Pizza Shab was a sad experience. I asked for a small pizza when I made my order but they said they only have medium or large available. I ordered a medium and the server said it would take 15 minutes. When I came to pick up my order, they asked me what I had ordered again and then said it would take 10 more minutes. In total I waited 30 minutes for my order. The pizza (As shown in the picture) is the size of a small and it tastes more like a reheated pie. It looks like they basically rebranded their small into a medium to charge more.

Update, actually I discovered their steak pizza and love it! Also, their pizzas are very consistent, delicious and reliable Generally not a big fan of pizza but when craving Iranian style pizza, this is the place to go. I only like their supreme mix pizza and no other style!

I ordered a beef pepperoni pizza. I looked at the reviews before I came. Thought hey why not? Nope. The “beef” looked and tastes like store bought Oscar Mayer wiener. Not worth $23.

I recently ordered a Supreme Beef pizza from this branch through the DoorDash app and was taken aback by the delivery. The pizza arrived without any protective plastic or paper bag, and the box was neither sealed nor accompanied by the usual receipt. This raises concerns as the food could easily be tampered with. (I've attached photos for your reference - P.s. the white bag in the photo was an order from a different restaurant) To add to the disappointment, upon opening the box, I found three ketchup packets directly on my pizza. This is not just unsightly but also unsanitary. The quality of the pizza itself was below par, especially for its price point of over $25 for a mere 9-inch medium size. I managed to eat only 2 slices before discarding the rest. I truly hope that this was an isolated incident and not a reflection of their usual service standards. If not, such quality in food and service is truly disappointing and unacceptable.

The pizza was oweful..and service was worse.. very rude people when I asked them my pizza is raw and nothing inside just cheese.never back again.

Nice lowkey pizza spot. The quality is nice depending on what pizza you get. I had the very first option on the menu and it was too meaty. The dayio of cheese to meat was off. Pros: very nice crust Generous portions of meat and cheese Cons: almost $2 for a can of pop was a rip off Inconsistency in the pizza variety.

My previous order was long time ago and we were very happy. This time, just disappointed! Don't know about you, but I'm not a big fan of raw dough! Very pricey for the quality.

This place used to have great pizza at a price that was appropriate. In 2020/2021, the small Supreme Beef was $13.99 (I still have the take out menu)... it is now $23.99... for a small. The price increase is absolutely ridiculous

They don’t have dine-in option at the moment, so We called and ordered “Chicken Lovers Pizza” and “Meat Lovers Pizza” for pick up. It was ready and perfectly packed when we got there and was still warm when we got home. I love deep dish pizza, it’s what we usually call Persian pizza. Both were very delicious and the dough was crispy enough and had a good texture. If you’re ordering for two people, I would suggest ordering medium size pizza and you’ll have leftovers for the next day as well.

Very small! I ordered 10’’ beef lover pizza, it’s so SMALL and LIGHT. My hand is not big, the 10’’ pizza is similar size as my hand. Also not much beef. Almost $30 for a tiny pizza. Not worth it.

We ordered the Steak Pizza and asked for adding some black olives on top. It was delicious and Atena who gets orders is so nice and welcoming…. I definitely go back there.

Foods are so tasty and delicious. I really recommend to those who want to have awesome and thick pizzas!

I'm sure you had pizza from dominos, pizza pizza, pizza nova et al, however pizza from Pizza Shab is something to experience. Love their deep dish style pizza. I will admit that the pizza is very expensive, $22 for medium and $32 for large, and the portion size is not that big, I think it's still worth it.

We tried Persian’s style supreme pizza which came really delicious and authentic which by that I mean a real taste of Persian pizza 😊 The pictures are telling!

I called Pizza Shab last night to get info and staff patiently explained types of pizza to me on the phone. Today late afternoon ordered two large (12”) pizzas , “ground beef and mushroom” and “Supreme mix” late afternoon through phone to Navid and picked them up 45’ later. Both pizzas very delicious. First one the best and super duper delicious. I rather spend more money to buy good quality pizza over cheap ones. The difference between pizza shab and others is lot more ingredients generously prepared and also cooked thinner base (bread) in Pizza Shab compared to others. This itself is enough to NOT make you full immediately after 2 pcs due yo thick bread in other pizzas. Thank you so so much Pizza Shab for our great dinner tonight.

I wish I could give zero stars, because my recent visit to Pizza Shab doesn't even deserve one. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a regrettable experience. They made us wait a lot and the people who worked there didn't seem to care about helping us. After all the waiting the quality of our food was horrible plus its taste was awful. What we paid for definitely did not worth this low quality of food and service. I don't think you should go there. There are much better places to eat where the food and service are way better.

I'm surprised how much I really love their pizza! They are pan sized; the medium is the better bang for your buck than the large. The Supreme is the way to go. These are delicious gourmet so do consider that when looking at the pricing. Definitely have bought from this place at least 10 times so far.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Found a hair in my pizza. Called Pizza Shab to let them know but the lady on the other end was so rude and simply rejected responsibility.

One of my favourite pizza joints in GTA. I think I have tried all pizzas on their menu by now and have never been disappointed, I highly recommend trying the pizzas here. Staff is super friendly too, so if you are not sure on what to order, just ask.

Not going back there, I can’t believe I paid $30 for the worst pizza I’ve ever ate in my life, I’ve ordered a large supreme pizza but it turned out to be a medium pizza(not enough for two person), on the menu said there is beef or chicken on the pizza, but we couldn’t find any on it. They were also not on time. I rate pizza pizza higher than this, if you want a really good pizza try descendent pizza in downtown, they make the best. Please don’t go to this place, I hope they go out of business.

i got this almost $40 pizza for medium size and it’s the most dry pizza i ever had! idk if this was old pizza or wrong order, but literally so dry, cheese isnt even melted and crust is toooo hard! additionally, mere fact medium is required so additional $6 on it but you’ll get like this?? other pizza store that has deep dish is even better with affordable price. i literally have to force myself to eat atleast half so my money wont be wasted not gonna order again with this dry pizza

Quality and taste are average but better than most chain pizzas places. The price is relatively high for what you get. Wait times during the weekend reach 1 hour. staff is courteous and friendly over the phone and in-person, but they expect a tip for a pickup-only location.

This location is VERY overpriced. Paid $30 for a mediocre pizza. Taste is not bad but very overpriced.

their pizza used to be one of the best persian pizza's in town, since covid their quality has decreased a lot... when ordering i recommend asking them for crispy bottom to ensure your pizza is fully cooked. Enjoy :)

Are you looking for delicious Iranian style pizzas? Don't look any further. This is the place! Definitely worth a try if you don't know what a culinary masterpiece an Iranian style pie is! Ps: The pizzas are a bit on the expensive side and there's no indoor dining. They only open at night btw, as the name implies.

We tried the chicken rolling pizza and the veggie pizza. The rolling pizza was an interesting twist but would’ve been better if it wasn’t doused heavily in ketchup. The veggie pizza seemed to be frozen and reheated while the toppings were definitely taken out of a bag of frozen mixed vegetables that you get at supermarkets. The dough seemed like it was one of those supermarket ready to bake pizza doughs. If the prices were lower, I’d consider making it a regular spot for the rolling pizza, otherwise, the prices here do not reflect the expected quality.

Great place to buy late night pizza after a night of drinking. The employees are very helpful with any questions you might have especially the cashier Nazanin.

I ordered a pizza from this place, and I must say it was a truly unpleasant experience. The pizza tasted awful, and the smell of the meat inside was so bad that I developed a stomach ache after just a few bites, even though I didn't eat the meat. I wish I could give this pizza place 0 stars. I won't be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. Quality and taste should never be compromised like this.
