Ever sine they switched owners I will never come back I've had this problem 2 times now I order a poutine and they never give you gravy the owner tells me I have to pay for the gravy what's the point of ordering a outline with barely any gravy. Your paying for a poutine meaning cheese and gravy she told me you have to pay extra. I'm never coming back here the last ownerthe was running this place would always give you gray and never ask you to pay this one is just horrible customer service!

Great place for burgers! I ordered the spicy chicken burger and it did not disappoint. The chicken was well-cooked and crispy. The sauce was flavourful and the addition of pickles was perfect to complete the meal. A great spot for a quick meal/takeout. The staff is super friendly and offered to bring our food to the table since we were dining in. The only caveat is that it is a little pricy and you have to pay 50 cents for extra sauces. Except for the price, the place is good.

I went this afternoon to Hero Burger location at Yonge and Sheppard. It’s terrible customer service. The man working there didn’t say hi or even ask what I wanted. He just stared at me. I said hello and said what I wanted. The food wasn’t that great either. If you don’t like your job than quit. I would advise not going to this place. For the prices you’re charging for food, $10 burger the least you could do is smile and say hi. In todays economy be happy people are still supporting your business by good customer service

The lady in the front is extremely rude, they have idea what customer service means! I order before and no issues but its not extremely disappointing to received a missing orders.

Delivered order: 1st time ordering and I will never do it again. I found bone and nerves on my burger. It also tastes industrial burger. The package is poor and I believe the delivery guy opened to eat my fries. The package needs to be stapled.

I was one of their regulars for the past 10 years but in 2023 someone else started managing this place. Terrible terrible terrible customer service since then for multiple occasions. Last one was a couple of days ago. Ordered through their Hero App. They sent me someone else's order. I refused, they told the delivery guy to come back again and pick up the correct order. The delivery guy ended up doing 2 trips. When i received my ordered after almost an hour late, part of my order was still messed up. Smashed up burgers with almost burned meat on some of them and 3 of the burgers were missing the ingredients i asked for. Meat was greasy. I have been coming here for almost 10 years. Used to be way better. NOT ANYMORE. So,I contacted them many times that day. They refused to send the burgers with correct ingredients. They refused to give refund for at least 3 of them that they were missing almost all the ingredients we asked for. They keep handing the phone over to each other without taking any responsibility or offering any solution, told me some manager called Pratik will handle the issue. They did not do anything to fix their mistakes. Finally they told me if i go to their store next day, they can issue a refund. When i went there, another clueless cashier tried to call the manager. That manager avoided and did not give refund as well. Complete waste of time. Never going there and i am sending this review to their company as well.

This review is only for the food I ordered, which was the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Poutine. Im sure other items on the menu are fantastic. This Poutine was either prepared wrong or the recipe is not so good. Dish is way too salty. The gravy overwhelming with salt. The level of heat was good though. I was only able to finish half of it and was trying to pick out least gravey covered pieces.

Burger was super dry and the sauce was really weird just didn’t complement the burger at all. And the Gravy was super salty!! Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. There’s better options in this area. 5 Guys and Fresh burgers!!

Ordered the 8oz Action Hero burger on a Sunday evening. Came without lettuce, onion ring like it was supposed to, and the patties tastes like they were soaked in urine. Wouldn’t go back here if I was starving. Hero burger in general has a serious Q/A issue.

Amazing place. Service was also one of a kind, I like it. Food was also great.. no complaints for that... amazing quality Serve time wasn't bad as well. The place could be a little more cleaned up... 4/5 The best part, there is 2 car parking spot also if you want you can park on the side of the road also.. (for a reasonable amount of time obviously)

I feel like they got some new owners for this location maybe a year ago and it’s gone down hill since then. This use to be a great location. Now food takes way too long to prepare. Taste is alright but the worst part is they got rid of the drink machine that allows for different flavours of soda. Will not be supporting this location anymore until they get new owners.

This location must have changed hands during the pandemic. Both the service and food were excellent the second last time I visited, which was in February 2020. Loved the Egg Burger and Mushroom Poutine back then, they were my go-to orders. The staff treated me with kindness and respect. But, the last time I visited — and it will remain the last — a few days ago, I was shocked at how much worse the service and especially the food had gotten. I was waiting much longer for my order to come out, and once it finally came out, the food was incredibly bland. The burger seriously tasted like nothing. I also only got two ketchup packets in the bag for my large fries. Oh yeah, they also switched from the small tubs of Heinz ketchup to McDonald's style ketchup packets. All in all, a shockingly poor experience from the new owner of this location. I'll be sure to get my fill somewhere else.

Excellent burgers! It's a little spot, but it's always unoccupied, so it's a good place to sit and eat. I ordered onion rings and two smash burgers. The burgers are filling and look nice aswell the onion rings are super crispy!

Come for the burger but get it to go. I'm a big fan of Hero burgers. They offer natural burgers, high-quality toppings, and a ton of condiments. This location was so-so. The dining was quiet and clean, and lack of other patrons. The dine-in experience lacked the ambiance to make it a memorable experience.

Delicious food at a great price. They were also rockstars with the modifications, like we asked for our onion rings to be extra fried and extra crispy and those rings were exactly that! 10/10 would order again!

The Chicken Jalapeño burger is too yummy. The best part is the number of options to choose the bun. I selected poppyseed bun, which blends well with Chicken patty. I would recommend everyone to try this burger at least once. The staff are friendly and helpful :)

The best Hero Burger in Toronto. I have been eating for the last 5 years from this location and they prepare the burgers always very good.

Dined out and as the dine in area was closed. Ordered a 60z blue moon and 6oz signature burger no tomatoes. Got home opened the bag. There were to signature bugers, no tomatoes. Service was great I hope the other couple enjoyed our meal😉

We ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was actually spicy which is exactly what we wanted! The size of the sandwich was good along with the piece of chicken. Also got fries and onion rings. Will order again!

So I've been eating burgers and fries for a long time; most of the time after work, my day ends with burgers, and I've tried n no. Of restaurants and QSR like "Mc Donald", "A&W", "Big Smoke", "Black Sheep" and so many others, but what I've discovered is that some of these gave me less satisfaction and some of these gave me more than needed or overdo kind of thing, so I've tried hero certified burgers and guess what I got the balance, bang onn!!🙂 Specifically, this branch, as I visit it frequently because it is close to my home. The Spicy Plant-based burger was excellent but a little dry. It just takes way too long to get the order done. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush

I love hero burgers and have been a regular customer of this branch but i al highly disappointed because my Grilled chicken is raw and out of 4 sauces I ordered, they only put lots of mustard. Had to throw my burger this is the worst one i ever had :(

The main reason for the 4 stars is actually the friendliness of the staff more than anything else. It's my first time trying this chain. Menu and concept is actually quite progressive and forward thinking, however I don't feel the taste is quite there.

New cashier with low customer service experience. She refused to give Mayo sauce without charging ans she said Mayo is Deep sauce 🤣🤣 sso she need to charge me. Poor customer service

Does not honour the BOGO (buy one get one free) promo. Hero burger advertises a different promo every day. Sunday July 31st is the 4 oz. Signature burger. Instead of the 4oz. I bought the larger 6 oz burger and asked for the promo, I even offered to take the smaller 4 oz. burger but, Ali who claimed to be the owner, and the cashier refused to apply the promotion. I pointed to the promotion hanging in their window and on the street sign, they refused me. Ali said "the burger costs me money," then why the promo? They lost a customer.

Terrible experience. The chicken was raw, cold and disgusting and when I complaint they straight up said we can't replace and didn't even apologize. The manager and chef pretty much told me to get out. The worst customer service ever. Save your time and money. Do not go to hero burger.

So far so good! Ordered from here twice and both times it's been yummy. I'm kinds bummed out that they don't have the salmon burger here.. thats my jam.. but there is still other great options to choose from and the service was faster here than other hero burgers I've been to!

This location has got a lot better than before. Very good food quality and a very friendly hostess. Highly recommended.

Ordered a side of meatless chicken tenders and received real chicken. Called the store in hopes to resolve the issue but the employee on the phone just gaslighted me instead, blaming me for not reading the order screen correctly and kept insisting I said chicken even though I repeatedly said meatless while ordering. Such a shame, she delivered great customer service in-store so it was upsetting not having the same experience through the phone.

Tried the Crispy Chicken Jalapeño... Wow!!! Hot, but very good. Their fries were fresh and crispy.

Why do people insist on over cooking food? Now I have to go buy something else for lunch :(

Very nice, clean, friendly. Under all the Hero franchise locations I went before, this one stand out to be the top 5 best I ever experienced. If you can purchase from this store, please do so, you won't regard it!!

Let me start by saying the staff are super friendly. However, the buns were stale. It felt like the buns had been warmed up and then rewarmed for us when we got there. For a burger joint, the bun is critical. That's the first thing I taste. And having the bun be stale took away from the rest of the experience.

A diverse menu. The egg burger is good. The two fish ones as well. It is prepared while you wait.

Good service and the burgers here taste good i like the blue cheese burger if you are italian or part italian i highly recommend the burger. Employees are nice too. And you get free wifi inside when dining in thats very good
