Great loungy tea shop. Modern decor with plenty of comfortable seating. Menu offers plenty of bubble teas and other beverages. They also serve waffle cones and other treats. Its not too busy either.

I ordered their mango Coconut Slush with tapioca. It was genuinely the most disappointing drink I've ever had in my life. I absolutely could not taste any coconut flavors in the drink. And when it came to Mango the flavor was clearly artificially enhanced. The drink was sickeningly sweet despite asking for only quarter sugar levels. I had a lot of difficulty finishing the drink. And felt really sick afterwards. You were over the images on the menu are very misleading, because they suggest that there would have been a lot of fresh chunks of mango on top of the drink, when in fact there are only four small slivers. Very disappointed! Would not go again.

Always a safe bet for Boba. They are the OG boba in the area. Teashop 168 always has good and consistent service. Bubble tea is always fresh and ice cream with waffles is delish. Another thing I like is that they have a generous amount of seating available. You should definitely check them out.

Nice board game cafe at North York Centre. They were primarily a cafe/bbt shop and expanded to board games. Food and drink are above average for a board game cafe and they have a decent collection of board games. Harder to find seating for very large parties (8+). Recommend getting the mango and lychee pitchers to share.

Great bubble tea place! My kids love their drinks so much.

I went there with friends. It was awesome spot to have bubble tea with friends. Very clean and comfortable space to hang out. They have lots of options for bubble tea. Their waffles and cheese cakes are also amazing with different flavours you can choose. Customer service is very nice, they were very friendly. I will definitely be a regular here.

This just happened after I went to see the fireworks on Canada Day 2022 at Mel Lastman Square. There were tons of people leaving and I tripped over a hole on the ground and started bleeding. I went into the closest tea shop which was 168 where tons of people were lining up to buy drinks. My husband asked the Manager to get some bandage for me. Despite of the long line, Crystal the store manager immediately came out and helped me to treat my wound first. I truly appreciate Crystal’s kindness and care for anyone who comes into their store. I bought a Honey Green Tea and it’s the best comfort drink I needed. I would give Crystal and their hard working staff a 10 star review. Keep up your great work Crystal! 👏👍🙏😍💐

I should have known better, but I tried their new sushi menu and the ingredients really didn't taste fresh... the shrimp tempura was so stale and the salmon heavily mixed with mayonnaise. Honestly, it was kind of gross :(

The toonie ($2) special bbt isn't not bad. Only one option - small milk tea with tapioca, but the tea flavor is pretty good. Worth stopping by if not for the price alone if you are in the area.

Not sure why the review isn't higher. I often come here after Ajisen. I always go with honeydew slush/smoothie bubble tea with tapioca. Can't go wrong with this choice. I think packaging changed; new cup is much better with a thicker wall versus the previous cup. Five star rating!

Nice place to get Taiwanese food. Also has big assortment of non alcoholic drinks.

Cashier said tapioca was out. So I said it’s fine I’ll just have a large taro milk tea with with 70% ice and 50% sugar level. What I was handed out had barely any ice and very bland taste.

Fantastic sashimi, sushi and Maki rolls. Value to taste ratio is really high. Bubble tea is very good also.

Call in ahead for a pick up. I arrived in 20 mins as they promised. However, when I arrived, they haven't started preparing my meal and it will take another 20 mins! Spent more than half an hour on waiting in store!!! Couldn't be worse.

We ordered the brown sugar bubble milk, it was terrible! Don't order it. There was milk residue in it, it was tasteless. Also very little boboa. The service was also horrible. We ordered 4 drinks in total. The mango drinks were ok. They use paper straws so it was difficult to poke thru the drink cover, had to make several attempts before it can poke thru but then my drink cover broke and spilled some. We asked if she can help us reseal a new cover on this cup but she said no. Finally after complaining , the barista gave us a lid for the cup. This drink was for my son, since the girl won't help me put another cover on it, my son will definitely pour it all over him when he drinks walking out. Just some criticism for them so they can improve their service.

Really expensive for a tiny amount of fruit and sugar with ice. Paid $14 for one 700ml cup of 5 strawberries and a quarter of a mango blended with ice and water. Seriously, it's a rip off. U can buy 2 packs of organic strawberries and organic mangos for that price. Won't be returning again.

Customer service is top notch but bubble tea is disgusting, or at least the one I got was! Fresh taro milk tea was just terrible!

This place is complete scam, I just ordered the two fresh mango juice which I've bought from other locations numerous times and there is little to no mango juice in it. It's like 90% water, with no mango pieces at all.

I am really concerned with the food safety and quality. After we had brunch there, we experienced really bad diarrhea within half of hour.

Staff was fine and provided the service you expect. Their bubble tea isn't great in my opinion. You'll find it really lacks flavour when you start comparing to other places in the area
