Worst company I have ever worked with. They don’t care about their employees. Pay them just minimum wage and send you to site more than 40 kms away. They Average the overtime pay with 30 days so if you work overtime time two weeks and do regular work on other you got no overtime. They charge you $180 for a shirt and pants which is not more worth than $70. They will not let you take emergency leave and insist you to go to work doesn’t matter what’s your condition. Even they can advice you to not to see a doctor and get some recommend medicine. By any chance if you complain to hr they won’t do anything but give you false hope that they will warn everyone. If any one is wondering how they have so many good reviews they will ask you on first day of your orientation to give reviews so on first day no one gonna give them 1 star rating.

I started my first job with Best Guard 8 months ago. Best Guard is very organized and maintained company. They really take care of their Employees. Schedular and dispatch are very helpful and co-operative with the guards. If you want to choose your career in security, I would strongly recommend you to apply with this company.

I have been working with Best Guard Security since 2021 This company is really outstanding as they always care for their employees as well as clients. They provide you the proper shifts required or necessary things at their earliest. Dispatchers are also very friendly. WORST COMPANY TO WORK LOW PAY NO SICK LEAVE

I have been working for the Best Guard company. Management are very respectful specially Harjeet sir is very cooperative. I worked in this company since 2021 . Best Boss, they really care about the employees. It's like another home to me I am happy to part of this great company and great group of people. The managers may not sparkle with personality,but they were honest with me and always treated me with respect. If your are reliable on the job and honest in your dealings with them they will treat you well. The best for a career, but a very good place to get started .

I’ve been working with this company since January 2022 and its quite a learning experience for me. Every employee and employer of the company is so polite as when I had interview with them they asked me questions in a very respectful way and also made me understand company’s policies very politely. Moreover, the employees here are really genuine and friendly with each other because they don’t have any attitude of like an old employee that shows the team spirit among them. One of the best security company in GTA . They provide proper training before starting work on any new site. I worked with them almost 1.5 year. No complaints no issues . A very good company to work with…highly professional

I have been working in best guard for 2yrs and I am lucky that the site I worked in is peaceful, easy, and comfortable. Sometimes dispatch will call you for emergency shift and some sites are difficult to work at especially during winter time, but generally speaking the experience is tolerable. It is good to grow with this company and see that security guards including me become more professional over time and we continue improving better reputation among clients. This company is not perfect, It doesn't cover as many employment benefits as the more reputational security firms, and uniform fees must be deducted from your first couple weeks of salary. However this fee is negligible if you at least commit to work here for even a certain period or long term. Also, your everyday communication with dispatch will be a monotonous 10-4 if it is an exceptionally boring site. If you are baffled with unemployment while having skills equipped for security services, best guard will be ideal for you. I would recommend this company to my peers and encourage them to pursue their first career here.

I am working for long time. Company is very serious in their profession and services toward their respectful clients. At the same time company also very cooperative, attentive and helpful to solve the problem if arrirses. To build your carrier, the company facilities help and support towards its staffs.
