This place used to be my favorite burger joint. Now it has changed. Somehow the flavor, the aroma, and the bun are all different. The burger just not taste as good as before (one year ago as of now). This place is not my favorite South St. Burger anymore. Someone please give me back my favorite taste of South St. Burger.

Used to be good, now they kind of just don't care. See attached photos for example of a burger they threw together and undercooked.

This restaurant is inside Bayview village mall. There is plenty of parking and seating places. There are a selection of burgers to be had, both 4 and 6 oz burgers. I tried four of them and the Hawaiian and the Piri Piri are the tastiest. The buns, wholegrain, are awesome with their seeded crunchy feeling which adds to the burgers experience. If you're not into medium burgers, have them make it well done.

The place is clean, the service was excellent, the food was definitely enjoyable. I loved the fact that they offered a multigrain bun, and that the beef Patty is never frozen, and the beef is Canadian. The toppings were all fresh. It is a bit pricy for a burger, however everything considered, it was amazing.

Good burger variety and BBQ burgers. Very delicious. Tasty fries. Fast customer service and clean staff with smile. Sometimes it's too crowded at evening and night. Consider that if your schedule is tide. Sometimes we arrange some meeting here over the lunch. And, we've got a good care. So kind of them. Thanks.

The food is amazing, I love that they have a vegetarian option and it tastes just as good as the normal burgers. My only concern is the service, the employees are always sad and tired which reflects in their work. The manager is extremely rude and I’ve once had a horrible encounter with him where he yelled at a group of friends and I, saying that if we’re not gonna order we should get out, even though we were waiting for other members of our group to join us before we all order. I was so offended because I was a regular. I haven’t been there since and I’m so sad about it because their food was honestly great. It definitely is a little on the pricy side but completely worth it.

Burger patty is great but doesnt have a lot of topping varieties. No kid menu for children under 5. Other than that great price and good tasting burgers.

Ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger and it was delicious and filling. Definitely pricey (around $9.00) just for a burger: 4oz. Only downfall was that it was greasier than most burgers I've had.

Very good food, the order process can be confusing if you visit for the first time, especially with the toppings. Nice atmosphere and clean location! The back of the bench of some of the tables is wobbly though, as soon as someone leans back, it shifts an inch or so, which can get annoying.

Although slightly on the pricey side but definitely delicious and good quality beef. The fries are also good. Located inside the mall so not the best for a quick grab'n'go lunch as parking is usually packed. Try the underground parking specially in summer season.

Got the True North Burger. They didn't have two ingredients available and so they said "we have swiss cheese". Asked them if we can add another topping instead given that, one, they didn't have the ingredient and two, that was the predetermined menu and not the build your own. The employee at the cash said they cannot give us another topping as a substitution for the missing one. I asked if there was anything else they can do and they ignored it and asked again and they said no. They did not care at all. Highly recommend to visit another location... If I had not gone to another location before and had superb customer service, I would never go to another South Street Burger again. I suggest the staff here to have some additional basic customer service training.

It was the worst burger I've ever had!! I am really disappointed. I orderd mushroom and swiss and fries for pick up. I picked up my food not even 10 minutes after i ordered but my order was cold already. Burger and fries were cold and dry. I feel like it they were pre made and sitting in the fridge. It was really disgusting. I will never order food from here again!
