Two people in charge of this building always have an excuse when not doing their job properly. I have been told about other tenant's privacy matters by them without asking anything and am worried of how easily they could talk about mine. I can never get straight answers from them when I ask why certain things are not done right. I can not believe how long this been going on without any actions. I look forward to move out and not recommend it to anyone!

Not happy with two staff at this location. They say one thing but do something else. Garbages are usually sitting on ground for days before someone cleans it up. Glasses and mirrors are usually dirty and staff blame people for getting it dirty, they should know there is a reason why they are hired! To keep the place clean after people using it for whatever reason. Hope one day both male and female staff at this location start working properly and stop slacking.

The superidents at 111 Combermere ( husband and wife) has been disgusting to work with! Very unapproachable and always unavailable when you need to speak to them. Work orders are not completed on a timely manner and if you do not call their head office and complain, it will not get done. Bibi the woman always gossiping and is very unprofessional - always speaking to other tenants about others in the building even if you don’t know them. She does all the vacuuming in the building corridors and does it half way; does a vey poor job in cleaning the glass doors and windows. Manaf the guy is always running and does not do much except mops with a dirty mop which he leaves lying around in the laundry room. The garage in the parking always full of flies and stinks especially over the weekends! All in all, nice location By the on site staff stinks 😷

Both male and female superintendents at 111 Combermere drive are very disrespectful and unorganized. I and other tanants complained about our floor's door to stairway not opening properly due to broken handel. They did not fix it till fire department came about 5 months later and mentioned, it was a safety hazard. Why our safety and comfort should be jeopardize by their ignorance?! Other time, I asked Bibi (female superintendent) to come inside my apartment and check/fix something, she came inside and walked all over my apartmentent with her outside dirty shoes in front of me from kitchen to bedroom and when I asked her to please take the dirty shoes off or cover them, her response was; My shoes are CLEAN and I will NOT take them off! That shows how unprofessional and lazy superintendents are at this location. There are much more bad stories about how they do work around here! I can write a book about their bad performances at this location. I'm not the only unhappy tenant around here. They break their own management rules without care. Wife & husband (Bebe & Manuf) are always fighting with each other and us tenants are paying the price.

Very neat, organized and quiet residence. Ample visitor's parking lot behind the building too. Quiet neighborhood and You'll need the resident you're visiting to let you into the building. Really beautiful and nice environment 👍

Building is usually dirty and two superintendents by names of Bibi and Manuf, are always slacking off and talking bad behind everyone including themselves. It's a joke how they behavie lol. There are 2 elevators in this building, last winter superintendents decided to put 1 of 2 elevators, out of service, all day and all night for 7 days. When complaints were made, super's response was; tanants bring salt in evaluators and we are tired of cleaning them, so this way we only clean one. Superintendents at 111 Combermere drive need to be replaced in order for all tanants to be comfortable leaving at this location. Overall, this location could be a great place to leave if Bibi and Manuf get replaced by superintendents who really care about building and have respect for people.

9 years never seen a roach until now. Onsite staff aren't the greatest. And tried complain but nothing has been done. Live location and my place still.

Great Supers & complex always clean; lived here for approximately 4 decades; great location to two malls at walking distance

I used to live here at 111 Combermere . Heed my words to your very core - stay away or adapt a cat to chase off roaches. I'd been clean freak for years & won't see infest stopping.
