🫀 Everything at by CHLOE is done well... except the food. I really wanted to love this place. The decor and vibe is great, the staff is super friendly and menu has really great options. Everything at by CHLOE is done well... except the food. I really wanted to love this place. The decor and vibe is great, the staff is super friendly and menu has really great options. But the food really misses the mark. We ordered mac and cheese, two burgers and fries. The mac and cheese were fine, but the burgers had stale bread and patties were cold. The fries were super stale as if they had been sitting out for a while. It was disappointing. I will add that when a staff manager, I believe the manager, asked us how our meal was we were honest and said it missed the mark. He gave us 2 free cookies and a coupon for a free side, while I appreciated it, it wasn’t enough to make the trip back worth it.

As someone who's a meat eater trying to switch to 100% plant-based diet, every single item I ordered at Yorkdale's by CHLOE completely turned me off. I made the mistake of raving about the US locations and hoping the food would somewhat resemble the beautiful photos online, but I was sadly so wrong. Just an overall disappointing experience for my partner and I, who I excitedly dragged across the city only to be served pathetic portion sizes, zero flavour and ridiculous prices. You're better off sticking to Fresh or the Yorkdale food court. Don't waste your money here - you won't get any Instagram worthy shots because the food is just that unappealing.

Came here for dinner with my friend and enjoyed the food. I got the vegan bacon cheese burger and I love how they made the mushroom have the taste and crisp of real bacon. I also like their beet ketchup which way better than regular ketchup. It is a little pricey but good vegan food.

Utterly disappointed. Never returning. Had the classic burger combo and fries were undercooked. Burger bun has too much and very dry. Patty was good but bun to patty ratio was horrible. Save your money and go to IQ.

I wanted to check out this place as I went to one of the London locations last year on vacation and loved it. Sadly, this location doesn't meet that standard. I ordered a guac burger with regular fries (and the cashier failed to tell me there's a combo where you get a drink as well so I paid extra when I didn't have to). The decor is nice and like the Covent Garden location, has the infamous hanging chairs. Although, it was weird that when I went to the washroom, there was a strong smell of maple syrup (do Americans really think Canadians are that obsessed with maple syrup?!) which bordered on gross. I will say that the service was fairly quick, however the food wasn't up to scratch. The bun for the guac burger was dry, the patty didn't have that much of a discernable flavour and the burger fell apart fairly quickly. Some of the fries were cooked but a bit tough and others were raw. Just because this is the only vegan place to eat in Yorkdale, doesn't mean it shouldn't be held to a standard and this location definitely misses the mark. It *possibly* could be that they're still working out the kinks as it just opened but it's going to take a lot for me to even think of visiting this place again.

Sub par, definitely underwhelming considering the hype. The ambiance was very nice, enough seating and layout wasn't terrible. The staff could greet people upon entry, they don't look thrilled to be working there. The salad was over dressed and had 3 pieces of tofu. My friend got the BLT with burnt mushroom bacon, actually dark and burnt and she didn't even finish half. Spending $40 for two items... I'm expecting a hell of a lot more.

Love the cute space and service here! I got the quinoa taco salad, the gauc burger, and pesto meatball- all were super yummy! I tried their desserts too but were a bit on the sweeter end for me.

Absolutely amazing! Both pasta dishes have been a delicious hit and this time I tried the Avocado smash. I can't wait to eat more.

Loved the place in place in NYC, but something's off with this one; the food's just not the same. Otherwise, slick place, pretty decors & cozy vibe. Plus the aioli is πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ $$

Obviously this is my favourite chain of restaurant but this is a beautiful place. I normally go for β€œfish n chips” but I went for the tacos. Definitely a good choice. A lot of lettuce but it was definitely fresh, the quinoa and beans were beautifully cooked (I just think there should be more) the tacos added a necessary texture and unique flavour. I loved the service here and it was a beautiful place. Also I am so happy they finally have alcoholic beverages! I did get chips with my bowl but the bowl itself is quite filling.

Never heard of this place until we planned to go to Yorkdale on Sunday. Happy to know that a 100% vegan eatery has opened in this mall. Taste was clean and pretty flavourful, or should I say well-salted :) I appreciate the air fried fries, but look at the poutine I ordered...where is the gravy?! We did not realize that the gravy is not how it should be until we saw other people's poutine pictures... that's not good. Because we paid $9, plus the quantity was small . We ordered the early bird, breakfast burrito, guac burger as combo and it came with fries and drink, cinnamon espresso cookie, red velvet cupcake, GF chocolate cupcake with pink icing, and chocolate chip cookie (not in the picture except the burger combo and poutine). Would we come back? Maybe if there are no other vegan places to eat at, while visiting Yorkdale mall.
