Shady location that LIES and serves STALE FOOD. Ordered a six piece hot and spicy chick 'n share bucket via drive thru after 10 PM. When I got it, I told them it was not hot after checking temperature before leaving. (This is not the first time they have given me food that was left in the warmer for hours. The last time, it was warm and dried out) Told them about it and to arrange a bucket with fresh pieces. They gave me 6 pieces of original recipe and I only saw it properly in the light when I got home. This embarrassment of a location deserves to be shut down!!

If I could give a zero star I would. I feel like it's not KFC but the whole staff working at this location. Chicken was clearly over cooked sitting in the warmer for god knows how many hours . Tried the BBQ lays tender aswell and that was honestly a disappointment. The tender was clearly cooked early and sat in a warmer as it was not Crispy but just plain hard. You need to retrain the staff here and also please clean the dine in area.

I ordered supreme fries look how presentable it is. Last night around 9pm even the rest of my order nachos are disgusting doesnt have a tomato i just throw it . Disgusting!! Wilk. Not order again btw i ordered in drive thru hope it reach to the management! Base on other review i think they’re just reheating orders or not freshly made!!

DONT BUY THE HOT WING IN THIS STORE!!!!!! i am very disappointed for the hot wing, i bought the hot wing and it was re-fried, it was super dry and hard. i can wait for the fresh fried.please don't re-fried the chicken, it was totally destroyed. the worst hot wing i had in my life. BTW the staff is nice and the other food is fine, but hot wing is very bad.

Worst ever! The quality of fast food is clearly on the decline! Bought two sandwiches, ate one and felt sick the next day. Stay away from this place. I don't know why it looks black but horrible teast, ugh!

I ordered KFC for the first time at this outlet and the service was excellent. Anchal, a staff member who served me was understanding and polite. She helped me select and customize a vegetarian option. This was really great since there are limited vegetarian options on the menu. Highly recommend her. I also noted, the team comprised of hardworking women trying to do their best to serve customers. I understand, customers might be in a hurry but the staff are doing their best to help. Perhaps, being kinder to those helping at a fast food chain in a highly competitive market is the least we can do.

This is my second time buying at this location. Thought it would be better the second time around but would not be buying again.Both chicken pieces and tenders are really salty. The chicken pieces look and taste like they were re-fried. Can't enjoy a meal with only the taste of salt and oil.

Stopped at the drive-thru last night and ordered two sandwiches. They asked me to pull ahead to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. They completely forgot to get my order. I had to back up and honk my horn until somebody brought me my food. After one bite and a medical reaction I realized that they gave me the spicy sandwiches by mistake. Had to throw it all out.

Chicken always tastes burnt, I think they don't change the oil regularly. Has a bad smell, horrible, go to another kfc..

This KFC has renovated and it looks nice. The drive through time is still an issue though. Not sure if they don't hire enough staff or what. We waited about 6 minutes to get our order. This was the first time back after the new renovations. The gravy was runny and not thick like I've usually had. Would reconsider going somewhere else for a poutine.

My order was not ready for pick up when I arrived. I got it after 10 minutes of waiting. Hospitality was incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating though. The place was clean perhaps because they know I’m coming. Lol 😂

My order skipped like every time. This time I waited 20mins really. So mentioned that to a staff and she seems so annoyed and slammed my order meal saying "Here!!" What's wrong this lady really... 🙄 I hope KFC/Taco Bell improve their customer service more than renovation of building.

I was charged 33 dollars for 6 pcs chicken thigh and fries. When i open the box the thighs were tiny!! Like the thigh part was cut in half. It seems like I ordered 3 pcs chicken for the price of 6! Will never order here!!

The worst kfc ever. You will wait over 15 minutes in drive thru. No I’m not exaggerating. They will have you sit at the Odering both another 5 minutes before putting in your order. They found a way to not let it the que time show up to upper management. This is every visit. So either they have poor management for months or under staffed.

Fine restaurant renovation. Food was dry. All staff need training in proper customer service. I asked for a napkin to wipe the table and was met with irritation by the staff who were standing around gossiping. I had to go back to get ketchup and despite not being busy, was not asknowledged for a while, though I know they saw me standing at the counter.

You have an accessibility button for washrooms, ramp for wheelchair but no accessibility button for both entrances?? Did you contractor forget to add that in as it's newly renovated and looks nicer than before.I slipped twice with my crutches. - 4 Stars Service was good, ladies were nice. - 5 Stars No ketchup, might as well not sell fries as it's a must for most french fries lovers. - 4 Stars

Food is amazing. I got the 12 piece bucket and the fried chicken was hot fresh juicy tender crispy. Everything you could ask for in fried chicken. Amazing. Service was meh. Everything came in a to go bag which is nice. Second time there. First time I had to ask for utensils and napkins but the food definitely makes up for it.

Originally did not give any utensils or napkins and customer service was terrible. This Filipino lady just gave attitude and was like “aren’t you taking the takeout back home, use your own utensils at home” and the disrespect is just outrageous! Would not recommend this location to anyone! Food was terrible as well! -5 stars if there was an option!

Ordered 2 Festive chicken sandwiches for delivery. One had only cranberry sauce. The other had cranberry sauce and a bit of mayo. No stuffing on both. No garlic oil on both. No mayo on one. Beware. You may not get what’s advertised and in the commercial. So disappointed because I thought i would give them i try. Now, I remember why i haven’t ordered from Kentucky in a while.

It’s the only one in the area but it’s not worth the poor customer service. Drive through is extremely slow. The girl with glasses at drive through today made me pay, then back up my car away from her window, then drive up again to grab my order. They don’t wrap stuff properly either just throw it in the bag. Idk

Not one of the best KFCs around to visit. The fried chicken was greasy, but other preparations were usual. The staff was also friendly. That being said the entire place smelled of frying oil and the floor was also not clean and felt slippery as if there was an oil spill and was not well cleaned.

One of the worst fast food services I've ever received. The cashier did not look at me once while taking my order, and when I requested the receipt, threw it at the counter. The food was substandard.

Chicken is always fresh here, great KFC and managed well. Staff are polite.

Absolutely the worst KFC location I've ever visited. So dirty and stinky. Just a disgusting place, dirty washroom, a poorly maintained kitchen (old grease or something) smells all over the place. Never go back here again.

Charged me more on the driveway, when i asked turns out they did wrong on their end so please watch out over how much they will charge you. I was on the wait however for the next 10 mins more while it was raining hard. But their fries were fresh?
