Yum! I was pretty impressed with this place on my first time out. The staff was friendly and offered me a great suggestion. The menu has a good amount of items on it, so there is plenty to try. Due to the pandemic, seating is closed but the location seems pretty spacious with several seating locations. I tried out the Creme Brûlée brown sugar tapioca and it was so delicious! It literally tasted like I was drinking creme brûlée. I will definitely be visiting again to try out the other drink options.

Happened to see this place while in the area so my friends and I stopped by and tried their brown sugar fresh milk with tapioca. I've seen pictures of this drink in other tea shops but have never ordered it so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was pretty good. Not too sweet which is how I prefer my bubble tea and the tapioca had a nice taste to it. There was quite a bit of milk compared to a regular bubble tea but that's likely because it's fresh milk. The drink was creamy and overall I enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back as they have some interesting drinks which o normally don't see in other tea shops.

We got the matcha light bulb milk tea and the fresh watermelon tea with mousse. The matcha milk tea is probably the best matcha flavour you can get for a boba shop. It doesn’t taste sickeningly sweet and it isn’t overly bitter either, sorta tastes smooth (if that makes sense lol). The light bulb bottle only comes in a regular size, but I was a bit surprised on how it turned out because I thought it would be tiny. If aesthetics are important to you, I definitely recommend getting something here! Drinks look very pretty, but still taste good. Menu is big, so I can’t wait to return and try a different drink next time. 🥰

Decent tea, nice chewy boba. They were very busy tonight, but managed well enough. Adorable boba tea containment system though 🤣

The drinks are good. We got the special Bo-Bo brown sugar bubble tea with caramel. Make sure you get the moss on top, it is pretty sweet and goes well with the drink . I just wish they provided more brown sugar. The place looks nice great place for a date. Lots of Koreans because it is yonge and Finch. Overall a great place , however the service is bar, they didn't care and replies customers with attitudes, bad service.

How is the taste? I am only giving this shop a two star for the benefit of a doubt because I only tried one drink. I tried the one that they advertise, the bobo tea. Oh my God it was toooooooo freaking sweet (they didn’t allow me to modify the formula). Okay honestly I’ve been to other teashops that don’t allow me to modify their formulas for certain drinks too, but those other teashops drinks actually tastes pretty nice. This one, this bobo tea, I feel like I am drinking syrup, honestly. So if you come to this shop don’t order this one and dont order anything that they don’t allow you to modify the sugar level. Unless you are looking for diabetes. How is the service? It was okay, they provide you with a machine that vibrates when your drink is ready. so that was kind of nice. Would I recommend? At this point, I am going to say no. Until a try a better drink from them...

Very nice looking place and fancy cups too depending on what you get. Mine came in a light bulb. A lot of different combination drinks, but compared to what’s out there, this comes out average. If you like cool, interesting pics, this is the place to go. If you’re all about the flavour, it’s going to leave you wanting more. Service was good and no issues in that department. Very poor customer service, they didn't service and they said if you want juice you have to wait 40min.

Nice and refreshing! I payed a visit to Royaltea on my lunch break and decided to go with the Fresh Orange Green tea. Sugar level regular with no ice, it was very exhilarating on a hot summer day. Served fresh and cold just how I like it. The only thing that made be choose 4 stars for this is the price since it is a big expensive, but still worth the wait regardless. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice fruit tea in the area!

Royal tea used to be one of the most innovative bubble tea places in Toronto, however, with the recent addition of many more bubble tea brands in the area, this place isn’t all too special anymore. The store is quite big and well-decorated, definitely a plus to lure in those looking to get some instagram photos. Taste really varies depending on the drink you get, I’ve been here multiple times due to its proximity to my home and I found the fruit teas and the specialty teas with cheese are delicious, their milk tea can taste a little strange or mediocre. Also there’s a strict policy on no outside food, I’ve been told off once when I pulled out a snack to eat along with the tea I purchased from them. This seems like a waste though since their store is big and it’s almost always empty as people tend to do take outs. I don’t usually see students hanging out in this store either since their price point is higher than Chatime and Coco.

I don't usually drink bubble tea, but since my brother is visiting my family from Calgary I thought I should bring them to this place to try out their BBT. Honestly this place is quite good. I recommend sugar level at 20% and less ice. I had the Ever Green Oolong and my brother had the brown sugar milk tea. He was quite impressed by the tea here!
