Surprised to read the some other reviews as my experiences with this office and Dr. Rajmohammed have been nothing but satisfying. He is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to speak and explain things to you (more so than my family doctor has). Follows up when promised and staff was able to get information and make referrals in a timely fashion.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!! I have been going to this doctor's office for 11 years and I want to write my honest experience. I have gone to other clincis and so can compare. The wait time here IS long, but I promise you it is worth it. The reason it takes so long is because, at least dr Rajmohamed, never rushes his patients. he will hear ANY and EVERY concern you have, and take it seriously and do thorogh tests to make sure everything is okay. Sunnybrooke THE HOSPITAL missed diagnosing my mom's cancer, but dr raj was thorogh and insisted on more tests when they said no, but he insisted and only because of him did they catch it early. she has now made a full recovery and at the hospital, the doctors there were so surprised by her progress, they asked me who her GP is, i told them it was dr raj from north park and they said "ah makes sense" because his reputation is THAT good. You wait for what you get for. I also know dr raj calls patients out when they try to get perscribed addicted substances, i know this cause once in the waiting room the guy was making a fuss, and i bet the negative reviews are people angry they couldn't beat the system and fake a prescription for whatever theyre addicted to. unlike everywhere else dr raj stayed open during COVID and i am so grateful i got to see a doctor and get help during the lockdown . thank you dr raj, you saved us

I normally like this walk-in clinic, however I am left speechless with the attitude of the receptionist. (New staff it seams like) I tried to call the walk in and was placed on a ten minute hold, I hung up and called back and was instantly placed on hold again (“hello, please hold”). I called a third time and finally was able to book the appointment. I then met the rude women I spoke with on the phone and she was even more unpleasant in person. My reason for taking it to a review is because I was very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room as I watched how she interacts with the patients. The doctor was running very far behind and patients were waiting over an hour past their appointment, everyone waiting was frustrated. A man asked her when he would be seen and the receptionist completely snapped. Very uncalled for, I felt uncomfortable for him. It was absolutely inappropriate for her to speak to the patients the way she does. Myself and another man said something to her and she tried to adjust her tone when speaking to the new patients walking in. I will not be coming back, nor recommending this walk-in while this women is employed here. I hope the doctor puts effort into having her re-trained on respect, and stress management. I do not think this is a good place for her to work, as she is very ignorant and edgy when the stress level is increasing. (It’s incredibly noticeable and unnecessary.)

Dr Rajmohammed (forgive me if I misspelled it) - hands down one of the best doctors ever. Very kind, funny and most importantly - professional and amazing at his job. The receptionists are also amazing. I've been going here for over a decade and they are all so great, and do their best to help you in any way they can. Grateful to have this doctor and the staff here.

I am in a lot of pain, I booked an appointment for 2:30pm, when I got there the receptionist were just talking to each other for 5 mins just glancing at me while I stood there, without saying a basic hello one moment please. When she finally spoke to me I told her my name and she said "oh Dr is not taking new patients, I know I said that over the phone yes but now I can't, but since I said yes to you, I'll let you just this time" , I sat in the waiting room for 10 mins she called my name and said "yeah sorry no new patients, Dr can't see you". This is so unprofessional, I don't care if the person is new, you don't play with a person's health like this. Unacceptable behaviour.

The doctor is nice, but his receptionist are rude. They will ask you to wait and they will hang up on you after waiting for 15 minutes, and once you redial they will tell you that they have nothing to do with it and rebook you for the next week? So why put you on hold, instead of telling them right away!

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist was rude and pretty much told me to kick rocks and go to emerge to see a doctor. I can definitely see why the reviews are low. Im someone that never leaves a bad/poor review, but I needed to speak up.

The review written four days ago by Andrea S is completely inaccurate. I was there (waiting to see the doctor), when her mother came in to drop off a lined paper with medications names on it. The receptionist was asking her where she got these medications from, and if she had pharmacy details to provide the doctor. This persons mother was not understanding what the receptionist was saying and she pulled the race card. The receptionist never told her to learn English. She started to escalate things and yelling at the receptionist. And her daughter came in too, to yell at the receptionist. Both women came in to cause a scene, and make noise. The receptionist were only doing their jobs.

I have been to this clinic three times and every time has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and the doctor I have seen all three times was very conscientious and thorough - a wonderful doctor. I don't currently have a family doctor in Toronto but I will continue to use this clinic and highly recommend it. The pharmacy staff as well are very helpful and friendly.

Love my dr Rajmohammad, seeing him since I was a child…20years! Extremely unprofessional staff at the front. I have been looking to get a medication since a week. They don’t have listening skills whatsoever, very rude. First learn to listen to get to the solution. Not to mention they just hung up. Not my loss I’ll go to another clinic.

    1. Clinic is never open or you need to book a phone appointment even though the pandemics been long over 2. People who aren't vaccinated are treated by both the receptionist and the Dr like we have leprosy I was told by the receptionist that she doesn't want my covid even though I was trying to bring my 4 year old in with the croup (not covid) 3. Receptionist the one who's never professional on the phone will either pick an argument with you or simply refuse to let you inside once she's upset you. This place has no right being open serving such a large community. Every time we drive past there are people being turned away. This is no longer a walk In so you might as well head to Westside medical center or one closer to you that's always open, friendly and willing to help. It's unfortunate because our area really does need a walk in clinic this just isn't it.

Ive been coming to north park medical centre for years and have never had a bad experience... besides long wait times (sometimes, not all the time) everything else runs smoothly.. I am not a huge fan of Dr. Fidal as he usually rushes his patients.. I feel that after waiting for such a long time that we should at least get SOME time with a doctor who will listen to you . Regardless, all doctors are efficient. Hours of business are GREAT- Receptionist & Pharmacist are very friendly . Thank you!

This place is the Best in Toronto. From the caring staff to the Best DOCTORS, this place is definitely recommended. No rush service here. Doctor Rajmohamed is one of the best personal physicians I ever came across. These Docs have more knowledge than the Hospital Docs. Worth the wait.

Tried to book an appointment early March 2022, and they declined me because I didn’t have my vaccine. Very disappointed in the route THEY CHOSE. Also, it wasn’t always like this because i was able to book an appointment couple months ago without the vaccine. Its all about $$$$ because the last time i went, they were pressuring me into getting the vaccine. Not surprised they NOW ONLY ACCEPT PATIENTS WITH VACCINE. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor Raj is amazing. His Spanish speaking receptionist is very rude to other Spanish speaking people. Claims to not understand them and won’t tell anyone her name. Told me to learn “English” like she did. The other receptionist tells others to “calm down” when her fellow receptionist is the rude one.

This is the best medical clinical that I have been to in years. It is well worth the wait to have an appointment as Dr. Rajmohamed is one of the best family doctors in the area. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate how much time and effort the staff put in to maintaining a clean, safe environment. Highly recommend!

This place is a full of unprofessional clowns, please save your time and go else where. The doctors there don't treat you like you are human. They take forever to get to you. I've been with them for some time but I can't deal with the disrespect anymore.

Dr. A E Rajmohamed is down to earth knowledgeable and caring doctor with patience to listen to patient. Nice consoling touch. i am lucky to have him as my physician for more than 15 years. May Almighty bless and grace more and more healing touch to him. Reception desk personalities are also nice. Best wishes and best luck Dr. Raj.

Dr. Raj and his staff care deeply about patients and really look to provide the best service and care possible. He is always looking to learn more about medicine to provide top-level care for every patient. Dr. Raj has always provided more time for appointments than any other GP I've seen in the past. The disgruntled individuals who wrote these negative reviews are clearly bothered that they can't skirt the system to get sick notes or prescriptions without seeing the doctor. I would recommend anyone and everyone who wants truly compassionate care to go to the North Park Medical Centre.

😠 I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The staff overbooks and don’t respect the order of the actual booking. 😠 One of the worst, degrading experiences of my life. Back in Jan 2020 (so prior to the pandemic), I had a severe allergic reaction to hair dye.
