Had a pleasure of touring Delmanor Northtown today, the staff were welcoming, they truly seems to enjoy their work, the service is comparable to Ritz Carlton. The property is AMAZING! and super clean. Thanks for the Chef for the wounderful Lunch.

I am beyond blessed to call Delmanor Northtown my home away from home. Over the last 5 years, I have had an opportunity to work with the most cohesive, compassionate, caring team that give 110% of themselves every day! The residents are incredible individuals who fill my days with programs, events, stories and most of all, their companionship and love. I can not think of a better place to work or a better place for our residents to be and stay engaged, active and live their best lives. Thank you to the amazing team and residents!

A beautiful building in a great location, a wide variety of activities, wonderful food- all of these things attracted my mom to Delmanor Northtown. However, after moving in she discovered the most important thing about her new home- the amazing, kind, caring, compassionate staff. Almost 7 years after she died, Matt the manager emailed me to say they came across her smiling face recently while looking at photos, and still speak of her. He said she left an impression on them, but they should know of the impression her Northtown family left on us. There are lots of things to look for in a retirement home, but the special people working at Northtown truly made a difference in the last years of mom's life. It says a lot that many of the same team are still there.

Our mother has been a Delmanor Northtown resident for ten years and is now in her late 90s. We appreciate the evolving care she has received during this time to accommodate age related health challenges. While there have been frustrations with elevator issues, we have been consistently appreciative of the outstanding covid safety protocols that the staff have undertaken, keeping all residents safe. Thank you Delmanor team!

My parents moved into Delmanor Northtown over 8-9 years ago, my father is still there. I can't speak highly enough of this residence. The premises are beautifully appointed and maintained, and the food is very good. But, for me, the biggest and most important asset is the team of people working there. From the first interview visit with myself and my parents, they made us feel noticed and welcomed. They genuinely enjoy their residents, and are appropriately warm and affectionate with both residents and families. There have been very few changes in the staff over the 8-9 years which offers important stability for older people. We've had occasion to utilize the onsite nursing staff on a regular basis and their empathy and commitment cannot be overstated. The communication from management is regular, friendly, prompt and on point. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who is interested in this residence.

Delmanor Northtown will always have a special place in my heart. I’ve had the privilege to work here for 3 years, but it never felt like just a job to me. It was my home away from home because we are like one big family here. The team is spectacular! They always go above and beyond to care for the residents and treat them like their own parents and grandparents. I would definitely recommend Delmanor Northtown to anybody!

The general manager, Matt, says it all “we work in our residents’ home” - Delmanor Northtown feels like home. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make connections with residents and family, and to accommodate your needs. The suites and amenities are well-designed and well maintained. And a special acknowledgment of the care and concern demonstrated during the initial COVID-19 lockdown and ongoing to keep residents safe and healthy, and to keep family informed. I would definitely recommend Delmanor Northtown to anyone looking to downsize and join a warm and inviting retirement community.

I have been a sub-contacted employee for Delmanor for over a dozen years. Since it's opening I have been privileged to witness the dedication and hard work of the team at Northtown. They are an outstanding bunch! They are full of energy...even in these most recent challenging 10 months. They are a pleasure to work with. But, more importantly they take great care of the residents and work very hard to fill their lives with terrific programs, great food, and healthy and safe environment. Northtown is a wonderful retirement residence!!

My family member has been a very satisfied resident at Delmanor Northtown for over ten years. The staff have consistently been caring, helpful, and friendly. The supports provided are excellent, and the suite is comfortable and spacious. We are currently in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the precautions taken by the staff meet or exceed Public Health guidelines, providing a safe environment for all residents and staff. My family is so grateful for all that has been done. Thank you to Matt Ross and the entire team.

Delmanor was home to my uncle for about 15 years. During this time the staff went above and beyond in helping to care for him and always make him feel at home. Tracy, Sabina, Tatiana, Arlene, the entire nursing staff and concierges were always reliable, friendly, and compassionate. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

Twinkly light display and so much more by the amazing Delmanor Northtown staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our beloved father, father-in-law, grandfather (100 years old!) could be there for his grand-daughter's wedding.Perfect sunset, perfectly posed newlyweds. In the room, 15 of us, masked and distanced. Zooming, another 30+ ...some dressed up for the camera! Plus, an additional audience of people watching rooftop festivities from their balconies. A COVID-created beautiful moment.

I have been working at Delmanor Northtown for about a year now and it has been a wonderful place to work. All of my co-workers really care about the residents and respect them as well as each other. The working environment and culture is very positive and I think the residents pick up on that. It really feels like a family at Delmanor and it is a joy to come to work. So much so, I recommended my own grandmother to move in! She arrived in June 2020 and really loves it! Everything about Delmanor Northtown is first rate! It is a place that I would want to live some day.

Just left DelManor after viewing the community with their absolutely lovely General Manager, Ashley. We were so impressed with the look of the of community and the interaction with the professional and kind team. While we were waiting we spoke with a resident that had nothing but positive words to say about the food, activities and team. We would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for their new home.
