Love A&W’s beyond meat burger. I found this location during my lunch break at work and the staff here is very nice. I like spicy food and I read there is a spicy habanero chicken burger. I requested the server if there is anyway to make the beyond meat burger as spicy as the spicy habanero chicken burger. She confirmed that it is possible to do it because it is a sauce that they use. Oh wow! Loved this fusion burger that the staff prepared for me. The cook from the kitchen asked if I wanted the sauce on the side or inside, and I confirmed that I definitely want it inside homogeneously spread. I recommend A&W product team to consider this idea and ask the cook in this location on how he made it. Great place near Yonge-Sheppard to anyone who wants a quick bite during lunch!

The female manager (Ms. Zakeera) of this location is really rude! Doesn’t even train new people and start shouting on them on the first day in first 5 minutes. This behaviour is really unacceptable and disrespectful. If a new worker joins you are the manager and you should be humble but this lady treats new employees as slaves. Mind your tongue girl!

I really miss this location, I live right in the area and only get my burgers at A&W as they have the amazing beyond meat burgers. This location is not open though, google says it’s temporary closed. I really hope it reopens! Any update would be appreciated. UPDATE - They have reopened !

One word....it was completely awesome. I think it's more than one word... but whatever. Going in I had big expectations on the Beyond Meat burger. And it met and exceeded my expectations. Damn... I don't have to get a meat burger if that's the case.

Friendly service & flavourful food at a fair price. The Teen Burger was delicious and the french fries tasty. Convenient location inside the Sheppard Centre food court with plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. Limited time promotions, under $5 menu and mobile app coupons also available.

great service! my go-to order is the chicken buddy burger. nice toasted bun, chicken isn't overly salty, and tangy delicious pickles and mayo. makes a great snack.

Great customer service. The lady serving us was very accommodating and friendly. Yes I know it's a fast food joint in a food court - but we used coupons AND had gift cards lol but she helped us out no problems at all

This is why we shouldn't buy 2 for 1. Five guy in upstair is much better quality even you pay more. This is too expensive for what you get.

I've gotten food here couple times (breakfast and lunch ). Food is always fresh, tasty, and much more enjoyable than what I've had before lie McDonald's. The staff are friendly, and courteous. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They haven't disappointed once. Great job guys

Out of hash browns this morning and they offered at one size fries. Shame. They have not back up plan. Bad service.

I would say , I had a lot of good experiences at this A&W. however, there was this time I ordered a combo with chicken strips & this worker lady did not know how the food works. Let me explain, when you order this meal they supposed to offer you 3 or 4 piece with a single fries & a single chicken strips. When I ordered this food, the lady said I can get 10 pieces of chicken & charge me $26.00!? Because she was lost in mind, & mess up the order. Very embarrassing so I just leave without my food. Wonderful . All & all. Recommend but this place has workers that don’t how to offer your food probably & will mess up your order. (BE AWARE)

Just went there to get a free coffee during A&W's promotion. Coffee taste good. The coffee there is very hot for some reason which is a good thing. Personally I like double double so I like my coffee sweet. But the coffee from this branch is not as sweet as the coffee I got from other places (e.g. MacDonald & Tim Horton). Maybe a good thing for other people. For me I have to add sugar myself. Anyway, not a big deal.

Tried breakfast at this location and was very good. Freshly made and good customer service.

My complain is about the food. The chicken bites were burnt in a very old oil, couldn't even stand the smell of it. Hamburger was very low in quality too.

I love A&W. They are consistent and reliable. I am always satisfied with a teen burger and onion rings. I do wish they put ice in the drinks when you can't get a frosted mug. I absolutely love the frosted mug.

Person making my burger didn’t have gloves on, used his bare hands as he touched other surfaces and his face constantly.
