I am an avid Aroma goer and go to this Aroma out of convenience. The only thing consistent about this location is that they consistently mess up my very simple order. If you are thinking of going to this location, consider driving an extra 2 minutes to Avenue and Wilson where the service and quality of food is significantly better. After I go back this evening to get a refund for my wrong order I will never be going back again! UPDATE: I came back today after 1 year to give them another chance. I ordered a Frekah salad and asked for no parsley or carrot. Instead I received a salad with no parsley or SALAD!!!! TONS of carrots though! Needless to say, I'll be going back in a few hours for a refund. What a waste of time and money. No improvement after 1 year. This was truly my last time going there. I feel bad for people who are kosher and have no choice but to go there.

This location does not represent the company in a beneficial manner. I ordered a Mediterranean pasta salad, which i have ordered plenty of times from the Vaughan location. The cleanliness in this location should be reviewed. The customer service is 0 to none. They missed 4 ingredients in my salad... Unfortunately i did not check my salad before i left (take out) because i could not wait a minute longer to get out of this store. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Decent place although limited seating and the booths by the door we're freezing! The debit machines stopped working and caused a mess with back orders, complete chaos as people waited over 15 minutes for their coffee. You should have a backup till instead of having to use a calculator to add up people's bills lol who does that anymore!

Ordered a large coffee - big mistake - will be in the washroom for a week. Nice place - nice staff.

Staff, services and food is always good, busy location and you'll have to fight for a seat on the weekend, the crowd here can be quite rude I've found. It's a kosher location. Great menu with lot's of selection of fresh and healthy options and great coffee.

Good food. Consistently healthy, clean, tasty. Nice bright atmosphere. Convenient location. Good wifi. Unfortunately closed down 2023 for some legal reasons, hopefully will reopen!?

Went here at 11:30am with no other customers. You would expect a nice greeting since it wasn't busy but two lady employees looked like they weren't happy. Asked if they have caramel macchiato and one answered "that's only from starbucks" WRONG. Been to tons of coffee shops and some offer it. You can nicely say you dont have It rather than giving attitude with a side comment. It is still very early but they only have skim milk. My ho chocolate is very light like watery. The latte doesnt taste like a latte. U can't even understand the quality. Asked if they have chocolate and she said they ran out. U should close. U run out of everything and employees are rude.

Came in & had a sandwich with a coffee. Sandwich was delicious, bread was super fresh & soft. I basically inhaled it. The prices are a little bit higher than usual but this location is also fully certified Kosher. Tip: You can park for free in the No Frills parking lot to the south (across the street) for up to 45 minutes

Only kosher Aroma coffee outside Israel. Love the coffee and food

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, their hot chocolate is pretty good, the French toast is really good and I like how they give you a little chocolate every time you get a drink. Good food, they even have a kids menu, but I wish it was expanding a little more. Overall Aroma is a good place to go with friends family just to sit and talk and have a good time.

I frequent this excellent restaurant once a month because I like the ambiance that is part of this place. The staff is exceptionally loving and qualified. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food they serve is first-rate. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The pay is fair. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

Nice quiet place. Very amicable customer service. Someone spilled his coffee all over the floor, they didn't make a big deal just cleaned it up and got him a new coffee.

I like this place! They offer first-rate meals, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is well trained, I like very much trying all their food. The dishes are always tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The drinks and the food were delicious. My only disappointment, as a chocolate lover, was the selection of pastries.

Google hours were wrong & it was closed. Google said was open to 4 am when it should have said 4 pm.

The best kosher cafe in the city with a great selection of menu options, and excellent service.

I am in total shock that you are now closing at 6 pm. I bring my Grand-children for dinner there, and meet friends there often. there are so few Kosher places to get dinner, that are not pizza- that I am very sad. This is not good for the people who loved eating there. and, I was never there for dinner that there wasn't LOTS of people there. its not even like a coffee place where people sit and chill while sipping a coffee. the customers were eating dinner.
