If I could give this branch zero star I would. We ordered delivery from this place several times, one time they forgot our drink, one time they changed the drink without informing us, and today they forgot to give us the 3 dipping sauces we ordered, didn’t even give us ketchup for fries. NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY. No any other restaurant disappoints me this much. I understand when busy people can make mistakes occasionally, that’s why I keep giving them chances. But if it happens too many times, I would avoid this place from now on and spend my money elsewhere.

Used an automated kiosk to order, didn't have to say a word. Lemonade tastes great, as do the fries, and the burger is super delicious. Will be back here again and again for more great meals!

🚨 Dear Wendys. Figure out to be at least remotely competent. If you can't get deliveries done on time when it's absolutely empty in the store, you're an embarrassment. Not just late, but 15 minutes late. All of the managers should be fired. The fact that you have no parking makes this not just embarrassing, but grossly disrespectful. The employees also think it's funny to be so late and talk amongst themselves in their native language. Great job hiring, Wendys.

Be aware of missing items in this restaurant. In multiple occasions, I ordered chicken strips combo and other items, the chicken strips were missing. I had to drive back to complain every time. Check all your items before leaving. I had no problem with other branches except this one.

Normally I like this Wendy’s. The food quality is pretty good most of the time and they only occasionally mess up the order. However today I had it today and my burger tasted weird and now I’ve got such a bad stomach ache I feel like vomiting.

Ordered online and went to the store 22 mins later, and still had to wait 5 more minutes. That’s total of 27 mins for a burger and fries! Also a pointer to the restaurant, when you lift the fries from the fryer, let it sit for 2 minutes so the oil can drip a little before you pour them into the container!

The burgers are pretty good! Lots of varieties of drinks and salads as well. The service is a bit slow but it's fine. I went this afternoon and there wasn't a rush so it's alright.

Food and coffee was ok. Seems a little sloppy given the low morale from the staff. Service is quite poor as staff are seen arguing and slamming things. Atmosphere is not good since many homeless or people with issues seem to frequent this location. If you want just a coffee go to the Second Cup on the same level. It's much more civil.

Food is nice but what's annoying is your order get delayed randomly. Last time waited 35+min at lunch and they literally skipped my order and need to confirm with me again. This time 15+min for breakfast. Only one person in front of me and somehow two people behind me get their order first without good explanation.

The food at Wendy's is always great, however when I visited this location there were no customers seated in the restaurant nor in the line. I had to wait several minutes before someone said they would assist. The restaurant itself was dirty. Floors had french fries, tables needed to be cleaned. I should have taken some pictures. Upon my next visit (who knows when) I will take some and add it to this review.

Absolutely love that they do burgers in the morning! Ordered through the mobile app and received the order precisely on time. The staff seemed a little disorganized but kind nonetheless. I found the whole situation comical tbh.. the spicy chicken was juicy & delicious and fries were crispy and tasty.. this will be my next go to place for burgers and fries. Based on the other reviews i would probably continue to schedule my orders through the mobile app to avoid wait times.

Probably against the advice of my doctor, I stopped by with a friend to try my first Wendy's (when in Rome...). I had the Baconator, which was satisfying and certainly better than I've had at other fast food joints. The fries were skin on and tasted pretty fresh too. I would have given 4/5, but what brought it down was the service. It was busy (this was a Friday night), true, but we were waiting well over 30 minutes for our order, which was for two burgers, fries and a couple of drinks. They need more people on the floor as this is simply far too long.

For a fast food restaurant, the service and atmosphere are completely what you would expect it to be. The seating areas are a bit questionably dirty. But I got my order pretty quickly and the Son of Baconator was a tasty burger. I don't know if I should be eating it that much due to the crazy amount of fat in it.

I always order from Uber Eats. My child really likes the nuggets from the kids menu. Chocolate shake is always for me. Hamburgers are also delicious. The poutine is salty, but the cheese portion is generous and the bacon is crispy. There are times when delivery is late and the shake melts.

I started buying their burgers because of the coupons and they are really better than burger king and Mac... I liked it, the chicken and the meat... still I buy when there are coupons !!! I will try their breakfast one day too but it is toooooooo early.. ends by 10 am... We ate one at the location but it is not clean at all... maybe too many people but still no proper followup so I normally pick on my way home after work and eat at home. I love their drink machine and how you can try many options.

I visited Wendy's, and I was impressed. Their burgers are not only delicious but also quite filling, and the prices are reasonable. What's even better is that you can customize your order to your liking. It's a great place for a tasty and satisfying meal that won't break the bank.

Wendy’s is never a bad spot to grab a quick bite. I will say the wait was a bit longer than anticipated but the quality never fails to satisfy these taste pallets. Stop by a local Wendy’s if you get a chance

The food is honestly pretty good and the service is good but the atmosphere is ahhhhhhh🤮 the tables are pretty gross and don’t get cleaned much and the workers are always yelling at eachother. I order Large size drinks via kiosk, but mediam size drinks were offered. Staff said it's large. but I know it wasn’t large because i’ve had it many times. I paid for it......

Visited at 9 am. on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and the staff were so slow despite there not being many people ordering. My coffee was filled to overflowing even with the lid on. There is only so many times a cashier needs to say 'sir' before it becomes overkill. Your typical Wendy's take out food that I didn't really enjoy. However, there are great tables near large windows that allow you to see the traffic znd passersby on Yonge Street.

I used to like coming to this place. All I get is one napkin with my food. I am supposed to get more napkins with my food. The food was great. The service could've been faster. Next time I will go to another place to buy food.

The service was fast, and my server was super friendly and helpful and always comes to you if you needed anything. In some places, other servers just ignore you, which is horrible. A really good place to go to get food. I will probably go by them again when I'm done with my work. Overall, great service with great food.

Loved the taste of ice cream. It's also on sale and the medium size is about $1. Has two different flavors. I tried both and like both. Sure I'll visit them again and absolutely recommend to others.

The longest wait at any Wendy's. There are 9 people currently waiting for food. No sense of urgency from the Wendy's staff. I've been waiting 10 minutes for 5 nuggets and small fries.

This restaurant became dangerous. I visited a restaurant yesterday and witness a guy, thief, in blue jacket walked around the table checking people at the tables. There was an Asian male asleep at the table, near cashier, was was robbed from food by the above-mentioned male. I witnessed it myself and was shocked by it. I started to feel unsafe and worried by belongings at the table while picking up ordered food. I went to staff and reported the incident. However, the staff ignored my complaint and report. The guy also stole drink from the maxhine by pouring water in his personal bottle whike staff watxhed and has done nothing to stop it. There were other dangerous males outside, at tge entrance to the restaurant and the above-mentioned male joined them. I personally witnessed the same male stealing from Loblaws downstairs prior coming to Wendy's. I realized that Wendy's restaurant became unsafe and dangerous due to Marijuana stored oped on the second floor of Empress Walk Mall and drugged addicted people started to congragate around the mall and Wendy's recently.

A Wendy's like most others. The contact reduced touch screen order system and freestyle coke machine are very much welcome. The staff were attentive in screening in keeping with the COVID regulations. Food was done quickly and as ordered, and the restaurant was kept clean. Pretty well all that one can ask of a Wendy's.

Visited on a Saturday early evening to grab a bite to on the way to meet friends. This Wendy's was well maintained and clean. I tried using the self serve kiosk, yet, unfortunately it didn't work for me. So up to the counter. The staff were friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait long. There was a good choice on offer. The food was good and reasonably priced. Seating was clean and well cleaned.

I especially love Wendy's Strawberry lemonade especially refreshing on hot summer days. Great and swift service too👌👍

From the first moment you step in that restaurant the personel give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous team, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. enjoyable cooking, qualified chief cook and stuff, comfortable cost and nice service. This unprofessional,snippy, bratty woman was at cash and snipping at her coworkers in the cruelst rudest way, and just didnt seem to know how to even take an order to begin with. I was going to report her to her manager wheb i sawon her badge....this spoiled mannerless old woman WAS the manager. Wow. Hard work just doesnt pay huh?

Their service is slow... If you just wanna grab a burger and have it on-the-go you need like 5 minutes to pickup. Quality is good, though. - Update Sept 26, 2017: I crossed by this location and I realized how they improved their service and burgers. I rate it 4 stars now. Good job everyone.

We went in at the very early slot on a Sunday. The place was clean, though the chairs could have been more organized. The bathroom is in the corridor. Ordering burgers and the machines inside start becoming available at 11 am. The staff were friendly, responsive and took our order of the breakfast platter for around 8 bucks plus a coffee for 1.5 dollars. The coffee was nice with a cream and the potatoes were excellent, though more bread slices would have made this a 5 star review. A decent spot if you don't mind the crowds.

Today I ordered a bacon deluxe with a potato with light sauce but i got a deluxe without bacon and the poutine sauce was extra!!!!
