I
recently
had
an
extremely
disappointing
experience
with
Purolator's
delivery
service.
On
November
23rd,
I
ordered
a
TV
with
the
expectation
of
express
delivery
by
November
27th.
Unfortunately,
not
only
did
Purolator
fail
to
deliver
on
the
promised
date,
but
they
also
subjected
me
to
a
series
of
delays
and
miscommunications
that
significantly
inconvenienced
me.
Despite
my
attempts
to
proactively
manage
the
situation
by
contacting
the
sender
(Best
Buy)
to
change
the
delivery
address
to
my
new
residence
(where
I
was
moving
on
November
30th),
Purolator
showed
a
lack
of
concern
for
my
situation.
They
seemed
indifferent
to
the
urgency
and
critical
timing
of
my
move,
which
was
especially
frustrating
given
that
I
had
specifically
planned
for
the
TV
to
arrive
before
my
relocation.
The
situation
was
further
exacerbated
by
a
lack
of
communication
from
Purolator.
After
days
without
a
reply,
and
having
been
informed
by
Best
Buy
that
they
had
requested
an
address
change
and
then
a
cancellation
on
my
behalf,
Purolator
attempted
to
make
a
delivery.
However,
by
this
point
ā
December
6th
ā
it
was
too
late.
The
delay
and
uncertainty
led
me
to
purchase
another
TV
from
Costco,
as
I
could
not
rely
on
Purolator's
service.
This
experience
has
left
me
with
a
very
poor
impression
of
Purolator.
Their
inability
to
deliver
as
promised,
coupled
with
a
disregard
for
customer
needs
and
a
lack
of
effective
communication,
was
extremely
frustrating.
It
felt
as
if
my
concerns
and
the
impact
of
the
delay
on
my
plans
were
completely
overlooked.
In
an
era
where
efficient
and
customer-focused
delivery
services
are
more
important
than
ever,
Purolatorās
service
was
woefully
inadequate.
Their
incompetence
not
only
caused
inconvenience
but
also
forced
me
to
incur
additional
expenses
and
stress.
Overall,
I
would
caution
others
about
relying
on
Purolator
for
timely
and
efficient
delivery
services,
especially
for
important
and
time-sensitive
orders.
