    The person at the counter was very helpful. But I really never wanted to visit a pick-up location because of their bad service. They didn't deliver at my address because they didn't find my apartment door access code. They marked the package as not possible to deliver. But when i got the package, the access code was there on the label. So that means they didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Such a bad service.

    Quick and simple, as it should be! I basically dropped off my return package for amazon and there was nothing more to it! Lady at the front desk was nice. Shame other people had a bad experience. There's a scale, self serve kiosks to print labels and they're working fine.

    Very bad experience. Came to this location to pick up my package and itā€™s not here. They donā€™t know where it is. The answer from them is to call customer service. The lady working a this location today were not very helpful at all. Not an apologies of any sort. I expect Purolator to work well when you are paying top dollars for shipping and the time I spent to pick up a package that was not delivered. I came Dec 21, but I might be able to get my package next year because they will be on vacation. What a joke. I came to this location again today Dec 23. Same rudeness. The employee doesnā€™t seem to be happy working here. Most of the old ladies are super rude.

    If you are no longer offering 24/7 kiosk services update your signs on door and facade. There were 2 other potential customers in your parking lot as confused as we were as to why you were not open, and another vehicle pulling in as we were leaving about to discover the same. Very disappointing and poor customer service!!!

    Self-serve kiosk is good. Staff are always helpful when needed, but youā€™ll need to ask for help to receive it. Never much of a line and overall just a good experience every time I go in for Amazon returns

    Even though the online chat customer service experience was horrible (the agent ended the chat mentioning the chat will be disconnected as they have many other customers waiting when my problem was not resolved) the employees in this location (2 very sweet ladies) were kind and helpful. Even though they were not able to solve my issue, they went out of their way to try and help me with my package while they were busy. Update: The wonderful employees were able to solve my problem and find my package and called me back to let me know less than 3 hours after I left.

    Very poor service. Was waiting for delivery of an important parcel today but it got delayed and the delivery was incomplete, don't know why. Delivery person didn't try to contact at all. I called the customer care number and waited for 45 minutes to talk to agent in order to get my status for delay. A lady picked up and was hell rude even to respond. The address was updated, no reason specified for delay and when I was talking to her, she said on my face "have a good day" as if she was not willing to work and she had to forcefully talk to customers. Total chaos! Would give 0!!!! I would have to check at their pick up location now.

    It would be nice if the driver actually dropped off my package at the designated pickup location when he specifies itā€™ll be there. I have an attempted delivery on Thursday but because Iā€™m in a secured building, had just missed him, the notice said I could pick it up Friday. Nope, he never dropped it. I canā€™t get it until Tuesday because he kept it in his truck. If you live mid town and miss him, itā€™ll be delayed around 3-4 days.

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Purolator's delivery service. On November 23rd, I ordered a TV with the expectation of express delivery by November 27th. Unfortunately, not only did Purolator fail to deliver on the promised date, but they also subjected me to a series of delays and miscommunications that significantly inconvenienced me. Despite my attempts to proactively manage the situation by contacting the sender (Best Buy) to change the delivery address to my new residence (where I was moving on November 30th), Purolator showed a lack of concern for my situation. They seemed indifferent to the urgency and critical timing of my move, which was especially frustrating given that I had specifically planned for the TV to arrive before my relocation. The situation was further exacerbated by a lack of communication from Purolator. After days without a reply, and having been informed by Best Buy that they had requested an address change and then a cancellation on my behalf, Purolator attempted to make a delivery. However, by this point ā€“ December 6th ā€“ it was too late. The delay and uncertainty led me to purchase another TV from Costco, as I could not rely on Purolator's service. This experience has left me with a very poor impression of Purolator. Their inability to deliver as promised, coupled with a disregard for customer needs and a lack of effective communication, was extremely frustrating. It felt as if my concerns and the impact of the delay on my plans were completely overlooked. In an era where efficient and customer-focused delivery services are more important than ever, Purolatorā€™s service was woefully inadequate. Their incompetence not only caused inconvenience but also forced me to incur additional expenses and stress. Overall, I would caution others about relying on Purolator for timely and efficient delivery services, especially for important and time-sensitive orders.

    Opened on time, quick service, staff is friendly. Also offers self serve quick drop off and one self serve where you can scan in and print your barcode. Also, easy to find location within an industrial zone. Overall no problems here.

    I called Purolator customer service about a missing Amazon return. She couldnā€™t help me on the phone as I didnā€™t have a tracking number, just a QR code, so she told me to return to the store. I quickly explained the situation to the employee there and she asked for the tracking number. When I said I just had a QR code she very aggressively pointed at my phone and told me it was there, looking at me like I was stupid. I tried to apologetically explain that I didnā€™t realize I had it, since I already went through this on the phone with Purolator customer service and was sent to the store. However she REPEATEDLY spoke over me, telling me I had the code in my hand. It was incredibly hostile and unnecessary. Itā€™s not my fault I was misinformed on the phone by her own customer service, which she eventually acknowledged that I was. I approached her politely and patiently and I cannot believe how aggressive she was straight out the gate. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and I did not deserve to be spoken to like that.

    Service is normally good however I came in today for a package pick-up (which was rather large). The two males working the counter were extremely rude. No greeting as soon as I walked in and they seemed reluctant to offer assistance. Not to mention the gentlemen who went to retrieve my package from the back DROPPED IT. Not sure if these two gentlemen working there are new are just extremely young but I was truly disappointed with the service I received today.

    Yesterday, I had a drop off and the machine was out of service to print barcode (disappointed, itā€™s almost a week) but the gentleman there helped me to print and packaging. He was really great and did above and beyond. Unfortunately donā€™t know his name but thank you.

    Accomplished the mission in less than 5 minutes. Staff here are super knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. My first time dropping off a package here (return for Amazon) and they talked me through the process from scanning the QR code to packaging, etc. and I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely come back here again as it was incredibly efficient. Outstanding customer experience!!

    Most rudest service / front desk person I have ever seen in my life. I couldnā€™t get her name, but she was little chubbier side Indian lady working on this Thursday around 3pm. All I did was ā€˜Walked in the place for the first time, did not know I had to scan the QR code by myself to get the sticker for the labelā€™. She sighed heavily, then rapped like eminem for the procedures to print the label, which I couldnā€™t hear at the time, so I said ā€˜sorry I couldnā€™t understandā€™ then another heavy sigh comes in with another faster rap of the procedures. Now, it took my 5minutes to figure out how to work this thing waiting for another person to use the machine so I can copy whatever they are doing.

    I was at this Store to drop off a parcel. The line up was quite long however, I was so very impressed at how quickly and efficiently Bernie got through the line, with a smile, very professional, and excellent customer service. Everyone had a great experience overall!!! Well done Bernie!

    The first time I came to drop off an Amazon return, there was space to park, the automated machine that accepts parcels AND gives you a receipt (why I chose this location) was working and I even got great customer service from a lady who showed me how to use the machine. So 5 stars for that visit šŸ‘šŸ¼ TODAY, there was nowhere to park, the machine was broken and the girl who accepted my parcel was clearly overworked and not happy. She wasnā€™t rude, but you could tell she was too stressed to engage in friendly communication. So 1 star for todayā€™s visit. šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼ AVERAGEā€¦.3 stars

    Bernie worked with me to ship a package to a very remote location in Western Ontario. He was able to help me while simultaneously assisting other customers to keep the line moving. The shipping rates and time for delivery were also half that of a nearby major competitor. I would definitely come here again, thanks Bernie!

    Great location with amazing amenities! They provide all tools in case you arenā€™t fully prepared or forgot something (scissors, tape, free silver bags to wrap return items). I interacted with Bernie who was simply making everyoneā€™s day better. Amazing customer experience, would highly recommend!

    Came in literally minutes before closing on Wednesday July 13th 2022, was greeted warmly by 2 individuals (I did not get their names) but let me assure you, I will be gladly returning here to do further business. I was picking up a cell phone for my spouse who had dropped hers in the water earlier that week. These 2 employees didnā€™t have to go back and process the parcel for me but did so anyway and it really made my spouses night. thanks again for the help, youā€™re the best.

    Bernie helped me out today with returning a very large item to Amazon. He was so patient, respectful and polite and made a difficult experience so much easier. He was honest about my returning options and helped me decide the best way to handle my return. I definitely recommend working with Bernie if you have the chance!!!     I have a good experience every time I come to this Purolator location. The employees are always quick to assist and generally exude kindness and a customer-first attitude. For example, today I dropped off a package with a prepaid label for overnight shipping. I asked Bernie whether it would make it to the destination on time - he assured me it would and cheerfully took the extra steps of applying "send by air" stickers to the box. Thank you, Bernie!

    Twice recently drivers from this location have failed to deliver to my condo and use "no buzz code" as an excuse. Literally every other shipping company (Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex, TForce, Amazon etc) all deliver to me properly. I have a small number of neighbours (less than 20) and all of our names are printed at the entrance to our units, there isn't a digital directory to search so super fast and easy to find us. Also, the driver doesn't leave notice cards so I don't even think they are attempting to deliver at all! There is no proof they even come to our street at all. Super annoying having to do an "address correction" when this happens because my address is correct!!! Maybe your drivers are overworked or maybe its policy to find excuses to not deliver to condos, I don't know but terrible service either way.
