even smell the coffee. This is ridiculous

Had the same horrible experience at this location! I understand things can be difficult at times but this place is the worst of all the Tim Hortons I’ve been in.

App wasnt working but they were good enough to help me and honor app deal. Its a grab and go Tims..busy! Use the app to avoid line up!

I placed a mobile order for a drink. Upon arrival, I saw a cup on the pickup counter but it was next to a receipt that had someone else’s name. I waited a few minutes then finally asked and turned out that was my drink. My name was on the lid, but the counter was so high I couldn’t see the top. The staff was not discourteous, just indifferent.

Came here last weekend on a Sunday with my family for quick coffee stop. I ordered a vanilla ice coffee. Firstly she misheard me saying Iced Capp. So told her I would like a vanilla ice coffee. But she kept saying “Iced Coffe? Iced coffe” as she’s tapping into her POS. At that point I asked her “Do you guys have any vanilla?” As she ignored me and proceed to payment. I saw on the screen she charged me Vanilla Ice Coffee, and gave me a regular brewed ice coffee. If she didn’t have any Vanilla, I don’t mind ordering something else besides that. She didn’t have to scam me just for a vanilla shot. Very upset with the service.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, great place to unwind or prepare for your day. I recommend the fruit explosion and maple dip. I definitely recommend!!! 5/5

We got 2 coffees around 6:30 AM. The worst coffee I’ve ever tasted! We couldn’t drink them! We got another’s from another branch and they were good! May be they served the last night coffee! So weird!

They gave me whatever they wanted, but not my order.

Please update your posted hours, guys! While the opening hours say the location closes at 11 and the gas station cashier confirmed this was so, I was turned away at 10:30 and told the location was closed. If indeed customers can be served during the end-of the night cleaning, please let your staff know.

Staff was nice. Few menu items were out of stock and then no tomato on the Roast Beef sandwich nor the Crispy Chicken sandwich.

Seriously what’s going on in this location????!!! Is there anyone who is in charge???? The people who works there are so messed up and make my orders mix with something else! They are freaking slow and there is always a big line .! Unfortunately this is only timhorton on my way to work and Everyday I have to deal with them!

Most of the employees at this location are generally friendly and attentive, even if they are a bit slow. There is one short Chinese lady with glasses (everyone else seems to be Filipino or East Indian) who is cold and rude regardless of my politeness. You get maybe a nod, but never more. This is usually followed by over poured coffee, Boston creme's wrapped in so much wax paper that it tears all of the chocolate off, or some other form of micro aggression. She seems to find her voice, smile, and manners for other customers. We are a welcoming country and our diversity is one of our strengths. Not sure why people come here thinking they are above serving people of different races. I don't usually let this sort of thing bother me, but it's been consistent....
