Came
here
with
a
large
group
around
10pm
and
was
promptly
seated.
The
restaurant
had
a
decent
ambience,
but
some
furniture
like
the
chairs
seemed
quite
old
and
torn.
Some
new
chairs
would
really
liven
up
the
restaurant.
The
service
was
alright.
The
waitress
working
was
efficient
and
quite
friendly,
having
to
manage
a
huge
table
of
guests
so
props
to
her.
However,
our
group
was
missing
some
utensils
like
cups
for
water
and
chopsticks
for
eating
and
had
to
ask
up
to
several
times
to
get
some.
The
food
was
pretty
good.
I
had
the
Ajisen
Ramen
with
extra
pork
(I
asked
for
spicy
Ajisen
and
was
given
regular)
and
our
group
shared
some
orders
of
takoyaki
and
kaarage
which
were
well-cooked
and
fantastic.
However,
my
friend's
steak
ramen
was
terrible.
The
steak
came
out
fifteen
minutes
earlier
than
the
rest
of
the
ramen
and
was
cold
by
the
time
the
whole
dish
came
out.
The
steak
ramen
was
way
overcooked
and
the
meat
was
very
tough
to
eat
and
chewy.
If
you
end
up
coming
here,
try
a
non-beef
ramen
which
is
easier
to
prepare,
you'll
likely
have
a
more
enjoyable
dining
experience
this
way.
Overall,
although
this
Ajisen
location
had
some
good
points
like
the
appetizers,
I
cannot
recommend
this
restaurant
with
its
mistakes
and
shortcomings.
Some
improvements
would
really
help
them
out.
In
the
meantime,
there
are
plenty
of
other
delicious
restaurants
on
Yonge
to
enjoy!
