Very good sports bar. Half price wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays are arguably best in class value proposition. Sauce selection is definitely lacking, especially after the menu redesign. However, the wings are a good size, and they are never skimpy with portions and fries. Service can be slow/inconsistent at times, but overall the food and atmosphere is good for casual night out or watching the big with the fellers.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! First time and last time! The waitress was pleasant and helpful. However, the food was absolutely atrocious. I ordered the steak wrap and it came with no flavor whatsoever, and the best part was the meat was totally burnt!?? I should have taken pictures of it. And how do you burn nachos?? I also ordered chicken wings. The wings look like they were anorexic or came from an athletic chicken. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was too busy. So this young ignorant "acting manager " as he called himself, approached my table and right away he was very defensive in asking what was wrong. Just a terrible way to approach the customers. I didn't even complete my words and he's already cutting me off. So when he let me speak I voiced my concerns about the meals and how I was not satisfied because of the burnt food. Well, the first thing that came out of his mouth was..... "we don't give comps"????? That's not even what I was saying!!! Dude needs to relax!. This has been an absolute worst experience at a sports bar. I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything just voiced my concerns that's all. I paid in full and with a tip. Just not a good place at all. And it doesn't hurt to know not to order burgers because they taste terrible. Guess who told me that.....the waitress!!! She herself has received excessive complains about the kitchen staff and the food. She even suggested what not to order from the menu. I give this place a 0 !! Hope the actual owners or real management team read this and find the root cause and retrain their staff members.

Many TVs for a sports fan. Our server John was very friendly, down to earth and an all around cool guy. Chilly nachos weren't anything special. Typical of a sports bar.

A nice place to hang out after work. We went after work on a Friday and it wasn't busy our waiter I think his name was John. He was super sweet, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed out time here and the patio is nice and relaxing. We'll definitely go back.

Visited March 9th, 2018 Lunch Took 5 minutes to get approached by a server (one server during lunch? Do you not expect to serve people on a Friday lunch?). Received food 50 minutes after arriving. Half the lunch menu items were 86'ed; the server had no clue. Again, not expecting to serve people on a Friday lunch I guess. The sign outside reads "Newly Renovated". Nonetheless, the booth we were seated in had a giant rip in the upholstery. I get its a "sports bar" and the crowds get rowdy, but booth tops are interchangeable. Just keep a few extras. Otherwise just call it Hoops "Dive Bar" & Grill. The food was mediocre at best, but at that price point that's fair. 2 stars there. Steaks were chewy, but that is down to steak quality not cooking procedure. If you are expecting restaurant level service, this is not the place. Zero table touches (asked if I would like a refill as I asked for the bill). The manager must be leashed to the bar. Didn't move for 75 minutes. Basically this is a place that survives on York undergraduates' tuition money.

I've come here a few times to watch different sports. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I asked to change the channel and they happily helped. Food tastes fresh. And the fries are fresh cut so huge bonus. Prices are fair and I enjoy the atmosphere. I'd give 4.5 if I could. It's not perfect but seriously damn good. Specially for a bite and a beer.

Nice decoration, but food is very low quality and it does not taste good. Aioli mayo is far from being what is says it is. As far as drinks go, the pint is NO WAY near a pint, they are small and therefore overpriced. Definitely not coming back.

Establishment is like any other standard bar. Came on a Tuesday, with half price wings. Normally you'd expect that quality suffers with such promotions, but the batter was light and crispy and chicken was tender and juicy. When I normally order wings, I don't normally expect to see so much cooked blood in my chicken close to the bone, however, I overlooked this point simply based on the wings tasting so good. I ate that all up. Would go back specifically for wings, maybe try some other stuff.

My boyfriend has been a regular here, since he was a baby lol. He introduced me to this bar when we first started dating. Eversince, this place has been our staple. I can confidently say that we come here at least three times in a month! Mostly every Thursday night with half prize wings and music bingo night (my favourite!) People that work here are amazing!! They’re very attentive and friendly. The moment we step our foot into the bar, they already know what we’re gonna order! (Pitcher of Rickards Red please 🍺) Food is great, they offer large portions. I celebrated my 26th birthday here last August and I got a free tequila shot 😏 Oh, did I forget to boast about their THURSDAY BINGO NIGHT?? The game is so much fun and there is nothing to lose! All this being said, we come here ALWAYS to have a good time.. and we leave with hearts full of love and bellies stuffed πŸ’œ

Mimi is the best bartender in the world. She welcomes you as soon as you walk in and makes you comfortable. There very prompt in taking you orders and in a blink what you order is at your table. Food is really tasty and there's a lot to choose from on the menu. I would definitely recommend coming and checking this place out!
