How was the bubble tea? We ordered a signature taro ball milk tea, 50% sugar and regular ice. medium size. It was actually quite nice, for this particular drink, I am giving it a 4 star for now. How is the ambience? The shop has some interesting hanging chairs which definitely adds more flavour to the look of the shop. Would I recommend? Yes

Order a Brown Sugar dirty milk with golden tappioca, it was delicious and pretty reasonably priced. Woman who served me was kind and quick getting my order. Unfortunately didn’t spend long in the space as I had somewhere else to go but will definitely be back to get some work done and try more drinks. Such a cute hidden gem.

Easy pick up with ritual app! Ordered hot black sesame with taro ball and purple rice at 30% sugar. It was very good!

Came here on a break from work being an essential services worker at this time. Had the hey sugar milk tea family. Tea flavour was great. Didn’t have too much flavour with the tapioca or pudding. Made out the grass jelly but it seemed all kinda intermingled and didn’t distinguish the difference in toppings. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. Love the atmosphere with some cool swings to wait for your drink.

I ordered the Golden Tapioca and Taro Ball milk tea, 0% sugar, less ice. The taro ball at Hey Sugar is really good - I could taste the taro and there was a good mouth feel/chewiness. The milk tea was a little tasteless. Maybe this had something to do with my zero sugar choice, but I wish there was a stronger tea taste. My sister ordered the Black Sesame Milk Tea (with Taro Ball and Purple Rice) and that was really good; the sesame flavour made up for the lack of taste in the milk tea. Overall, I'd come back again and get more of the taro balls, though I think I'll get something other than milk tea in the future.

Cool bubble tea joint with unique seating arrangements. This location is decorated very well and has lots of seating available. The pearls are good and the drinks are flavorful and not too sweet.

A very chill and chic place. They have electric outlets for charging which makes it convenient too. The drinks selection is unique as well. Cups are solid plastic, tapiocas as very soft and beyond from the typical ones. Absolutely happy with it! Would revisit once again.

Brand new bubble tea franchise. Their drinks are all pretty unique like their fresh watermelon cheesecap and also their topping taro balls were pretty good. A must try. It's just a soft open now so expect some delays since everyone is new and training still. I'm sure in another week or so their service and quality will be even better.

Cute place with instagramable decor. Mill teas and fruit teas seem to be their specialty. We got a mango smoothie, a kumquat lemonade and a passion fruit tea. The lemonade was super sour, even with 70% sugar. The mango smoothie was good. And the passion fruit drink was delicious. The service was efficient. Took a fair amount of time and the price was fair as well.

The grapefruit bubble tea is my go to and I enjoy the refreshing taste. The staff could work on their service to make it more welcoming.

Nice selection of drinks and their flavours are on point. The shop itself it much more spacious compared to most nearby bubble tea places and the decorations are instagram worthy. Haven’t tried a lot of their drinks but the taro ones are really tasty. They did get my orders wrong once. I ordered the taro ball milk tea but they gave me the classic golden tapioca milk tea. I didn’t check the order and spot the error when they gave me the receipt so I didn’t ask them to remake my drink.

Brown Sugar Dirty Milk is my favourite. Very delicious with the right about of sweetness! 😋
